**What do you like best about Workable?**

Workable is a great platform, it keeps everyone accountable throughout the process and we've found the reporting features really helpful in our hiring process.
Managers enjoy that they can go in and look at resumes, see what has been happening throughout the hiring process. It's been easy to use and implement across all our companies.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

It would be nice if the main page was more customizable to each persons needs rather than standard across the board.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brining all the resumes together in one spot, allowing all members of the hiring team access to the resumes. Brining approvals and requisitions together with clear reporting on it.

I don’t like that when I add a tag to a candidate in one job, it doesn’t carry over to other positions they’ve applied for. This makes it harder to keep track of the candidate if they’ve applied to multiple roles, and important context can be lost

I didn't implement it but it heard it was easy to set up

I do get a lot of emails from them, especially around referrals that i would like to disable as they are not relevant to me

How we have lost our account manager, when I first used it there used to be an account manager and that was so helpful. Now i am sent long trainings in answer to my questions.

The lack of analytics and resources to educate employees on how to use the system. I think the steps on setting the system it is not intuitive.

I would not use them ever again. I did not like anything about their service.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Extra charges for everything, many software bugs. They claimed some issues were because of our linked accounts and they refused to believe it, but suddenly they fixed the bug and it was entirely their fault. Their customer service is very poor.

Hiring employees across multiple job boards. However we had many problems with the software.

Easy to use. Contains a lot of options, but it isn't overwhelming to set up, to train, or to use. It integrates with Outlook, so users can easily and efficiently communiate.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

It doesn't integrate with our version of ADP, which means we cannot use for on-boarding.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to manage 100s of job ads in various states at the same time, creating consistency among ads. Also easy reporting allows you easy insight into your pipeline and production. It also allows you to easily track individual user production. Our old ATS did not integrate with Outlook, so communication was cumbersome. Workable integrates with Outlook so we can email and text through the platform and the use of bulk email and text is a great feature.

Workable AI, although I know that this is an area of growth. The more genuine data input, the more the AI will learn.

Some of the features that I like best about workable are:
It allows users to post jobs to multiple job boards and social media platforms simultaneously and provides sourcing integrations and candidate search tools
Provides resume parsing capabilities which automatically extract key information from resumes, saving time and reducing manual data entry
Provides comprehensive analytics and reporting tools that help track key metrics like time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates
Customer support team is amazing and responses are quick

Although there is a mobile app, it might lack some of the features available on the desktop version, leading to a less comprehensive user experience on mobile devices.

Workable is great as it allows us to manage our recruitment cycle in one place. It's easy to assign hiring managers and recruiters to jobs, view candidates progressing through each stage and send communications to candidates.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The fact that you have to manually upload the CVs from Indeed which we use a lot. It should be integrated!

**What do you like best about Workable?**

I like being able to manage multiple jobs and seeing them on one dashboard. I also like how easy it is to move candidates through the stages of the hiring pipeline, efficiently, and also customizing pipelines according to specific hiring needs. Email templates are also also a great tool, and I'm able to organize them according to departments.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

There are a few technical kinks, but I assume it's from new technology that's added. Some examples of this are connecting Outlook being able to schedule interviews on behalf of certain interviewers. There have been a few minor issues with regards to connecting Outlook calendars canceling, and rescheduling appointments.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to streamline the hiring process through Workable. Additionally, were able to track how long it takes on average to hire a candidate, which are keep performance indicators that we use at our company. We're also able to share responsibilities of the hiring pipeline as well as hiring managers are able to view and or contribute, depending on their roles and their needs.

After working on a few ATS, I must say that this is by far the most sophisticated one I've used. I love how seamless and easy everything is on the platform. Our account rep was very quick to help us implement and integrate the system so that we could easily start working and was great at resolving any issues we faced. The workable staff continues to work and launch new features to the platform to keep it top of the line.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Nothing that I can think of! If there's something that you believe would be beneficial for development, they are eager to hear your ideas and start working on it.

It provides an easy platform for recruitment. From creating job descriptions using the help of AI, to moving candidates through the pipeline, scheduling interviews and even reporting - it's been a very beneficial tool as a recruiter.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

Workable has a seamless design making it really easy to use and navigate. I like how it is consistently being updated too with tools such as AI generators - all of these, alongside the more traditional features, makes recruiting and improving candidate experience super forward thinking.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

While consistent updates are really good, sometimes the system can lag and errors from the server appear. It can also run really slow too which can be frustrating. 

Blind hiring is also a great feature but you are not able to set it at certain stages which almost makes the feature a little redundant as shortlisting can be done at more than one stage - there is work around though using tags etc.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blind Hiring - this is a must have tool in talent aquisition. 
Seamless Candidate Experience - with email templates, interview scorecards, automations etc, it makes the candidate journey really easy to manage
Surveys - Adding surveys into stages for candidates is also a great feature as it creates informative data.

Workable gives us access to a large pool of candidates, and makes connecting with those candidates easy.  Hiring teams are able to collaborate efficiently, and allows us to proactively share candidates between jobs when a potential fit is identified in an area other than the candidate has originally applied.

Favorite ATS so far. Very intuitive, saving a lot of time in training and implementation. The system provides high flexibility to accommodate unexpectancy in hiring. The customer support team was great as well. They replied promptly with useful information.

Great system design that helps me focus on building relationships with applicants. I've used many ATS before, and most of them asked users to change their behaviors to accommodate their system settings. But Workable is no way like that.

It's a unique system, really user friendly, the customer support is amazing. It has a vast number os usages and it can be integrated easily with any other tool that we got. We are using it every day. It was really easy to implement
