**What do you like best about Postal by Sendoso?**

Postal takes the logistical stress out of offline marketing from a sales, marketing and customer success perspective. 

Their team is extremely responsive and helpful pre and post-sales.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

The ability to send gifts internationally is understandably more challenging but it is something they are already improving to make that easier for a larger number of items. This has already improved substantially in the past year since we've been working with them.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postal.io and their team is helping our sales, marketing and customer success teams to quickly and easily utilitze offline marketing to allow us to stay focused on our core business. The time it has saved us given that we no longer have to run to UPS/FedEx etc. alone has been a significant ROI.

Takes the hassle out of client gifting! Saving us so much time to focus on other areas of the business. We also love their international shipping options along with the marketplace.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

It is sometimes hard to navigate and find orders that we have placed or sent out. Also when we want to search for a product, it doesn't always come up.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving a lot of time by having Postal curate our gifts and ship them out for us. They take the guess work out of client gifting for us - whether it is an employee gift or client gift!

Postal is easy to use, set up, and manage. The integrations fit right with our tech stack, making the switch to them as our swag/offline gifting tool an easy fit.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

The biggest challenges in using Postal are related to logistics management - an issue we've seen across most vendors in the space. A lot of that is out of Postal's control, everything else is great.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Postal is solving a few problems for us - virtual event management, direct-mail automation (especially for ABM strategies), and the ability to send promotional products for all use cases across the company.

Postal has been a breeze to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Whether it has been providing recommendations on best practices or the actual platform itself, the entire Postal experience has been phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

If I had to come up with one downside of Postal it would simply be selection - the platform already has a ton of selection but as long as you have a scalable UI to easily filter through a large selection (which they do), more never hurts!

Postal provides us with a flexible platform that allows for both one-off/custom and pre-set/triggered gifting to help our business better our prospective and client experience.

**What do you like best about Postal by Sendoso?**

It has a solid gift catalog and integrations were easy to set up (and are easy to use.) There's been a lot of nice surprises like ChiliPiper calendar integrations and more.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

Some of the UI isn't very intuitive. Regularly used functions feel hidden away in product menus. Other times, easy tasks feel like they have to be done in backwards ways due to limitations with the platform.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out swag is no longer a chore involving packing gifts, printing labels, and so on. We can easily activate gifting campaigns and reach prospects with much less legwork.

I am an  AE so finding ways to stand out in my outreach (as well as finding ways to stay top of mind while navigating a deal) is crucial. Postal is a great and unique way for me to get people's attention and demonstrate interest. I've had amazing responses to personalized gifts I've sent, and I love how it brings a human element to my sales approach. 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

No dislikes at the moment- their customer team is incredibly responsive and helpful so any issues I have run into during my onboarding have already been swiftly resolved. Kudos to their CS team/chat for being extremely on point with any and all questions while navigating the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Postal by Sendoso:**

Please consider using Postal as they help smaller businesses vs. large corps- love their products!

Onboarding was a straightforward and smooth process. Support is always fantastic.
Magic links make sending gifts from email easy and more organic.
Events have helped streamline what used to be a very manual process.
Swag editor is great for last minute needs.

Postal has a great easy-to-use platform compared to many other competitors. They also have a great Campaign Building team you can use.

Not much, however, you will have to send many many campaigns in order to establish ROI.

I enjoy the fact that with little to no effort, my employees can send gift links or direct gifts to our customers once the job is completed. We work with clients in their homes, so it's a nice little bow, topping the present.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

I would like to see more items offered on the marketplace. The gift collections creation is a little buggy, and it's difficult to go back and forth looking at products. The other issue is I'll put a gift into a collection, remove it, and it comes back.

Postal.io solves the issue of sending out low effort (on the employee side) links to our clients allowing them to "shop" for their own gift on our dime. It's a pretty great service, and our clients love it.

Postal.io is very simple to use. The user experience is so intuitive. I quickly set up the system for three teams with different budgets, currencies, templates, and gifts in no time. Plus, the customer service at Postal.io is AMAZING. Our representative provides nothing short of complete white-glove service. Also, you can choose from hundreds of events as well. The service there is stellar.

I haven't experienced a downside of the platform. It is so well thought out, and the new interface with Engage is fantastic.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gifting and ABM events were a struggle before Postal.io. We are a global company as well. Gifting in India and EMEA was extremely challenging before Postal.io. With abilities to ship almost anywhere and more currencies than we need, Postal.io covers the globe. When I first joined Postal.io, there were expanding into other countries. I needed India. I made a request, and they immediately responded by connecting with vendors in India and had me up and running quickly.

I like the visibility best.  When I send a gift, I can see if the customer read my gift email, and I get notified once the customer has accepted it.  The client and I can also message directly from the Postal.io message sent over.   This visibility and communication keep me well-informed and enables a thoughtful follow-up process with key clients and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

I don't dislike anything about the service.  However, if I could find one area of improvement, it would be in the variety of items I'm able to send.  I find myself going back to the same things over and over.  I want additional options to help me stand out to my prospects.

Postal is helping me elevate the client experience when needed and helping me stand out to key prospects.  Client retention and acquisition are the basis of sales, and Postal assists with both.

Very easy to navigate on the app, and a variety of items to choose from as a gift or the good old Gift card if you don't want to take risks. It's so intuitive to use.

It should have more templates to choose from based on different title personas. A good message for a Manager/ team leader should be slightly different from being sent out for a C-level person.

Postal helps break the Ice on conversations and makes it better to show appreciation for a service or a deal that is just about to be completed. That is how we used it most.

Easy way to gift prospects and customers. The platform and UI is intuitive and user friendly, so not much thought has to go into it. They also do a nice job of recommending company-approved items to send.

Nothing in particular, the variety of options is solid, however some of the shipping costs are a bit ludicruous.

There is not anything specific that I don't like about Postal. Overall the service and product have been easy to use.

The people at Postal are second to none, especially in the gifting space. From the sales process to customer onboarding, I have been impressed with every step so far

The lack of international availability in shipping is a hurdle, but is one the company did a good job of letting us know about before signing on. Because of this, we were able to come up with a plan.

The process of adding budget for each sender is a little confusing.

As a vendor on the platform, we have had the privilege of seeing how Postal works from behind the scenes. Efficient and smooth, the software works perfectly with our store. I have a few friends that work for a SaaS company that's a client of Postal, and they rave about the platform's abilities. "We love Postal!" is a common phrase I hear from them.

I'd also like to point out all the awesome people we have had the privilege of working with at Postal.io! Whenever we have a question, the team at Postal is always there to support us and find our answers. A+ staff all around!

The team at postal has thought of EVERYTHING. And if there is something else you're wanting or needing, they already have it in the works. The marketplace is exhaustive, from consumable items to high-quality, memorable gifts. I love that we can track ROI, and it integrates with HubSpot. They continue to improve their platform, which gives me all the confidence that this is the platform we'll partner with for years to come.

Oh, and their team is incredible! Audra and I practically became BFFs during our first few months with Postal, and I can't wait to connect with more of the team as we begin working with the concierge team.

There's nothing I dislike that they aren't already working on bettering.

Before postal, I was executing all team and customer experiences solo. I was shipping experiences out of my house, running around town gathering items for gifts with my kids in tow. This was all while trying to pursue other parts of my marketing role that were valuable to the company.

Since using Postal, I've been able to restructure experiences so they are managed within each department while I can still oversee and take the lead on promotions or mass experiences. This has freed up over 20 hours a week to allow me to run with other marketing needs for our company.

Postal helps me create genuine relationships professionally in the way I would in my personal life. Much like how I'd buy coffee for a friend having a tough day, or celebrate an accomplishment or special occasion with a gift, with Postal, I can celebrate my business partners when they have a meaningful life or work event.  I recently had a new champion at a company that had to completely revamp how his department used our product. Knowing he had spent days and days on the project, I sent him lunch on me via a giftcard on Postal. He shared how much that meant to him.  I love the variety of items to choose from, from gift cards to unique gifts. ABeing able to surprise and delight my customers brings me sincere joy and adds the extra thoughtfulness I wouldn't be able to provide otherwise!

No downsides to using postal! It's a valuable asset!

There are so many positives to Postal. We used it to incentivize employees to post brand social media posts to their personal channels. We saw a 900% increase in social media impressions due to this program. Our team loved how simplistic the platform is. Before choosing Postal, I reviewed other platforms like Alyce and Sendoso and nothing could compare to the marketplace and ease of Postal.

We did have some issues with items on the west coast being delivered to recipients. Support was there to help and resolve the issues.

Postal allows me to connect with prospects, customers and partners at a high level. The added touch of personalized gifts lets them know we are thinking about them and not just selling our solution and walking away. I would highly recommend Postal to any company looking to make an impact on their customers.

It is hard to put something I dislike. I feel that more specific company-branded items would be an asset, but this is nothing against the tool as a whole. Our company marketing team and the postal team continue adding more items all the time. The only other thing I would suggest is having more dedicated check in's with the users to let them share best practices and update them on key changes like the update we saw recently.

Postal allows us kind reach outs to prospects who may have been pulled away from the focus of implementing our solution due to other issues. It will enable us to give back to customers who have gone all in with us or celebrate life milestones with them. Sending someone a small token of our appreciation for attending a demonstration or a gift when we find out a prospect is sick sets us apart from our competitors and continues showing how important our customers are to us.

Postal equips me with a huge repository of gifts, offerings, and incentives that I use for my customer success programs. The tool saves me hours on coordinating incentives and gifts for my clients. I'm able to quickly and seamlessly upload a list of contacts across the world, customize a gift and email template, and send it to them to choose a special reward. Postal allows me to add a human touch to my experiences at scale to create advocates, drive revenue, and increase our product adoption. I highly recommend using Postal for any customer success organization looking to scale gifting!

I'd love to see Postal make it easier and less cumbersome to gift to international clients. I know they're actively working on making this process smoother in their product to allow us to support our growing international user base.

The broad offering of products in the assortment and the low overall cost to entry vs. competitors in the space. Help is also plentiful, responsive and very personable.

Some of the shipping rates seem a bit insane and need checked, but I am not sure if that is a factor of the global economy and inflation or if postal is building in some margin on each shipment.

Lack of continuity with prospects and clients during the pandemic and post-pandemic caused issues making meetings and building rapport.  The tool has helped build a bridge with those clients and prospects through gifting.

Their product variety and our CSM! The products Postal offers are seriously great - nothing hokey or junk that our clients wouldn't love or appreciate. They also can brand many of those items if we want! Our CSM is also extremely attentive and responsive. I don't think we've ever worked with someone who is so on top of our needs.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

I wish reporting was easier to sort by team and use in general. It's still a little confusing to me even being the power user for my team. I'm also uncertain if you can do a list upload or directly import from a CRM created list into Postal.

**What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed one centralized platform for sending and tracking all our rewards - gift cards, holiday gifts, production awards, and so on. It also has direct mail capabilities that are awesome for our multi-channel marketing campaigns. We are also really excited about the Hubspot and Salesforce integrations as that, again, centralizes our reporting.

It's helpful that there are 3 different ways to send. It's also a nice feature that the magic links do not remove the value from your bank when created, instead only after the prospect has accepted. This enables me to send more gifts than I have a bank for, which is necessary since so few people accept.

**What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?**

I dislike that there is a monthly allowance. Deals move along at different paces, so I wish that it was an annual allowance of money to use at our discretion. Otherwise I find myself sending Postals to random, less important contacts at the end of every month, rather than just waiting for the perfect moment, buying a bigger more expensive gift, and getting more return and responses.

Sometimes deals lag or a prospect may ghost you or even have a personal issue come up. These are all great opportunities to use Postal to humanize yourself and show empathy.

Terrible support times, product UI/workflow is also 2 out of 10. Support turnaround is insanely bad and when you have an issue it takes multiple days to resolve. I wouldn't consider the live chat actually live.

The mobile version is rough. Sometimes the options for gifts are limited but that is more on us. You can really customize the options reps have to choose from.

Postal is simply user-friendly and genious. It's my absolute favorite tool to use as an Account Manager! It can be used in so many ways; thank you, a celebration of a promotion or new baby, thoughtful touch for someone mourning, or a way to hurry up a deal cycle!

When I choose an amount for an item, it doesn't include the shipping costs and sometimes that puts me outside of my monthly spending so I have to start my search over.

It gives me a creative outlet for acknowledging my customers. The benefits are obvious; strong champions equal strong advocates internally, I don't just use it to make my customers 'like me,' but to acknowledge them for their hard work. Thank you gifts go so much further than the same 'thank you' email and I want to show them how much I appreciate their time. This is a strong incentive for me personally, so it resonates.
