**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I appreciate that Google Workspace allows me to share photos and files with clients on a project. It helps me work with others who want to share photos or files. I like that I can use the Google version of software I don't normally use, so I can still collaborate with others who have that software. Although it took a little bit of time to get the concept, once I did, I found it easy to use.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google workspace helps me to manage campaigns, meetings and content creating from one place. Google meet is one of the most useful tools for me i use tit for client presentations, campaign reviews, and brainstorming sessions with creative teams. the video quality is reliable and features like screen sharing make it easy to walk through marketing decks and performance reports. Google slides is great for creating pitch decks and campaign presentations quickly. and google docs helps with content drafts social media plans and email copy where comments and suggestions speed up review. all the softwares are integrated well , as the google ecosystem is always my fav.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google workspace helps me to coordinate automation tasks and documentation efficiently . I use Google Docs to write automation flow design, test scenarios and process documentation that can be reviewed by QA, developers and business teams at the same time. Google sheets is useful for tracking test execution status, defect counts and automation coverage, Gmail and calendar make it easy to schedule test reviews, sprint discussions and release meetings.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

it it mainly a collaboration platform, so it does not support direct automation scripting or execution, also sheets can become slow when used for large test datasets or complex formulas

 ### 6. Seamless SSO and Flawless Calendar & Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Project Management Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The single sign on and seamless integration makes logging into multiple tools so much easier and the calendar and email are integrated flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I can't think of too much- the only part that gets frustrating is having to navigate between personal and business accounts. Most people have a personal Google account, and when we also have a business Google account, having to navigate between them can get convoluted sometimes.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a single source for email, calendar, documents, meetings, etc and everything I could need for software project management.

 ### 7. Feature-Rich, Low-Cost Workspace That Fits Small-Team Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

For a small scale, Google workspace provides a great deal of functionality (maybe even too much!) for very low cost. It's part of a platform that everyone is familiar with, and it does a decent job of fitting into a group workflow.

In addition to Gmail (probably the biggest draw) it provides a decent alternative to some core parts of Microsoft Office 365 - with Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc. Group Calendaring is very useful in keeping a group coordinated. It also gives you Google Photos - a convenient photo storage solution and Google Drive - a very convenient way to share files/collaborate with team members.

You can also easily share specific content with people outside your group - a folder of photos, a spreadsheet, etc. Being able to have more than one person editing a file at the same time can be very helpful, and when there are people outside the core organization that are involved, this becomes even more useful.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The downside (of course) to something this powerful being low cost, is that you are giving Google access to your information. ("If you're not paying for the product, you are the product", etc.) They are obviously scanning every email with Gemini, and I would guess all your files (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc). For my use-case, it's not a direct concern, but if we were working with more sensitive content, it would be.

The group workspace admin can be a bit overwhelming at first, if you're a casual user setting up a group, but it's also very possible to use a really limited subset of the workspace to keep things more simple. You can then grow into the fuller capabilities.

One improvement would be clearer guidance in the initial set-up of a group. The Gmail philosophy of "throw everything into a big bucket, and then have great search to pull out what you need" is evident throughout Google Workspace, as well. But when you're starting (or your users are not comfortable with technology), you don't even know what to ask for. It can seem very overwhelming, and it's easy to make structural mistakes until you have a better feel for the overall suite.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am responsible for all the technology/communications functions of a medium sized non-profit. Almost all of our work is done with/by non-technical volunteers that typically stay in a specific role for up to two years. We need things to work easily and smoothly, while still maintaining a structure that can survive the rotation of people through the roles.

Google Workspace has helped us improve our detailed operations, so everyone isn't working from their own local spreadsheets, documents, etc - we can transfer over a role-based email account when we have, say, a new treasurer or secretary - all the history is maintained, including emails, files, etc. This makes it much easier for a new person to step into a role and become productive quickly and comfortably.

We have added to the functionality we use over time - in the beginning, we primarily used the Gmail function (we can have individual emails with our own website address, managed through Google Workspace - very useful.) Over time, we've added many of the typical office-type functions for all our key roles - Sheets, Docs, Drive, Photos, Forms, etc. There is a lot more - a growing AI capability, specifically - that we are exploring.

 ### 8. Easy Anywhere Access Across Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurvin S. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I like accessibility; you can access your files from your tablet, phone, or computer wherever you are.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think costing can be more competitive, especially when you only want to use a specific feature and not all the features inside Google Workspace.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The collaboration problem is what it solved for me. We can all collaborate while sitting in multiple places, especially in a company where people are spread across the globe.

 ### 9. Effortless Communication & Management with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love the ease of use of Google Workspace. It was easy to set up and continue to manage. The Google Meeting solution is very helpful by allowing us to share ideas with a team scattered throughout the US. These solutions give us many communication tools in one solution, which makes management very easy.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some of the management tools in the Admin area are a bit cumbersome to use. The admin area could be less complicated. Sometimes I get stuck in a loop where I can't find the tool or solution.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to manage digital communications and assets, creating a single repository for content and coordinating meetings. It provides multiple communication tools in one solution, making management very easy, and facilitating idea sharing across our distributed team.

 ### 10. Easy connection, smooth navigation, and online productivity tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miezan Emmanuel T. | ingénieur des techniques agronomie, Farming, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I appreciate the ease of connection and navigation between different emails, as well as access to online productivity tools.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

For the moment, I love it and find it really comprehensive.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my part, I used it to fill out an online Excel workbook, and the person who had sent me the file automatically saw the data I entered there, without me even needing to send it back to them by email.

 ### 11. One stop solution for everything you need to work smoothly, smarter and easier , in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DISHA B. | QA ANALYST, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

This is an all-in-one tool that brings together emails, files, meetings, and notes, keeping everything securely stored in a single location. It allows multiple users to collaborate on the same files at the same time, and offers cloud storage for easy access. The connection is seamless, and the strong security features mean there’s no worry about losing files. You can work from anywhere, and the interface is user-friendly, making it suitable even for beginners. I use google workspace on daily basis for both professional and personal requirements.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Nothing as such that I dislike till now about Google workspace

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of switching between different apps, everything (email, chat, files, meetings) is in one platform. No need to worry about losing data — everything is saved safely in Google Drive. Multiple people can edit the same document at the same time without confusion.Work on your files from phone, laptop, or tablet, even if you’re not at home.Chat, video calls, and email are linked, so you don’t miss important updates.

 ### 12. Seamless Collaboration and Live Data Updates in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepali J. | Retail Planner, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

At Fossil, we rely on Google Workspace for nearly all of our tasks, whether it's Gmail, Chat, Meet, Google Keep, or more. The platform offers a versatile set of features, providing a unified space where everything can be managed efficiently. I am in the process of transferring all my files from Excel to Google Sheets. The integration with GCP is seamless, and the live updates save time by eliminating the need to manually refresh data.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Docs and Sheets are missing some advanced features, such as sophisticated formatting options, robust analytics on par with Excel, and support for complex macros. As a result, power users may find these tools limiting for their needs.

Google Meet also feels quite basic, especially when compared to Zoom. It lacks the polish needed for large meetings, webinars, and offers limited recording controls. The overall experience is functional but does not feel premium.

While there is an offline mode, it is not seamless. Setting it up requires manual steps, and the experience is often frustrating, particularly in environments with poor connectivity.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has made my life much easier, especially when working with Google Sheets. Since everything is saved online, I no longer have to worry about saving data manually or losing hours of work. Its integration with GCP is excellent. Data refreshes and updates quickly, which allows for smooth and seamless business analysis reports.

 ### 13. Reliable and Easy-to-Use Collaboration Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I like is how easy it makes teamwork. Sharing files, collaborating on documents in real time, and switching between apps like Gmail, Drive, and Meet feels smooth and reliable for daily work.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One thing I dislike about Google Workspace is that some useful features are only available in expensive plans. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming when managing too many files and shared folders.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the problem of scattered communication and file management by keeping email, meetings, documents, and storage in one place. It helps me work faster, collaborate easily with teams, and access everything from anywhere without worrying about file versions or backups.

 ### 14. Seamless Collaboration and Easy Setup with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayan B. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace mainly for my daily office work, as it helps me manage emails with Gmail, create and edit documents in Google Docs, make spreadsheets in Google Sheets, and prepare presentations using Google Slides. I also use Google Drive to store files safely and share them easily with my team. What I like most is how easy it makes working and collaborating with others. I can share files instantly, work on documents at the same time as my team, and see changes in real time. Everything is saved automatically, so I don’t have to worry about losing my work. It works smoothly across devices, making my daily work faster and more convenient. Google Workspace is simple to use, reliable, and very helpful for both individual and team work, keeping my work organized and improving productivity. The initial setup was quite easy for my team, and the interface is simple and familiar, allowing us to start using it without much training.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One thing that could be improved in Google Workspace is offline access. Some features don’t work fully without an internet connection, which can be inconvenient at times. Also, managing storage space can be a bit confusing, especially when Drive, Gmail, and Photos share the same limit. Apart from that, advanced features in Docs or Sheets sometimes feel limited compared to traditional desktop software.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace for managing emails, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and file storage. It simplifies teamwork by enabling real-time collaboration, even on the same file. Everything's cloud-based, so I can work from anywhere, boosting my productivity and keeping my work organized.

 ### 15. Practical and collaborative: automatic saving and efficient shared editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xiomara D. | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

First, being virtual, it is very practical for me. Second, I can work on anything and it saves automatically, so the risk of losing the document is low. Additionally, being able to share documents and have other people edit them helps to be more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

In my experience, sometimes it tends to take a while to save; visually, it might need an improvement.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than anything, I work with shared documents with my colleagues where the information is instant, and the benefit I get is efficiency when it comes to reports or if a problem arises, solve it.

 ### 16. All-in-One Workspace That Simplifies Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominique B. | Senior Customer Support Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace allows me to keep all of my important workspaces organized in one place. I can usually spend most of my day working within Google Workspace, except when I need to use our specialized software like Zendesk or Data Dashboards. It's really convenient to have access to Sheets, Docs, and Mail, and to store everything in Drive. Sharing files with my colleagues is also very straightforward, which makes collaboration much easier.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some aspects of Google Workspace, particularly Slides and Docs, seem a bit outdated compared to competitors. As we use these tools within our organization, I find them somewhat clunky and not as user-friendly as other programs. An update to improve their usability would be welcome.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace addresses the challenge of using multiple programs by bringing them together in a single suite, making it easy for our remote company to collaborate and access everything we need. It simplifies my work because I can quickly reach a variety of features all in one place, and I can effortlessly drag and drop what I need to share with colleagues, all without any hassle.

 ### 17. Beginner-Friendly and Great for Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush V. | Growth Acquisition Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

There are a lot of things I like about it but listing out the the top most:
- Beginner friendly
- Easy to collaborate with others

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The only thing I hate or want to import about Google workspace is it has some limited features as compare to its competitors in market

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its easy to collaborate with team like you can easily share with team and can collaborate with the team on any doc

 ### 18. Excellent Collaboration, Seamless Integration—Minor Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Marketing & Communications Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace excels at real-time collaboration and ease of use. The ability for multiple users to simultaneously edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with minimal friction is extremely valuable. Tools like Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Calendar integrate seamlessly, making it easy to share files, manage permissions, and collaborate across teams regardless of location. The cloud-based nature also reduces version control issues and allows work to continue smoothly across devices.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Advanced functionality can be limited compared to desktop-based alternatives, particularly in areas like complex data analysis in Sheets or advanced formatting and design in Docs and Slides. File organization and permission management can become confusing at scale, especially when working across shared drives. Additionally, offline functionality and large-file handling are not always as reliable as expected, which can be frustrating in low-connectivity situations.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace solves the problem of fragmented communication, file storage, and collaboration by bringing documents, email, calendars, and messaging into a single, cloud-based ecosystem. It eliminates the need to constantly email attachments, manage multiple file versions, or rely on disconnected tools to coordinate work.

This benefits me by making collaboration faster and more efficient. I can easily co-edit documents in real time, share files with clear permission controls, and access everything from any device. It also improves transparency and accountability, since updates, comments, and revision histories are visible to everyone involved. Overall, Google Workspace streamlines workflows, reduces administrative overhead, and allows me to focus more on the actual work rather than managing tools or processes.

 ### 19. An Amazing Suite of Tools That Gets a Lot Done

Google is an amazing suite of tools. With the wide range of tools it offers, you can accomplish a lot and get so much done.

Nothing comes to mind. I use Google Workspace every day, and I’ve had little to no problems with it.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It covers everything from email to document creation and storage. There are so many tools available, which makes it easy to handle a lot of different tasks in one place.

 ### 20. Reliable, User-Friendly, and Perfect for Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NISHANT S. | IT-Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

One new thing I really like about Google Workspace is the deeper AI integration across apps, especially in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. Features like smart writing suggestions, automatic summaries, and improved search make day-to-day work faster and more efficient.

Additionally, the enhanced collaboration tools—such as better version history, comments, and real-time co-editing—have become more seamless and reliable. The improved security controls and admin features also make it easier to manage users and data, which is a big plus for growing teams.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace could improve in a few key areas:

Advanced offline functionality: Some apps still feel limited when working offline, especially for complex Docs or Sheets.

Email and storage pricing transparency: As storage needs grow, costs can increase quickly, and clearer, more flexible pricing tiers would help.

Feature consistency across apps: New features roll out faster in some apps than others, which can create an uneven experience.

Customization options: Admin-level and UI customization could be more flexible for organizations with specific workflow needs.

Overall, it’s a strong platform, but these improvements would make it even more efficient for larger and fast-growing teams.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Google Meet helps solve the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a stable and easily accessible platform for virtual meetings. It enables our team to connect instantly across locations without needing extra software, making it ideal for both internal discussions and client communications. Its integration with Google Calendar and Gmail ensures streamlined scheduling and reduces meeting setup time, ultimately improving productivity and communication efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | Service Delivery Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The primary use for Google Workspace is to facilitate ongoing service task coordination and handover between teams internally. I make heavy use of Docs sharing for process notes, Drive for file storage related to clients, and Calendar for scheduling delivery timing for projects currently underway. The benefit is reduced dependency on email for that information and being more on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

If there are many shared documents in use simultaneously, it requires a lot of effort to make sure that names are clear to avoid confusion.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, service-related details were scattered through emails, online chat conversations, and local storage devices. Google Workspace has provided a unified platform for documents and schedules. This, in turn, has facilitated smoother task transitions without any delays.

 ### 24. Google Workspace Keeps Daily Operations Moving smoothly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia D. | Operations Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace can be very useful for keeping day to day operations moving forward. For example, i use Gmail for all internal and client-related communication, Google Calendar for keeping track of my schedules, and Google Sheets for keeping track of basic operational updates. It makes much easier to respond quickly and avoid missing important details of the day.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

One issue with notifications is that these can become overwhelming if there are multiple documents being shard and updated. This can prove distracting at times.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, it took emails, messages, ad different applications to keep track of task updates, and it has become second nature to miss the updates. Google workspace has brought everything together under one platform, making our lives more predictable.

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo L. | Project Manager, Sporting Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace feels like the perfect place to stay organized, whether for everyday life or for anyone working in a company. The ecosystem is strong, and all the integrations and tools make things easier to manage. Even though many of the resources and integrations are almost free, the main downside for me could be storage. Still, it doesn’t feel like a huge cost overall. AI features are seamlessly integrated and boost your experience. All the user interface is pretty friendly user, which allows to introduce it and adopt it pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Storage might be a showstopper for some people. However, the cost isn’t all that high.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and centralization with internal and external teams/people

I think the thing I like the most about Google Workspace is how convenient it is to use. I can manage everything from writing my book to saving documents to opening documents everywhere. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Intuitive interface, flexible features, with plenty of material to research how they work. The platform is easy to integrate with many 3rd party tools. Also it provides just enough visibility while also protecting user's privacy.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

While the product protects end-users's privacy from the admins, this is not very helpful for investigations or findings validation and 3rd party tools are required to implement end-to-end processes.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Platform provides functionality enablement by Organizational Unit, which means you can get quite granular feature or permission settings, this is very useful for global companies dealing with multiple privacy regulations and country preferences.

Shared drives are often messy and disorganized, especially when working with large groups. The feature of advanced workflow automation is not available in the lower-tier editions, and using Google Sheets to handle large data sets is somewhat constricting.

The fact that shared drives may become unorganized unless a proper structure is in place is a con. Another con is the fact that some features are available in the higher-tier plans only.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that Google Workspace integrates email, docs, storage, and meetings in a single suite is a plus. The real-time collaboration is also a plus because it speeds up work and eliminates delays related to versions of the same document.

It is widely used on a daily basis because of its accessibility and collaborative features.

The problem of real-time file access, communication, and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams is resolved by Google Workspace. By consolidating email, documents, storage, and meetings onto a single platform, it lessens reliance on various tools. This increases output, facilitates quicker decision-making, streamlines teamwork, and lets me work effectively from any location without complicated setup or version-control problems.

I really like how all the tools are integrated. Using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive together makes collaboration very simple. The ability to share files instantly and work on them with others in real-time is a huge time-saver for me.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Sometimes the search function in Google Drive can be a bit slow when searching through a large number of files. Also, the offline mode occasionally takes time to sync once the internet is back.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of file management and remote work. I can access my documents from any device, whether it's my phone or a tablet. It makes team coordination much easier without needing to send emails back and forth with attachments.

Easy collaboration feels and how easy to work with other people. The file sharing, edit documents together in real time, join meeting quickly and access everything from anywhere.

Some of the apps feel too basic for advance work. Also pricing is also in higher side.

This helps to keep communication, meetings, files and documents all in one place instead. Before this product we used to spend too much time emailing files back and forth and dealing with version confusion. But after using this we work on same documents live, which saves time and reduces mistakes. It is not perfect for advance tasks, but overall colloboration and productivity improved a lot for our team.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yemi O. | Senior Tax Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Everything at my fingertips.

Storage, productivity software, email. It's useful.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The overall quality of the Google ecosystem has degraded over the last 10 years. It's not what it once was. Which is sad. But it's gotta be used. So I grin and bear it. Performance is trash, everything is them trying to extract the last bit of currency from the users.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's there. My life is so heavily integrated into Google. I wish there were another way. Because they know they're the only game in town.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It’s very simple to navigate, and everything works seamlessly together across all of its applications.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

At times, the features feel limited compared to competitors like Google Docs and Google Sheets. Some formulas are different, and if someone is transitioning from a different software to Google Sheets, it can take time to learn. Also, Google Docs has fewer formatting options.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace helps me keep everything in one place, emails, meetings, files, and documents. It makes communication and teamwork much easier because we can share files, collaborate on documents in real time, and quickly connect through meetings or chat. It solves collaboration, communication, and document management challenges by providing email, cloud storage, real-time editing, and virtual meeting tools in one platform. This benefits users by improving teamwork, increasing productivity, and enabling seamless work from anywhere

 ### 43. Unified Collaboration Made Effortless with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Komal W. | Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace effectively solves the problem of fragmented communication and document versioning. Instead of juggling multiple tools and attachments, teams can rely on a unified platform where everything—from emails to files to calendars—is linked and searchable. This has improved transparency, reduced dependency on local storage, and strengthened collaboration across departments.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Drive’s folder structures can become messy without strict discipline, and finding files can sometimes be challenging despite powerful search features. Meet works well for most use cases, but call quality can be inconsistent depending on network conditions, and breakout room management isn’t as intuitive as competing platforms. Additionally, advanced administrative settings may feel complex for non-technical users.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace continues to be an essential foundation for collaboration and communication at ISDM. Its greatest strength lies in how seamlessly it integrates core tools—Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet—into one cohesive ecosystem. This interconnectedness allows teams to work together in real time, share information effortlessly, and maintain consistent documentation across projects.

The real-time editing and commenting features in Docs and Sheets have been especially valuable for ISDM’s collaborative workflows. Whether drafting academic content, coordinating program activities, or managing internal processes, the ability for multiple team members to work simultaneously has significantly reduced turnaround times and improved clarity. Drive’s shared folders and permission controls also help ensure that resources are organized and accessible, reducing the clutter and confusion that often arises in large teams.

 ### 44. AWESOME TOOL TO USE!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell G. | Sr. Digital Risk Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The overall usage and capabilities are second to none! Like I don’t know what I’d do without GW lol

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Maybe just update a way to get to all the tools cause sometimes you don’t know what all you can use the way it’s set up today where you have to scroll to see tools.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of not having a centralized place to put all of my documents.

 ### 45. Cloud-Based Collaboration Made Easy with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine D. | Patient Care Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

• Cloud-based access from anywhere
• Real-time collaboration and file sharing
• Integrated tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Meet
• Strong security and admin controls
• Scalable and cost-effective for teams of any size

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I wanted to share a few potential drawbacks of Google Workspace to consider:

• Requires a reliable internet connection for full functionality
• Fewer advanced features compared to some desktop-based programs
• Occasional formatting issues when converting Microsoft files
• Cloud storage may raise privacy concerns for some organizations
• Subscription costs increase for higher-tier features and storage
• Limited offline capabilities compared to traditional desktop software

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings email, messaging, video meetings, and calendars into one ecosystem (like Gmail and Google Meet), reducing miscommunication and scattered tools. With real-time editing in Google Docs and Google Sheets, everyone works on the same file at the same time. Instant sharing with controlled permissions replaces emailing attachments.

 ### 46. Great for teams, but keep an eye on the storage limits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin J. | LFX Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

The best part is that I don't have to think about it. Everything is just there. I can start a Doc on my laptop, make a quick edit on my phone while I'm grabbed coffee, and my teammates see it instantly. No "Final_v2_edit" files flying around in emails. Sharing a folder is two clicks, and the fact that Meet, Drive, and Gmail are all under one login saves me so much mental energy every morning. It’s the least stressful part of my tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It’s not perfect, though. If you’re a power user who needs crazy Excel-level formatting, Sheets can feel a bit basic. Also, trying to preview a huge PDF in Drive is still surprisingly slow, I usually just end up downloading it to save time. And if my Wi-Fi is even slightly spotty, Meet is the first thing to start lagging, which is a pain during client calls.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fixed our messy internal communication. We used to lose files in long email threads, but now everything lives in shared Drive folders. It also made scheduling way less of a headache—I can just check someone's calendar and book a slot instead of asking "are you free?" ten times.

 ### 47. Great interoperability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chawn S. | Virtual & Outside Sales Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Years later, and I still love that Google products in general follow me from phone number to phone number as well as device to device. So, I never lose important documents and information. It is my go-to now and preference over MS products, especially with the introduction of its new AI generator, Banana Editor.

I also recently built out company's intranet site using Google Sites as well as mini-websites for our insurance agents. It was easy to duplicate a single website to create the next agent's site. I was able to get several websites deployed in a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I am not a big fan of Google Meet. The video quality needs to be better, in comparison to other platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Google Workspace:**

Use it

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It auto-syncs with the calendar on my phone. Otherwise, I forget to add it. It is like having a person assistant. Oh, and I am a real user sharing my real experience.

 ### 48. Streamlined Admin Tasks, Effortless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu (Hian) L. | EA/Operations Manager, Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I really like using Google Sheets for accounting purposes and creating files with hundreds of tasks that we upload to our project management tool. Google Documents is great for writing standard operating procedures. Gmail and Google Chat are essential for communication within the team. Setting up new organization units and creating users with Google Workspace is very easy, and these tasks can be done seamlessly. Overall, the features in Google Workspace work well for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Nothing specific. Everything is good.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Workspace to create new users, manage passwords, block accounts, and create organizational units easily. Google Sheets helps us track project task uploads, showing exactly where we stand.

 ### 49. Seamless Cloud Collaboration with Google Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay Person d. | Risk & Fraud Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What people like best about Google Workspace is how it brings essential productivity tools together in a simple, cloud-based environment.

Seamless collaboration is a major benefit, especially with real-time co-editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Multiple team members can work on the same file at the same time without running into version conflicts.

Cloud-based accessibility also stands out. You can work from any device with internet access, which eliminates the need for constant file syncing or emailing attachments back and forth.

The integrated tools make day-to-day work feel more connected. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, and Chat work together smoothly, helping streamline communication, scheduling, and file management within one ecosystem.

It’s also easy to use overall, with clean, intuitive interfaces across most apps and a low learning curve for new users.

Finally, the platform offers strong security and admin controls, including enterprise-grade security, encryption, and access controls. Admins can manage users, permissions, and compliance centrally, which helps keep everything organized and secure.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

1️⃣ Limited Advanced Features

Apps like Docs, Sheets, and Slides can feel less powerful than Microsoft Office when I’m trying to handle more complex tasks.

File Organization Challenges

With a lot of users involved, Drive can quickly become cluttered and harder to navigate unless everyone follows strict folder structures and consistent naming rules.

3️⃣ Offline Limitations

Some features aren’t fully functional offline, which can be frustrating in low-connectivity situations.

4️⃣ Notifications & Alerts

Using multiple apps (Gmail, Chat, Drive) can lead to an overwhelming number of notifications if they aren’t managed carefully.

5️⃣ Compatibility Issues

More complex formatting or macros don’t always transfer perfectly between Google apps and Microsoft Office files.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1️⃣ Problem: Fragmented Tools

Teams often have to juggle email, documents, calendars, and meetings across separate apps.

Benefit: Google Workspace brings Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Meet together in one connected ecosystem, which cuts down on constant app switching and helps save time.

2️⃣ Problem: Collaboration Bottlenecks

When files are shared back and forth through email, it’s easy to run into version conflicts and unnecessary delays.

Benefit: With real-time co-editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides, everyone can work on the same file at the same time and stay aligned on the latest version.

3️⃣ Problem: Accessibility & Remote Work Challenges

Teams can struggle to access files consistently or keep work moving when people are remote.

Benefit: Because the apps are cloud-based, you can work from virtually any device, anywhere, which makes it easier to support distributed teams.

4️⃣ Problem: File Management & Storage

Tracking documents across multiple locations quickly becomes inefficient and hard to manage.

Benefit: Google Drive centralizes storage and sharing, and its access controls help keep files organized and available to the right people.

5️⃣ Problem: Scheduling & Communication Inefficiencies

Coordinating meetings and day-to-day conversations can be slower than it needs to be.

Benefit: Calendar, Chat, and Meet keep scheduling, messaging, and video calls in one platform, making communication and coordination more streamlined.

Everything is in one place: email, team chat, and shared drives for sharing files. It also includes meeting reminders with a calendar, and it’s easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Team chat is not poosible just like Microsoft Team chat. Need to use another app for team chat.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for email and for sharing files, such as Excel sheets and PDFs, so the team can reference them when needed.
