It is helpful to see different calendars, be able to edit different calendars, and restrict/enable permissions for different calendars. The color coding and email alerts are also great features in teamup. **What do you dislike about Teamup Calendar?** The setup is complex - it took some learning to figure out how the links, users, etc. all work together. Furthermore, it would be great if it was integrated with other calendars (i.e. microsoft) or if there was an approval process for calendar events (i.e. in the case of PTO). The multicoloured lines that span days make it clear what person/team is working on a certain project and gives a realistic timeline for sompletion. As long as you're able to collaborate with team members and see which other areas of the business are working on what, when - you're pretty much good. You might be surprised as far as what the tool is able to do for you without commiting to a paid tier. This makes it difficult when changes are being made as only the first person's changes save.
