"A Reliable and Organized Communication Platform for Freelance Collaboration"
What do you like best about Flock?

As a freelance developer and reviewer, I appreciate how Flock keeps my communication, project discussions, and file sharing in one structured workspace. The interface is very clean, lightweight, and intuitive. Channels make it easy to organize different projects, while message threads keep conversations focused and easy to track. I also like that files, notes, and links are stored neatly within each channel, so I can quickly revisit shared resources without scrolling endlessly. The desktop and mobile sync is seamless, and I never miss client updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

The only issue I face is during video calls on weaker internet connections—sometimes there’s a short lag or delay in screen sharing. The mobile version also feels slightly slower when switching between large project channels. Notifications can occasionally be delayed on the mobile app, but overall these are minor issues that don’t affect the main communication workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Team Communication Made Simple"
What do you like best about Flock?

I like how Flock simplifies and organizes team communication. The clean interface, structured channels, and quick direct messaging keep our conversations focused. I appreciate the easy file sharing and useful integrations that make collaboration efficient without feeling overwhelming. Flock centralizes everything, allowing quick searches and easy access to files. The built-in tools like reminders and to-dos help me stay on top of tasks without switching between multiple apps, improving my productivity and communication. The initial setup was easy, and most of my team was able to get started without much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

One area where Flock could improve is performance during high activity, as it can occasionally feel a bit slow when many messages or files are being shared at once. I also think the integration ecosystem could be expanded further to support more third-party tools, and the mobile experience could be made more consistent with the desktop version for smoother on-the-go communication. "Streamlined Communication, Speedy Setup"
What do you like best about Flock?

What I like most about Flock is its focus on clarity, speed, and teamwork. Unlike heavier collaboration tools, Flock keeps communication extremely streamlined. Messages, channels, video calls, and file sharing all work together without feeling overwhelming. Flock's messaging, channels, video calls, and file sharing keep all communication in one place, helping our team move faster. These features reduce context-switching and make it easy to resolve issues and stay aligned. I also appreciate the smooth initial setup; onboarding was quick, and the interface was easy for everyone to understand. Most of the team got comfortable with the basics within a day without needing much training. We switched to Flock mainly for simplicity, faster performance, and the productivity features built directly into the platform. Its integrations with tools like calendar, project management platforms, and Google Workspace help streamline workflows while keeping communication centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

Some advanced integrations and customization options in Flock could be improved, as they sometimes feel limited compared to other tools. Also, larger teams occasionally experience minor performance or notification delays that could be optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Smooth Team Communication and Updates"
What do you like best about Flock?

I liked using Flock for its help in staying up-to-date, as it ensures I don't miss any updates from anyone in my organization. It's a great platform for maintaining professional communication without spamming emails and connecting with team members. I also appreciate how Flock helps me stay updated with special groups created for events, like HR events, updates from the finance department, and IT group discussions. The initial setup was quick and smooth. Also, there is not only a chat option but also an option to connect over a voice or video call, which you can use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

I haven't come across any. It's useful and does the job smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A useful software that helps me remain in touch with my colleagues"
What do you like best about Flock?

The best thing about Flock, which I use virtually daily, is how simple it is to communicate with my colleagues. I don't have to go between applications because chats, channels, and file sharing are all in one spot. It is lightweight, fast, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

I still have to use other tools for some tasks since some integrations are unavailable. Additionally, the mobile app occasionally feels a little clumsy, particularly when navigating between chats or handling files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

"Streamlined Team Communication Using Flock"
What do you like best about Flock?

In my experience, compare to other team communication softwares. Flock makes team communication much simpler because the app's interface is cleaner and easy to navigate. Other application has so much clutter and it gets hard to navigate. Other thing was, if I were to invite a new team member. The process for it is so smooth, so that the new team member don't have any sort of learning curve to use the app. Which gives flock +1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

Well, we use it heavily on our desktops but sometimes the mobile app lags during heavy threads and notifications. And workspace customization and advanced reporting could be more flexible for larger teams. That' we'd like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Real-Time Communication for Campaign Managers"
What do you like best about Flock?

I loved that it was very easy to switch between chats with my partners to chats with multiple divisions in on the action. As a campaign manager, I need the ability to communicate close to real time. Flock meets that need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

I didn’t like the actual layout so much. To be honest I thought slacks was much more visually appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
