"Make your follow-ups with Zoho Recluit"

What do you like best?

It is a product to follow up and different problems faced by the recruiters of companies. Without a doubt, it has a very elegant interface and a panel of very complete control with multiple functions, standing out among them: Analyze sheets of life, Get reports ,. What do you like best?

It is a very complete system for the recruitment of all the vacancies that are needed in the company, it provides a very large labor support for the realization of the interviews and data verification management, it is a very complete set of functions to recruit the best candidates that are presented to each job offer

From the page that can be created to upload the information of all the offers it is easier to manage all the curriculums that are posited and thus have a clearer control of how many people there are for each job offer and manage the interviews more orderly

What do you dislike?

When users register to the platform to enter the curriculum they have to get a confirmation message to the e-mail inbox to follow the registration, but often this message does not arrive or is delayed to arrive and causes the users can not continue with the registration of the curriculum to apply to the current offers that are in the moment

"Zoho always delivers great products!"

What do you like best?

Zoho Recruit has everything on place for giving to its users an excellent experience related to job application, email marketing with applicants recruitment as well, and fits perfect with the final use of it. Zoho Recruit's ecosystem is orientated, preserved and stated with a similar appearance to Zoho CRM GUI with its features and all of that, which makes pretty reliable and user-friendly. Integration with other applications in the Zoho suite is ideal for well performance and reliable results as well. It is easy to switch from Zoho CRM to Zoho Recruit for example, I haven't tested yet the mobile application but I think the essentialism of its features is in there looking forward to impress their users.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the fact that I can't associate a profile picture for the candidates, even if this requirement is not a priority. Even though, I find awful that I have to configure the default parameters of Zoho applications each time that me or any member of my team are going to use it. For example, time format that my team and I defined in our Zoho profile is always getting configured like it was a default thing or it's just missing in the CRM or in the applications zone. This feature should be implemented in the future because it becomes annoying to configure each time these settings, especially since I have almost all on the Zoho suite through Zoho One.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zoho Recruit is highly recommended for those companies that are looking to create job applications and track future talents to their payroll as soon as possible. Also, the things that you can achieve alongside your team with this software are incredible. This software always delivers great profit and the revenue of your company will grow for sure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to Zoho Recruit we are now able to find the right people with better search engines for job applications, capable of build a profile for the personnel that we are looking. Also, we are able to create new profiles easily in order to evaluate them as well with scheduled individual sessions. Recruitment is something else thanks to Zoho Recruit.

"Hiring easier to do"

What do you like best?

When I made the first hiring through zoho recruit I was amazed at how little I had to strive compared to before was little because it is a very smart platform that helps me to select the best profiles that send their curriculum to choose those who but they are closer to the profile that is being sought for the job vacancy

It also helps me to schedule appointments for interviews more easily without duplicating or putting two people at the same time for an interview that would be disrespectful to wait

What do you dislike?

I can not generate voice commands to find the curriculum I want without having the need to write and be looking for the curriculum I want to visualize, it would be very useful for the human resources area to have this option to generate voice command to facilitate me even more work more than what he does, it's just a small suggestion

It saves me hours of work and it is something that generates a lot of happiness before my work took up more hours of work than usual but since I have this platform at my service it has served me infinitely to make my work more agile and more productive, with that the jobs that are being requested are taken quickly to start working

What do you like best?

I like Zoho Recruit very much because of its success as the best tool for those people who are looking forward to get a job between the numerous companies that are allocated there. Zoho Recruit is only orientated to business companies and business profiles in form of individuals that are looking for job opportunities among several work fields as well with a great leverage and it's the fact that you can have you updated resume every time you need it. In other words, this tool is very useful for finding job opportunities right away.

What do you dislike?

How exposed you are when you are creating a new profile for you or you are looking to recruit a specific amount of candidates, and when I say exposed I mean to the fact that you're giving an easy path to get your identity theft or stoled because of the very low security measures of Zoho Recruit. People can be harmed because of these identity thefts that are still happening without real person's consentment.

I highly recommend this product for those who are looking job opportunities and for those recruiters that are gathering people for their companies as well, this tool is amazing for acheving both tasks without any delays or something related to long-term conversations. I also recommend for the people that are looking to work that maintain their profiles up to date and in perfect shape in order to improve their professional networking and connect to more people and more companies that will be very attracted for your profiles as well.

"À tous les possesseurs de la suite Zoho : ne vous privez pas !"

What do you like best?

L'écosystème Zoho est conservé avec une apparence similaire à Zoho CRM. L'intégration avec les autres application de la suite Zoho est idéale. Il est facile de switcher de Zoho CRM à Zoho Recruit par exemple. Je n'ai pas encore testé l'application mobile mais je pense que l'essentiel est là.

What do you dislike?

Ce que je regrette c'est que je ne puisse pas associer de photo de profil aux candidats, même si ce critère n'est pas prioritaire. Par ailleurs, je trouve dommage de devoir à chaque fois configurer les paramètres par défaut des applications Zoho. Par exemple, le format de l'heure que j'ai défini dans mon profil Zoho mais aussi ailleurs, dans les applications CRM ou Show. Cette fonctionnalité devrait être implémentée à l'avenir car il devient fastidieux de devoir configurer à chaque fois ces paramètres, d'autant que je possède quasiment toute la suite Zoho grâce à Zoho One.

Je peux affirmer que Zoho Recruit est idéal pour la gestion des ressources humaines, même en France. Ce n'est toutefois pas simple pour les personnes maitrisant mal l'anglais lorsqu'elles ont affaire au support. Cependant le logiciel est plutôt bien traduit dans la langue française ce qui reste un gros avantage de la suite Zoho.

J'essaie de trouver des développeurs pour m'accompagner dans le lancement d'applications sur le marché. J'ai pu facilement créer de nouveaux profils à évaluer ainsi que programmer des séances d'entretiens individuels. Vive le recrutement avec Zoho Recruit !

"The perfect ally for the human resources department of my company"

What do you like best?

As a professional recruiter, I love this system because it offers me all the tools I need to be able to do my job efficiently, without needing a lot of time, getting adapted to the system quickly. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

"Love Zoho Recruit"

What do you like best?

I have been recruiting for 25+ years and since ATS systems have been used I have used several and have found that Zoho has allowed me the flexibility to use what I need and adapt things to my specific needs without needing to spend a lot of time learning how to do things or worse yet having to adapt how I do things to their system. Also, the price is easy to justify!

What do you dislike?

I like almost everything about the ATS the only thing I would like to see changed would be the threshold for needing to purchase extra storage but this is quite minor for me.

It will not let you down. Very easy to use

What do you like best?

I started using Zoho Recruit about a year ago and during this time we have noticed their continuous improvement. Searching through the our database is now seamless and must faster than it was in the past.

They send weekly updates on jobs posted , number of applicants etc

When we had to migrate CV's from our old account to a new one Zoho customer services was very helpful and they helped us achieve this very vital need for our new business

What do you dislike?

They have not taken some countries into consideration which we consider unfair and shows Zoho is an organisation that is not willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

When searching for CV's in our database we always need to search using location and option for my country and its cities do not appear

It has very advanced search strategies that show me the best options for candidates for the position that the vacancy is needed.

Automated tasks such as sending emails, interviews and daily tasks that make my work flow shorter in the day

Candidates keep more informed of their entire process so when they are not suitable they know at once and do not wait for a response from the company.

What do you dislike?

Apparently the support service does not work on weekends because once I wrote to solve a minimal problem I had with the platform to which I answered until Monday I had to wait three days for my response but I feel it is not a problem that makes my experience bad and everything that this great platform has helped me

I have the best option to classify the profiles that are entered on the page and so choose the best for the position in addition to having the follow-up of each process with each candidate to inform quickly if it is suitable for the job

It is a platform that serves for the recruiters to have a good control of everything and easy access for the benefit of work is like having another person working for one but in a more intelligent way

"Curriculum analysis"

What do you like best?

The platform surprised me with all the functions it offers and the excellent work. that helps me to do in the recruitment of the curriculum to choose job candidates and have a more orderly and detailed analysis of each one to choose the best option

I have a control of all the processes that are carried out with each candidate to know in which stage of the process is and I have the most important information of each to know the work experiences and the studies that have been carried out

What do you dislike?

The filter process is not so good because I enter the keyword in the search, so I throw all the results and I noticed that I omitted some candidates who had in their CV the keyword that you enter sometimes, I have to make several filters to know that showed me the entire full search there

The hiring processes are faster to perform due to the control and order that is maintained, help the company find the most complete candidate for the position

"Zoho Recruit good contracting process"

What do you like best?

The whole selection process is easier from the beginning of the preselection to the final contract

I like to be able to define the access permissions to the other recruiters because not everyone needs to have access to all the hiring information and, therefore, leave active only the function that belongs to them.

We can work as a team to choose the best curriculum and perform the hiring process

Zoho's recruitment tool to be able to analyze several curricula at the same time minimizes the work because it chooses the best and prevents me from choosing the curriculum

What do you dislike?

I have not had problems with this platform, it gives me a great service and I have the most orderly work apart from being more agile in all the processes

before the hiring processes were more difficult to perform because the processes were delayed more but with Zoho Recruit selects the perfect candidate for the job offered having a follow-up control of each one

"Great product great price"

What do you like best?

the combination of price, integration with other systems, ease of use, and capabilities make Zoho Recruit a no brainer... you really can't go wrong

What do you dislike?

My only issue so far has been jumping through hoops to import candidates from other systems; it is possible, it is easy, it just takes a little reformatting of a .csv file... honestly, the issue is really more of an issue with how the source data was stored more than how Zoho Recruit functions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are in doubt, give the free trial a shot, you can't go wrong

I'm trying to integrate business practices from the staffing and construction services markets into a smaller construction and fabrication company that has never used systems like these. Tracking candidates and open positions in a visible way is a new experience and sometimes a tough sell but Zoho seems to be selling itself pretty quickly.

"Software to find the best talents"

What do you like best?

When it comes to finding the perfect candidate for the job vacancy we are looking for zoho recruit is the solution because I feel many very good CVs and excellent work experiences and makes me confused in which to choose which zoho recruit helps me in these cases and it compares me all the curriculums that arrive to know in the end what is the best contracting option

All the information of the curriculum I have it very well stored in the database of zoho recruit so that it does not get lost and to have the important information of each candidate

Candidates are more informed about the process they take in the pre-selection of the possible contract they will have in the company

What do you dislike?

It is a platform that I use daily throughout my work schedule and not a single day has passed that puts me problems or does not have a good performance in all the years that I have used it and having so much open time interacting with this platform. It has worked wonderfully working properly and every time increases my work productivity and saves time in hiring processes

All the hiring processes are easier to have control and monitoring of each process to have an order of each job vacancy that is being hired and know if it is the right person or touch continue with another selection process
