What do you like best?
Zoho Recruit is a tool that has the necessary characteristics, to carry out the entire process of recruiting new employees, it allows us in a quick and easy way, to make a study and a previous follow-up to each of the applicants who apply to our offers, also allows candidates to attach their complete resumes in our platform, so we can perform a complete analysis of each of them in a more effective way, a feature that I think is quite practical of this tool is the possibility of publishing our offers work, n the different websites, that we are interested in, to post the others, is a tool that allows to automate the hiring process, and make it a little easier for us as recruiters, since we can schedule appointments, post announcements, schedule interviews, in short, many characteristics, that help us to do our work, a little faster.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to type certain more advanced criteria, when searching for the characteristics that I want from each candidate, to be able to have a certain type of more advanced filters, which will allow me to find the right person, for the requested position, in the shortest possible time, in this way, I would minimize my work times, in some cases, the application may work a bit slower than normal, and it is not totally compatible, with certain applications that we use in the area of human resources, Reports that the application delivers can be improved, the same, they are problems that can be solved with the passage of time, and with some update of this application.
