The analytics tab is slow to update, but is still very helpful in reviewing my activity easily. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** Bullhorn has the potential to be a great tool; however, it is too slow and crashes at least 1-4 times a week. It commonly takes hours for the Analytics tab to update, making it hard to accurately track my productivity. In this day in age, it is unacceptable for a business tool to fail as often as Bullhorn does. I love the easy access to my current job orders and web responses and being able to update candidates statuses easily. The Walk Me Through is also a excellent tool to be able to navigate aspects of the tool that I don't use regularly. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** The only part of Bullhorn in which I would say could use improvement is the sourcing of candidates through the tool. I have used smaller, less efficient CRMs in the past and Bullhorn has proven to be much more successful in its integrating in my daily work flow. I am able to track my daily processes and store files that are relevant to specific candidates and clients. Bullhorn provides a way to manage activities with the transparency for other users. Overall, using Bullhorn has been a great experience. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** The only issues I have run into is the lag in the system on some days. I use this everyday in my role and tend to have little to no problems. However, when problems do arise, they are often speed, connectivity issues and losing candidates. The system has lost me candidates like a dryer loses socks. No one knows where the candidate went, but we knew we put the candiate in the system. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** The least helpful on BH and the thing I dislike the most is the inability to call from Bullhorn. Having to pair an outside phone messes with the metrics and also makes it inconvenient to make calls. It's also quite RAM-heavy (I guess everything browser-based is now!), it'll be okay on 8GB but 16GB is probably the ideal. We have never had our Bullhorn system go down! Bullhorn is cloud-based so no matter whether I'm in the office on my PC or working remotely on my laptop I have access to our CRM. Different sections are color-coordinated to make things easier to identify and if necessary, Bullhorn can be fully customized to suit our specific needs. We did very little customizing to the pre-configured system. Implementing it was easy and the team successfully migrated all our data from our old system without any errors. You can also reconfigure the user interface very easily. With only a few clicks you can rearrange the user interface to suit your own individual needs, just like you would arrange the apps on your mobile phone. Bullhorn is compatible with LinkedIn which is extremely valuable! When searching for candidates on LinkedIn, we can exclude candidates who are already on Bullhorn. This saves us thousands of pounds! We have hundreds of thousands of records on Bullhorn. If I do a search for a specific type of candidate, Bullhorn generates results within 1-2 seconds! It is incredibly fast! Bullhorn is also fully integrated with Outlook, so every email sent and received to and from both candidates and clients is recorded in each person's record. This means that you can easily look up every conversation that's been had with all the recruiters in your company. Very helpful if someone is out of office due to illness/holiday etc. and you need to take over their desk. You can see exactly what's been discussed with the candidates. Or if you are doing business development you can see if another recruiter has recently had any correspondence with a particular contact. I love Bullhorn. I use it daily. I've used a few different Recruitment systems over my 16-year career and I can honestly say, Bullhorn is by far the best! **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** When navigating through Bullhorn and going to a different section e.g. Candidates, Contacts, Opportunities etc. the webpages are slow to load. It takes on average 5 seconds to load. Which becomes frustrating when you have to continuously open hundreds of records one after another all day. This time adds up. If I open up 100 records in a day, that's over 8 minutes a day wasted waiting for Bullhorn to load! This needs to be fast. I have just bought a state of the art very fast i7 Windows PC. So it is not my PC. The pages take the same amount of time to load on my 5-year-old laptop. My Broadband internet is also a 400Mbps connection, so it's certainly not my broadband speed. I would like Bullhorn to use faster servers so that pages are loaded within 1 second! **What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** When searching for candidates on LinkedIn (LI), because Bullhorn (BH) integrates with LI we are able to exclude all the candidates who are already registered on BH. This saves us thousands of pounds every month as we don't waste money contacting candidates on LinkedIn who are already registered with us. We can simply email these candidates for free. ### 48.
