
I've been using ClassLink now for 4 years, the first 3 being with Powerschool as our SIS and more recently with Gradelink. They make it very simple to import our roster information with a wide variety of SIS APIs and vendor APIs to choose from, and so far we've never found a service that wasn't supported by ClassLink. Once the SIS is set the sync happens automatically every night or manually, so in the event that we have a change in student enrollment or anything else we will always have the most current roster info.
They are quick to remind us about various deadlines and things we need to do in preparation for the next school year, and if we have any questions they are a quick email, call, or chat away. More recently with our move to Gradelink we had some issues with the roster data not getting imported correctly. ClassLink was able to hop on a shared Zoom call between us and Gradelink to resolve the issue live. They also explained what they did and how they did it as a way for us to take notes and remember what to do for next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally it might be difficult to get support right away at certain times of the day, particularly around August but I figured that is normal given how many of the schools typically start around that time.
