One cool thing about all the ZOHO applications such as CRM, Email, Calender/2 Way Video Meetings, Inbound Marketing tools, and Invoicing tools, can be synched together to work as one system. Zoho Recruit also has pretty robust Job Posting capabilities from my own fully customizable careers webpage to a multitude of free and paid job boards. The Resume Parsing is quick and accurate and allows Boolean Searches to drill down and quickly find what I need. There are many Third Party Integrations like Social Media Integration for Social Recruiting that work great with LinkedIn. There was some learning curve for Recruit, but eventually you get a hang of it. Very intuitive user interface and plenty of features, I wouldn't say I miss anything after using the overpriced competitor products. **What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?** Not much to dislike so far, though we're yet to hear candidate feedback. Maybe we're too much into the process, but if someone applies from outside, their experience matters. One thing I would love to see improve is the bottom of the page where it should redirect the visitors to the company homepage. **What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining the whole candidate application journey. It gives our career page a very professional look and makes it easy for us to follow the applications, share with colleagues and respond to candidates in time. ### 42. Hopefully these features are already in the upgrade mode for Zoho. Hopefully some embeds will be more 'mobile-first' widgets in the future. **What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** From job postings, job descriptions, applications handling, offers, mails and much more all being controlled from one place is the beauty of the Zoho Recruit platform.
