I also like the ease of use, setting up and provisioning. Their support has been great and they get back really quickly. The integration of all apps is easy to begin. Our staff and students use it everyday to access all apps provided. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** The only thing I do not like is getting new staff in to the system before school starts. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having to roster each app individually and Claalink has helped make that very easy and more hands off. ### 2. Overall, they're top of the list if you need a rostering service for your school district. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** App partners cannot impersonate users in order to help troubleshoot rostering issues. This should be changed, as other competitors such as Clever offer this. No other complaints other than that. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rostering and offering SSO to our users helps getting them logged in and also drives usage. ### 3. All links that utilize the same SSO can be added as "apps" docked within the homepage of your unique Classlink site. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** We have had several issues within our district using this platform with certain software. Because a sync is required, often students and staff cannot have immediate access to items that are needed (ie: when a new class starts or a new student arrives). **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** Consider whether or not the other apps/software you are using are going to sync well and play nice with ClassLink. Consider whether you have a large enough IT department to assist with an item that EVERY user will need help with. Consider whether or not having a SSO for students is necessary. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClassLink allows students to not have to remember a ton of different links or access things from multiple places. It also allows students to have all items stored in a hub. ### 4. The SSO feature is very convenient. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** There's nothing I particularly dislike about this program, there's just similar options out there like dropbox and the cloud. **Recommendations to others considering ClassLink:** Great option if you're trying to go to a paperless classroom. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClassLink makes it easier for students to turn in their digital classwork to me versus the past where they'd give me a flash drive or send it in an email. ### 5. It's so convenient. **What do you dislike about ClassLink?** Passwords don't always save so when work requires me to update my password, it doesn't sync with all the sites. There's a few that do not. **What problems is ClassLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using it, we're able to streamline computer usage. ### 6.
