"À tous les possesseurs de la suite Zoho : ne vous privez pas !"

What do you like best?

L'écosystème Zoho est conservé avec une apparence similaire à Zoho CRM. L'intégration avec les autres application de la suite Zoho est idéale. Il est facile de switcher de Zoho CRM à Zoho Recruit par exemple. Je n'ai pas encore testé l'application mobile mais je pense que l'essentiel est là.

What do you dislike?

Ce que je regrette c'est que je ne puisse pas associer de photo de profil aux candidats, même si ce critère n'est pas prioritaire. Par ailleurs, je trouve dommage de devoir à chaque fois configurer les paramètres par défaut des applications Zoho. Par exemple, le format de l'heure que j'ai défini dans mon profil Zoho mais aussi ailleurs, dans les applications CRM ou Show. Cette fonctionnalité devrait être implémentée à l'avenir car il devient fastidieux de devoir configurer à chaque fois ces paramètres, d'autant que je possède quasiment toute la suite Zoho grâce à Zoho One.

Je peux affirmer que Zoho Recruit est idéal pour la gestion des ressources humaines, même en France. Ce n'est toutefois pas simple pour les personnes maitrisant mal l'anglais lorsqu'elles ont affaire au support. Cependant le logiciel est plutôt bien traduit dans la langue française ce qui reste un gros avantage de la suite Zoho.

J'essaie de trouver des développeurs pour m'accompagner dans le lancement d'applications sur le marché. J'ai pu facilement créer de nouveaux profils à évaluer ainsi que programmer des séances d'entretiens individuels. Vive le recrutement avec Zoho Recruit !

"The perfect ally for the human resources department of my company"

What do you like best?

As a professional recruiter, I love this system because it offers me all the tools I need to be able to do my job efficiently, without needing a lot of time, getting adapted to the system quickly. This system allows me to track the candidate for a prudential time starting with the analysis of his resume and then performing certain processes in order to recruit the perfect candidate.

This system has several plans that can be adapted to my budget in order to be able to do my job in the best possible way.

What do you dislike?

For the moment I can say that this system is very complete and that I have no complaints about it for now.

Definitely, if you are looking to streamline all the recruitment and recruitment processes, Zoho Recruit is for you. Actually I am very happy with this system because it will allow you to cover all the needs that the human resources team may have. "Quality platform"

What do you like best?

It is a difficult task to deal with so many people who want quick answers of their tests presented in the recruitment process to know if they were accepted or denied to which zoho recruit has the facility that each candidate has a follow-up of their process and thus avoid that cause me headaches that are calling me to ask about their process, is a platform that provides a complete quality to streamline and have ordered all the processes of each candidate who signs up for a job offer

What do you dislike?

It has a search filtering a bit annoying because if I want to look for age something that is one of the most important requirements depending on the job vacancy this result does not throw me what it is, showing ages of another rank that I want to look for and so I do not allows me to advance in my work because I have had to look at curriculum by curriculum if it meets the age required to apply tests for that vacancy

The quality that it has is one of the best that I have found in this platform because they worry about the good operation and that it is of benefit to have this app for the company so that it is well used, all processes are undoubtedly more agile because they have everything more ordered this allows to have the clear and detailed information of the candidates

What do you like best?

This system that has Zoho Recruit is very useful for my work, before having this platform my work was messy and with too much workflow at all times that did not allow me to organize well the CVs and vacancies of job offers now my job it is much more organized having a good administration of the offers and the candidates having a good control of the process of each one to take the follow-up in a faster way so as to give a quick answer if it is accepted or not for the job vacancy

All data is very secure without any problem that the personal data of each user is stolen or used for other media

What do you dislike?

I do not have or have had difficulties with this platform all its operation has been the one that I needed and it has not failed me at any time, it has made my daily work much easier with all the information that I handle this much more ordered and likewise in the work it gives me more doing all the processes

What do you like best?

"Zoho Recruit saves me time in hiring"

What do you like best?

Since I use this platform my time at work gives me much more than what I had thought, I can have the complete administration of the table of jobs that are offered for candidates to enter the page where they are published and can register and from there I can see the curriculum of each candidate

I have everything at hand so that my work is efficient and have all the information on one platform so that I am not moving towards others that could confuse me, everything is easier and I can create interviews and track the candidate until the end of your process

It has happened to me that the candidates complain because when doing the registration in the page to enter the curriculum of them at the end it says that they will get an email with the password which never gets the email and does not complete the registration What makes the candidates can not finish and many of them do not return after completing the registration and then the registration process remains unfinished on the page

What do you like best?

It allows to have a follow-up of tracking of the multiple applicants that enter their curriculum to hire the best candidates that excel me over others and thus have an efficient work team

I can have key tools for labor management such as automate tasks of sending emails, update interview states, obtain reports and thus be able to better plan recruitment strategies

It helps too much to hire the perfect candidates having the security of their full transparency to choose for their values ​​and good experiences and not for recommendations

"Love Zoho Recruit"

What do you like best?

I have been recruiting for 25+ years and since ATS systems have been used I have used several and have found that Zoho has allowed me the flexibility to use what I need and adapt things to my specific needs without needing to spend a lot of time learning how to do things or worse yet having to adapt how I do things to their system. Also, the price is easy to justify!

What do you dislike?

I like almost everything about the ATS the only thing I would like to see changed would be the threshold for needing to purchase extra storage but this is quite minor for me.

It will not let you down. Very easy to use

As stated earlier I have been doing this a long time and I was doing this when we were using 3 x 5 cards to store information. Zoho has allowed me to automate without having to change what is important to me. I need information close at hand and done economically and Zoho does this.

What do you like best?

"Zoho has helped us run our Recruitment agency seamlessly "

What do you like best?

I started using Zoho Recruit about a year ago and during this time we have noticed their continuous improvement. Searching through the our database is now seamless and must faster than it was in the past.

They send weekly updates on jobs posted , number of applicants etc

When we had to migrate CV's from our old account to a new one Zoho customer services was very helpful and they helped us achieve this very vital need for our new business

What do you dislike?

They have not taken some countries into consideration which we consider unfair and shows Zoho is an organisation that is not willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

When searching for CV's in our database we always need to search using location and option for my country and its cities do not appear

It creates publications on our own jobs page that was created through zoho recruit and attracts more profiles that connect with us to have a wide flow of options to hire

It has very advanced search strategies that show me the best options for candidates for the position that the vacancy is needed.

Automated tasks such as sending emails, interviews and daily tasks that make my work flow shorter in the day

Apparently the support service does not work on weekends because once I wrote to solve a minimal problem I had with the platform to which I answered until Monday I had to wait three days for my response but I feel it is not a problem that makes my experience bad and everything that this great platform has helped me

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The whole selection process is easier from the beginning of the preselection to the final contract

I like to be able to define the access permissions to the other recruiters because not everyone needs to have access to all the hiring information and, therefore, leave active only the function that belongs to them.

We can work as a team to choose the best curriculum and perform the hiring process

"Great product great price"

What do you like best?

the combination of price, integration with other systems, ease of use, and capabilities make Zoho Recruit a no brainer... you really can't go wrong

What do you dislike?

My only issue so far has been jumping through hoops to import candidates from other systems; it is possible, it is easy, it just takes a little reformatting of a .csv file... honestly, the issue is really more of an issue with how the source data was stored more than how Zoho Recruit functions.

If you are in doubt, give the free trial a shot, you can't go wrong

I'm trying to integrate business practices from the staffing and construction services markets into a smaller construction and fabrication company that has never used systems like these. What do you like best?

When it comes to finding the perfect candidate for the job vacancy we are looking for zoho recruit is the solution because I feel many very good CVs and excellent work experiences and makes me confused in which to choose which zoho recruit helps me in these cases and it compares me all the curriculums that arrive to know in the end what is the best contracting option

"Great Experience"

What do you like best?

I have already recommended this system to many friends. I have tried them all and I like to clean dashboard, the many features that would typically be very expensive with other platforms and the integration with the other Zoho features like CRM. I am using recruiting and the crm for my daily business needs from interacting with current clients to recruiting new agents Zoho has done it all. I admit I was skeptical at first but its won me over.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes they have so many options that it can be confusing but its worth it. I was able to get the job complete. Other systems can be too complicate and take forever to implement. As i mentioned I have tried them all but continue to come back to Zoho. Also even the dislikes have been improved since i first found Zoho about 6 years ago.

Give it a try. Its a complete system.

Its been awesome for the recruiting and the crm. I'm in sales so its great to know where my other clients live when in the field from the targeting of address feature. Before I used multiple systems to keep in touch with clients and ensure sales satisfaction. I am able to handle this all now from one platform. Also with recruiting there are hundreds of applicants to keep up with on a daily basis and Zoho helps greatly with that. They basically helped keep my company running.

"Effective recruitment"

What do you like best?

To be able to have an order of all the candidates who show up for work in the company was complicated because the information was lost or they did not have the necessary data but since it was installed zoho recruit the whole process is much easier and ordered something that makes give me more and I do not miss the information of each curriculum, I am very satisfied with this platform because it gives me the confidence that I select the best curriculum for the job that is needed in addition to being very easy to use and with this candidates do not have to wait so long to know if they were chosen because I surrender more in the processes and so I give a faster response

With Zoho Recruit the search processes of candidates is easier to find the perfect curriculum that fits more to the vacancy of the job

I have a more detailed follow-up of each applicant and to be able to know in which stage it is to have the order that must be followed

In Zoho Recruit I can have a detailed list of all the candidates that have registered in the company's employment page to see their profiles and, therefore, be informed of each one's work experience and be able to choose the best option

What do you like best?

The selection process that is done to have a good recruitment and choose the best talent through zoho recruit makes the process easier and with the creation of the jobs page I can put the job offers and they appear on pages of ads known work or social networks

In the jobs page of the company candidates can register and add all personal data and job data so that they can apply to several offers at a time that is interesting and that you think you have the profile to apply in addition to that if you need to modify some of the profile you can do at any time

When integrating the page of the company with more recognized pages of work the job offers will appear on their page and thus will have more candidates for the job vacancy that is being offered at the time

it is very good software that serves to follow the monitoring of the commercial process to know how the sale of the product goes

helps to manage more sales opportunities so that the monthly income increases and the percentage of sales has been noticed

"Exactly the ATS what we were looking for"

What do you like best?

Zoho Recruit's features like Candidate management, Resume parser, Client & contact management, integration with RingCentral, with multiple job-boards, and with G-suite were almost exactly what we were looking for. The user interface and options are so user-friendly that post sign-up, our team has been using the product effortlessly without the need for any user training. There are extensive training material available on Zoho's repository for those features and fuctionality that aren't straight-forward.

What do you dislike?

This one's really difficult to answer. There is hardly anything that I dislike so far.

"Zoho Recruit for the win!!!"

What do you like best?

I like the blueprint the best. You can fully customize your hiring process and automate it. As a solopreneur, I was very hesitant to really recruit applicants for my organization. Zoho Recruit has alleviated most of my concerns. I'm very excited to implement this software into my organization. It's like having a whole back office support system at my fingertips.

What do you dislike?

I've only been using the software for a week and a half, I guess the only thing I can say I don't dislike so far is the ability to have more than one assessment to send to applicants. I talked to support and they actually said its something they are working on.

It's amazing, if you just spend some time setting up the software it will work wonders for you.

Zoho recruit provides a proper workflow for a recruiting company. The features like resume parsing, automated job board posting, customized company careers pages, resume storage, and interview scheduling helps us to reduce the work of Front office and Back office. The transparency in Zoho recruit saves our time a lot. Tracking of the recruitment process is very easy. Using the blueprint feature helps us to make the process smoother and clear to all. Zoho recruit reduces the involvement of the recruiter.

What do you dislike?

I needed to automate the use of Source Booster when a Job Opening is added. This feature is not available.

Earlier in our process, we used to send JD to the candidate through E-Mail and seek his interest for the same. "Zoho Recruit makes customization easy for new ATS users"

What do you like best?

I enjoy being able to import job openings and candidates with ease. I like that you can create custom forms and attributes that are better suited for your organizations needs. It's incredibly easy to learn and build out a functioning ATS system.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that would have made Zoho Recruit better was the ability to import unstructured data without required data fields. Coming from a small company who previously used Excel sheets as an ATS, we did not have all the data field that Zoho Recruit required, so we had to do some upfront data management to make the ingest more compatible.

"The best Recruiting system on the market."

What do you like best?

The Zoho Recruit team is amazing. They are constantly on the cutting edge with all of the integrations. Unlike other companies they are actually developing direct integrations rather than forcing organizations to go through Zapier or the many different integration providers just to have what you need to function as a whole.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything that we dislike about it. We recommend the platform to everyone we talk to.

Between the vast amount of application job sites and then the actual processing of an applicant has always seemed disjointed. And then to top it off then there is the onboarding side of HR. Zoho Recruit is integrated with every major job applicant site or service, integrated with one of the Nations best background check companies, and then the integration directly into Zoho People makes it one quick easy solution for all HR processes.

"Highly customizable & efficient software"

What do you like best?

Zoho Recruit is perfect for any agency or in-house recruiter that is looking to streamline their processes, automate interview scheduling and posting to job boards.

Zoho made our live easier and it's very easy to onboard new team members, the software is generally quite easy to understand and most things can be customized and tailored to our specific recruitment appraoch. One of the best features is that Zoho Recruit gives you access to Indeed's CV database, which allows us to quickly scan for new potential candidates.

What do you dislike?

The onboarding was rather difficult as there is two nearly identical versions of Zoho Recruit: A EU Version & an international version. It wasn't clear that we signed up to the international version & we had to manually move things over, without much assistance from the Zoho support.

It would be great to have a plugin for Linkedin to easily import LinkedIn profiles into the Zoho database

"Best Recruiter CRM"

What do you like best?

Quality Parsing of resumes & scheduling

Zoho allows for both customization and scaling for firms of varying sizes. Obviously the free version is limited...but fully functional.

What do you dislike?

No Cons. I really don't like LinkedIn's CRM or Big Bill ... and ACT! has gone buy the wayside, even though it was great in 2006 when it used to work on my Sony Treo Phone.

Zoho Recruit solved a major time problem for me ... I do not have time to scour all these resumes. So, I am easily able to add all this resume data and quickly pick the top candidates. Zoho offers a remarkably flexible set of features that allows for both customization and scaling for firms of varying sizes. Obviously the free version is limited...but fully functional.

Very little but if I want to get picky the product is available individually or as part of a bundled software package. To me the bundle (Zoho One) is amazing in it's overall value but not easy to master or understand from an integration perspective

In comparison to Act or other systems I have used (I'm past founder of a 100 person search firm). We were using a program called Adapt on a 100 seat Citrix thin client back in 1997 or so) it has the benefit of a seperate candidate tracking program (recruit) and a full CRM...personally I think this is much better and more flexible once you have the interface sorted out to meet your needs

"A great package"

What do you like best?

Able to customise each module to suit, allows you set the system out to suit your own specific requirements. Very easy to set up and start adding data. The CV / Resume parsing is excellent, nearly all the CV's / resumes added were 100% complete

What do you dislike?

Some of the default fields not relevant and would like the option to remove these, not a major issue but would be a great finishing touch

What do you dislike?

Although the entire is simple and easy to use but there are small functionalities for which you have to either watch tutorials or go through via trial & error. I would suggest whenever a new functionality is opened Zoho should display if the user would want to go through a tutorial for that functionality. Parser can be made more intelligent. People use multiple formats creating the resume specially in indian context. hence the parser can be made more intelligent to extract accurate details.

if you are confused with a lot of candidate profiles and a lot of vacant positions, then Zoho recruit is the best way to go. Being cloud based it is accessible 24X7 through mobile apps and desktop. You can automate and streamline the entire hiring process for your firm. It is also cost effective when compared to other such solutions in the market.

"a challenge but a good challenge"

What do you like best?

The modular konzept. Even i havent not understand everything so far. But you can do almost anything with it. Is already an amazing software. You can see that there is a lot of brain in it.

What do you dislike?

The complexität is a big challenge. I think the Most of the Producers from that Solution are programmer but not user in the recruiting business. We have Employees they need a really good introducing and we would love to have more manuals for the ... how you say? ZOHO for Dummys will by fine

we have a huge workflow with more than 70 process steps. There are authorities and institutions involved, there are many documents needed and just over 70 steps to work for each applicant. The Pipline has only 10 points, is unfortunately still dependent on placements. It's all too close, but we're still trying to fix a solution with ZOHO.

"User Friendly"

What do you like best?

I loved being able to simply upload all my candidates.

Shortlisting and emailing was easy.

All the search filtering is great and being able to tag each candidate was perfect for what I need.

What do you dislike?

Only thing I dislike about Recruit is some fields being mandatory, also the data export to excel was a little confusing, would love it if they added a simple export button on the Candidates page.

Would also love to be able to see 100 candidates at a time only cause I'm working with large data

"Trial Version Experience"

What do you like best?

I like the intuitive outline, clear and precise layout and the fact that Recruit is combined with many other features which I can use with regards to my work - campaigns, marketing, docs, job board function, email and it's integration with other systems. GDPR compliance function seems to be working at present already, also communication with regards to that and support - although only via email for me now- is good, quick and informative.

What do you dislike?

I appreciate the fact that there is Staffing Agency and Enterprise/ Corporate version - however, I am wondering what would be and is the best suited for the freelancers - headhunters working on their own. Would be good to have the specially dedicated solution there, taking specific of this work into consideration separately.

Integration of different modules works well for me. I realized the benefits of automatization while working on my own especially.

"Great Experience of the Trial"

What do you like best?

The site is quite easy to use and looks like it will integrate well with other sites, when fully implemented this will be a fantastic system for my HR team going forward. Also with it being Cloud based it makes it far easier than on machine software to keep up to date.

What do you dislike?

I am not far enough into the trial to have found anything that I dislike. The worst I could say is that some options in the setup are awkward to find, so the initial set up was a little slower than I would have preferred, but once set up it was very easy to use.

Additionally, some of features are not yet fully implemented, so I am unable to fully test before deployment.

It is a very involved process to customize the Zoho recruit system to be exactly how we want it.

Know what you want Zoho to do for you before you start, there are so many options you can get lost in deciding what you want to include.

Regardless of your company size, Zoho Recruit brings the entire recruitment process together in one easy to use package and allows for a more streamlined approach to hiring.

"Testing it on the moment and like it so far"

What do you like best?

Very Intuitive design and it integrates with other zoho products. Also it really hasnt forgotten anything necessary for recruiters

im not a fan of SAAS at all. Its cloud based and i have always preferred non cloud based

Try the enterprise but you should be fine with the pro then really consider their other products cause u will save time in the long run

Were a new recruitment agency and starting out usually means that a lot of customization is required. With Zoho Recruit 95 % of the manual work that would be required has already been done for us so customization is at a minimum. That's a big time saver. Also using this program will really organize your business as it takes all facets of recruitment into consideration. Whats really best though is that it ties into all of zoho's other products really well and if you think about it why would you really want to use 5 different software's to manage your business.

With recruit we store our docs, we send emails, we send sms, we integrate with FB which is really important for us, . we can chat with team mates we can mass mail and plenty more so yes its a SAAS but it really works out to be less costly in the long run because you have all of this integration and software is updated regularly.

"Easy and Robust!!!"

What do you like best?

The thing I like best about Zoho is the ease of use and the ability to customize every aspect of it without having to submit a help desk ticket and wait days/weeks for it to happen. You can create fields and rearrange the content in the sections on your own.

There isn't a lot to dislike to be honest. I would like to be able to get rid of some of the "mandatory" fields that don't apply but that is about it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Like any ATS, it takes some getting used to at first. I used Maxhire for 7 years before making the switch. Once you dive into Zoho, it truly is a great system that they are always looking to make better.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have used many ATS systems in my time and Zoho is a cost-effective solution that is easy to use and has the features to stay organized and track every aspect of the recruiting process.

"Zoho recruit"

What do you like best?

I have used Zoho CRM before therefore was familiar with the back-end operation, which made it much easier to implement.

What do you dislike?

The support is not as good as Zoho CRM. The UI is not great. Sometimes working on a laptop I need to reduce the size of the screen to allow popups to be small enough to see the save button that often disappears from the screen. There is no notion of leads that you would have in CRM but you can create custom fields to get around this.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I run a recruitment agency so wanted a cheap package to enable me to track candidates. It makes it much easier for us all to understand what is going on.
