I remember when I had to increase my limit, it took the IT guy just about 10 minutes to do so when he said it would have taken longer if I used a Justhost Webmail to handle my mails. My recurring events/appointments are all screwed up and whenever I reach out to tech support I don't get any response. The ongoing pain that this product has given me has led me to write this review. **Recommendations to others considering Outlook4Gmail:** Improve your software or plan to get beat by the competition. I looked into this tool to make my life easier and smoother which has not happened. I would strongly suggest to hire more developers and testers and make the product correct. Sometimes it would resolve, but it got worse and worse - especially with updates. No longer using, but will use again once the kinks have been fixed in terms of the gmail-outlook syncing. **Recommendations to others considering Outlook4Gmail:** Try it out. If it works for you, it is fantastic.
