Keeping track of the department teaching schedule in one place and room bookings for the department. The Permission levels for each calendar allows me to set some rooms up for self booking while others remain in my control just by sharing different permission level links. I love the display- it is nice and clean; it is so easy to set different colors to represent different staff members on the calendar. I find Google's calendar harder to read.
