What do you like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

I find that syncing Shared Contacts for Gmail with the main Google contacts platform is easy and seamless. This feature is particularly valuable for us as it ensures that having a backup does not disrupt our day-to-day schedule. What do you dislike about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

I have had issues with contacts being deleted unexpectedly, which has been a significant problem. Additionally, trying to get support to resolve these issues has been challenging. Customer support is very slow, making it difficult to quickly recover deleted contacts and get resolutions. This sluggish response time from support is a huge pain point for us. It is really well built to solve a huge problem in Google Contacts. It really has helped us save a lot of time. Our biggest challenge had been having a centralized address book for all the internal and external contacts that can be accessed by anyone in our team. This app resolved it easily without having to implement anything complicated to our current system. What do you like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

This is if not one of the best solutions for people who simply don't have the time or the patience to look contacts in their phone book. This actually comes in handy for an organization that has thousands and thousands of employees. Shared contacts allows you to basically have everyone's contact details in a whim without looking intensively. You don't really need to dig thru that company directory, its as easy as typing just even the first few letters of the name. It is so useful that the technology itself can be classified as a passive kind of technology, sign up and forget. It is also well integrated into the Gsuite as well that you hardly ever notice it is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

There is really nothing much to improve on except maybe having a better indexing function, like a way to sort them on your own space with different colors maybe, then again that is more of my obsessive compulsiveness talking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a this piece of technology allows you to save time and effort of saving contacts. The bigger picture is, well you in return don't actually ever loose a contact as well. What do you dislike about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

We had very high hopes for this product and spent months in preparation to roll it out just right. Unfortunately, Shared Contacts for Gmail® did not work for my team. So much so that it began DELETING the 3,471 contacts from our G Suite Google Contacts Super Admin Account (the account being shared from)... And the company did not know why.

Worked with Ricardo and his team for several weeks (kudos to them) but ultimately we were too uneasy to continue as we cannot afford to lose that which we are trying to protect and streamline the use of - our contacts!

I am posting this review due to our experience with the company after realizing the product simply wasn't working as advertised. When asked to receive a refund we were completely ignored. No e-mail stating this was not possible, nothing, no response whatsoever. Multiple e-mails have been sent and over 2.5 months have passed with only crickets in return.

This is extremely disappointing and I would hope Shared Contacts for Gmail® has the professionalism and integrity to issue a refund when their product does not work. We dedicated an excessive amount of time to make things work only to have Hundreds of Dollars lost.

We had a problem with our partners contacts in logistics department and we are using G Suite for emails. Each employee had their own contacts newer or older so they asked each other if they have the latest contact.
