While Happeo works well for everyday communications, searchability within content could be improved. From a communications perspective, having better options to filter and locate specific articles and past posts would significantly enhance efficiency. Improved searchability, a clearer history of previous stories, and the ability to organize content by themes and topics would make finding information much easier across the platform. My company has been using Doctolib for over 2 years now, and the name of our platform has become a common name for every employee, who go on it every week at least. We know that every thing is on it.

We have been well supported for the implementation, and keep being greatly supported by the CSM team.

The different features (the search bar, the filters, the different type of widgets, the groups management, etc.) allow for every persona to find something they will like.

The customer service and learning opportunities (webinars, FAQs, talking with outreach rep etc) have been helpful and easy to access. It is simple to use, can be as fun or serious as you want to make it (what fits best with your company's culture) and has greatly increased our employee engagement.
