I use Gemini daily in my office work for a variety of tasks. It helps me write and rewrite content, generate ideas, and brainstorm on different topics. I also rely on it for image and video generation, as well as composing and replying to emails. I make use of Gemini across all products offered in Google Enterprise. Additionally, I use it to summarize emails and translate entire messages into any language for better understanding. the gemini new feature is agent workflow is really amazing. because this agent do anything automation workflow in google workspace. example i can connect my google forms with sheets and google docs also for automation task. its complete our office automation task easily like article writing social media content writing and many task we can do with gemini agent. It's a bit pricey for a big business with lots of workers; it's not cheap. also connecting our older systems that aren't Google was hard during the original setup. It's not easy you need full IT help for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having to look for information and make reports by hand is no longer a big problem. I used to waste three to four hours a week looking for solutions. Honestly, when it comes to basic tasks like rephrasing, I find that other tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot perform much better. In my experience, being required to use Gemini instead of ChatGPT feels like a step backward. I believe I can achieve better results with other AI tools than with this one.
