The ability to use multiple DSPs without any scripting prerequisite, and its streamlined UI make setting up a report really easy. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Troubleshooting issues with supermetrics is as far from transparent as I've ever seen - to resolve most issues (caused by bugs within the software rather than human error) requires contacting support directly, rather than being solvable on the user end. I was unable to get a simple report to function due to 'data-onboarding issues' that support told me had been resolved after a week's delay, but broke again three days later. I didn't bother getting back in touch with support, using App Script was far more reliable, albeit more technical to set up. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidating KPIs and spend across multiple DSPs, with automatic triggers and no coding required. ### 35. You wont want to get back into some other tool, Supermetrics can do almost everything for you with just a bit of time! **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Sometimes the loading times can be much longer than expected just by trying to load the tool without accessing any data. Some connections don't exist or are only working on beta. On some occasions, you have to update data manually, and some of those times, you need to delete specific duped data instances. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting different clients' databases into a single place to display data visualization in the most accessible and totally friendly way without inserting each database individually. By doing so, information from any place, Ads, Linkedin, Universal Analytics and GA4, just in a couple clicks to an spreadsheet or looker. ### 36. They need more graphics or more templates and more complete to be able to use them more easily. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** And another problem, but now in Facebook Insights, also having access we cannot visualize certain Facebook accounts in Supermetrics and looker studio, something like Instagram, but I don't find logic. ### 37. No manual downloads, no webpage visits needed. For most clients it is extremely important to have the MS Excel connector since a lot of them do not utilize a Google Sheets / Drive environment. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I do not like that different connectors are paired with higher tiers. Of course the basics (Google, facebook) are included in the base tier, however from my experience even startups need connectors to shop backends and CRM suites from day one and not everyone is able to pay for the agency plan. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supermetrics currently is the most efficient way to import Google data into reporting environments where they are joined with other business data.
