It's easy to use in general, and easy to collaborate with other members of the hiring team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's frustrating that you can't comment on records or email candidates unless they are attached to a job. As an in-house team, we quite often stumble across someone on Linkedin that has changed jobs and we want to make a comment on their record on Workable so that others in the hiring team are aware of this change. We aren't able to do that without adding that person to a job. We also can't email a candidate in the database to see if they are open to talking about a job without first adding them to an open job. It's a big limitation for us.
The search function isn't very good either, and relies on tagging. As we have different people tagging, the tags aren't consistent so we don't get great results with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Workable is its user-friendly interface and powerful AI-driven features, which make sourcing, screening, and collaborating on hiring decisions both efficient and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Workable is that its AI-driven candidate selection can sometimes miss relevant profiles, and some features, like job postings, require a company website, which may limit flexibility for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
