"End-to-End Recruitment Made Effortless with Powerful AI"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

The built-in ATS, combined with Zia (Zoho's AI), is a great helper. You get in-depth candidate analysis without needing external AI tools, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. I love how you can customize the recruitment pipeline to track exactly what's happening at each stage. The sync across all Zoho products is fantastic, and it lets you automate emails to candidates, schedule Zoho meetings, take notes, record calls, and get AI-powered summaries, all without switching platforms. The candidate timeline feature is brilliant. Where every activity is timestamped, so you can see the entire recruitment story at a glance. For bulk recruiting, it handles everything smoothly from posting jobs on hundreds of platforms to sending the final offer letter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start, especially if you want to take full advantage of all the customization options and automation features. It can feel overwhelming initially with so many features available, but once you get the hang of it, it's worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable and Efficient ATS for Growing Recruitment Firms"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

As a recruitment consultancy handling multiple clients and job openings, Zoho Recruit has helped us streamline our entire process. The resume parsing is fast and accurate, which saves a lot of manual effort. The pipeline view makes it easy to track each candidate's status, and the client portal is extremely useful for sharing profiles securely and getting timely feedback. The system is clean, intuitive, and integrates well with emails and job boards. Overall, it brings structure, speed, and transparency to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The reporting section can feel slightly limited for agencies that want deeper analytics. Some customizations; especially in workflows and templates- require a bit of learning. Also, the mobile app is helpful but can be smoother in terms of navigation and speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Hiring Simplified with Smooth Integration"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

I really appreciate how Zoho Recruit has made things easier for my team with its automations and easier dashboards, giving us a bird's eye view and making it simpler to provide updates to the founders. The Blueprint feature is especially impressive because once we set it up, our entire process was automated, allowing us not to have to lift a finger. This is particularly helpful because at our marketing agency, where we have a lot of hiring on a daily basis, it ensures we don't miss reverting to any candidate, whether it's for acceptance or rejection. The initial setup process was smooth, with support from a relationship manager who provided onboarding sessions, making the whole experience easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

It works well but since we had like a lot of candidates on our database, after a point it started to lag a little but wasn't much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Core Features, but Advanced Settings Could Be Easier to Navigate"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

The platform is excellent for organizing high-volume recruitment for roles like our Junior Accountant position. I specifically like how easy it is to manage batches of CVs from external agencies and keep them organized in specific folders. The user interface is intuitive, making it simple to track candidate progress at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

While the platform is powerful, some of the advanced settings for account management are tucked away in deep menus. A more simplified 'Quick Settings' dashboard for everyday administrative tasks would improve the speed of the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good starter ATS for organizing recruitment efficiently"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What I liked most was how quickly I could start using it without deep technical knowledge. The ease of use is solid once you understand the basic flow — creating job openings, adding candidates, and moving them through the process feels structured and logical. Even though I only used the free trial, I was able to test core features like email templates, pipeline tracking, and interview scheduling. The ease of integration with other Zoho apps is also a plus for anyone already in that ecosystem. Overall, it’s a practical solution for small HR teams or consultants who need something simple but reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

Since I only tested the free version, some of the more advanced features were locked, which limited the evaluation. The number of menus and settings can be confusing at first, making the ease of implementation less straightforward for beginners. The design is functional but could be more modern visually. Some integrations require additional setup or paid tiers, and certain reports are not accessible in the trial. I used it several times a week and found it stable, but the navigation between modules can feel a bit heavy. Customer Support was helpful, though response times varied depending on the channel. "One stop for all your recruitment needs - Offer rollouts become easy with Zoho Recruit."
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

Great platform which easily helps to create a job openings or import from other platforms. One can easily create offer letter and share it with the selected candidates. Its segmentation filter makes it easy to filter the departments on the basis of Name, Leads or any associated tags. One can also assign the specific permissions based on the users. Customizations are also possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

Reaching out to customer support is a cumbersome process. Although you will get all the relevant help articles on the platform itself but just in case if you need to talk to support then you have to navigate extensively in order to find the right option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Hiring with Intuitive Features"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

I like how Zoho Recruit makes the hiring process much easier by organizing the workflow from applying to hiring, managing a pool of talents, and marking rejections. It's very easy and organized, which is essential for streamlining the recruitment process. I find the features for reviewing and filtering applicants really valuable, and it helps facilitate sharing information with the hiring manager to ensure everything is on track. The initial setup was also very easy, which is always a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

I think that something in the UX can be improved, like the UI for viewing the applicants. It would be helpful to split the window with two panes, one for the applicants on the left and the details on the right. Maybe the pricing, especially for the lower plans, could be better. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — “Zoho Recruit helped us launch Raven Indigenous Staffing with ease!”"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

Zoho Recruit made it incredibly easy for us to launch Raven Indigenous Staffing, an Indigenous-owned recruiting agency based in Canada. The setup was fast, and the automation tools save us hours every week. I love how we can post jobs, manage candidates, and track clients all in one place. The integration with Zoho Books and Zoho Mail keeps everything connected, and the customizable workflows give our small team the same level of efficiency as larger firms. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

Some of the menus and settings can feel a bit cluttered at first, especially when managing multiple pipelines or custom fields. It takes a little time to get familiar with where everything is. However, once you get past the learning curve, it’s smooth and very capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Platform, But with a Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

I really like the client portal platform of Zoho Recruit. It is the only one on the market that offers a client portal, and for recruitment agencies or consultancies, this feature is essential for organizing delivery in a substantial way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The general interface of Zoho Recruit is very complex and presents many options at all levels, which requires detailed configuration at every stage of the recruitment process. This results in a steep learning curve and requires dedicated time for everything to happen correctly. Also, the extraction of resumes from LinkedIn is done manually, despite the existence of an extension for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features, Flexible Setup, but Needs a Modern Refresh"
What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

Zoho Recruit really stands out with its AI-powered features, automation, and excellent CV parsing, which save a huge amount of time when handling large numbers of candidates. The flexibility to configure workflows to match our processes was also a big advantage, letting us customize the system instead of adapting our methods to the software. We also valued the many integration options, which helped us connect Zoho Recruit seamlessly with the other tools in our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

The main drawbacks we noticed were around usability and accessibility. The user interface feels outdated and not as intuitive as modern alternatives, which can slow down daily use. The pipeline management tools, while effective, could be designed in a more visual and user-friendly way. Additionally, the language management features in the lower-priced plans are quite limited, which can be frustrating for teams working across multiple regions.
