I disliked them changing the usage, splitting up my usage limits to include platforms such as Telegram (which I don't use) so I've lost a block of usage previously available to me.

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

It provides a convenient and easy-to-use front end for LinkedIn. It allows you to organize your LinkedIn data the way you want to see it. 

Managing your data through a CRM e.g., following leads, their posts and engaging with them is a boon, compared to native LinkedIn where it is a chore.  Having everything in one place saves a lot of time and has helped my productivity. 

The convenience also encourages me  to engage, as I do it as a matter of course

Ocassionally disconnects from LinkedIn, which I think is down to LI being hard to get along with

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

For a long time, I was searching for a CRM to track leads without having to use an overwhelming app with endless options that I would never use. I found Breakcold, and immediately felt connected to the app as it was exactly what I was looking for: a simple, user-friendly CRM that is easy to implement yet very powerful. The best part is the connection that the founder immediately establishes with users; he personally takes the time to address and resolve any situation, no matter how simple. Additionally, they have excellent customer service, and are very active in developing new features that users request. It's worth mentioning that they stick to the roadmap faithfully. It's a tool that I use frequently, as it is also easy to integrate with others.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

If I had to mention a downside, it's solely that Breakcold relies on external services like Google, LinkedIn, which sometimes can cause certain bugs due to policy changes or security in their systems (not in Breakcold).

Breakcold is solving the problem of needing a simple yet powerful CRM for lead tracking without overwhelming features. This benefits me by providing a user-friendly and efficient CRM solution that aligns perfectly with my needs, allowing me to manage leads effectively without unnecessary complexity. Additionally, Breakcold's founder's personal connection with users and excellent customer service further enhances the user experience, making problem-solving quick and efficient.

I love how easy this is to use, I can get a campaign up and running really fast with the additional support as well and suggestions my campaigns do well. 

Then there's the CRM which is amazing, I love how my leads look in the UI it's so easy to use and keep all my leads in one place. I literally use this everyday!!

Not much really would love a live chat on the site, but their support is fast on email reply!

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

I like the simplicity of how Breakcold can manage multiple platforms all in one place to keep me focused on what I am doing which is prospecting.
I don't need to jump around between different tools I can just log into BC and manage all the messages there. 
Although it comes with CRM itself once cold lead becomes a client of ours we still can integrate BC CRM system into our own client CRM seamlessly.
Also, a big shoutout to Arnaud the founder of Breakcold has been super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

The same thing happens to all the young tools, they always have a few bugs here or there so this is also happening on Breakcold when you use it every day you may notice this.
Although Zapier integration is there we can integrate with thousands of external tools but still, if we can have more native integrations that will be more wallet-friendly because Zapier keeps increasing the price, we still want to lower our expense on that part.

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to reach people on different platforms needing to open a lot of tabs and jump around, but sometimes we still miss out on the messages or can't respond at the perfect time point.
After implementing Breakcold we never need to jump around, we just open up one tab which is BC and all the messages from different platforms will laid out in front of us we can keep everything well organized and the most important thing is never to miss out on the golden opportunities.
This simple switching solved two issues.
First, we got more time to focus on the dollar-productive activities. 
Second, we are getting more clients or I should say we are losing fewer potential clients.

After having tried it for a while, I chose to do my cold marketing with break cold.
It's omnicomprehensive, it doesn't impose limits on how many users/emails per month you can send which is great for us being a small team (less hurdle with the lists).

the fact that you can follow those same people that reply to the email on BOTH twitter and LN is another gem.

But most of all, I love the team. They are constantly improving based on user feedback, they are present with the user base, they are constantly innovating.

Ease of use is good for a budding software, some things are missing but all in all you can see they address the more concerning issues every day.

Customer support is also great, as the CEO and CTO themselves reply and you know you're gonna be understood.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

The software is still young and some features (like spintax, duplicate a campaign, exclude someone you sent your email to from a new campaign etc.) are missing, but this has to be expcted for such a young saas.

The fact that the errors displayed do not show what kind fo error it is is annoying and it should be fixed.

it's giving me peace of mind in using less tools, less platforms, I can do most of my marketing from within it without going crazy.
Also the peace of mind of having no limits in the number of email sent is a great selling point for me which made me choose it even when compared with veteran platforms like quickmail

For my use case as a Freelancer this is overkill, it offers a comprehensive solution for building and nurturing B2B relationships through LinkedIn, Twitter, and email. The ability to view and engage with leads' posts from a single feed is a major time-saver and helps in personalizing outreach. The option to curate feeds for segmented B2B lists, such as C-levels and agencies, makes targeted outreach even easier. The customizable sales pipelines with dynamic templates allow for efficient organization and targeting of leads at key points in the sales funnel. The ability to experiment with cold email campaigns and personalize messages with custom variables or pre-designed templates is also valuable. Overall, Breakcold streamlines the B2B relationship-building process and helps close more deals in less time. This is a no-brainer if you want a unique UPS for your outreach and CRM.

In my use case NONE, this is a beast web app. But my wish is more integration like Messenger or WhatsApp.

A modern CRM built for nurturing lasting relationships
I truly love that the team behind Breakcold built this platform. So many marketing campaign & CRM tools are built around a shotgun approach of mass outreach. Although this approach can work, it is often ineffective with senior management and more importantly building lasting relationships. Previous to Breakcold I was using databases and spreadsheets to track engagement and lead nurturing. This is a very manual and time intensive process. I was thrilled to discover Breakcold and that it could help streamline this relationship building process in a single dashboard. I love that it has a kanban board, so I can quickly see what stage any of my contacts are in. I’m shocked that that aren’t more tools that are focused on strategic networking. Looking forward to the future of Breakcold.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

Overall, I really love the platform. My main wish is that they would develop a solid Gmail integration with enrichment and contextual fields. They already have this to some degree for Linkedin, but it would be great to see info about clients while working in Gmail as well.

What I didn't like about other tools was it was that they were just CRM collection and even if e-mail was integrated it was clunky and not very helpful, yes some had flows that allowed you to follow up. But the conditions were limited and it all felt so one dimensional. Breakcold helps me out a ton by being able to message on LinkedIn, Twitter AND e-mail all from one platform and the customizations with lists, tags, funnel tracking, and campaigns make it so much more comprehensive while still not being overcomplicated like other platforms.

Really happy with the product over all and the support is awesome, big plus for me. That and the consideration for user feedback is great, feels like your building the product with them, and it's all coming together.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

Really want more automations integrated into the platform, and I think spintext would be great too. Other tools can definitely supplement but it would be great to have that in the product already.

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me a real time tracking and engagement in one tool, you can talk to a lead and classify them exactly as you need to so quickly it helps you from getting distracted while keeping accuracy of the prospects journey in the funnel.

It also allows me or my team to message leads and prospects on my behalf which was another huge time saver.

What isn't there to like about BreakCold! In its infancy, it's still better than 99% of the other LinkedIn "CRM" tools out there! Anytime I am prospect or social selling, I would have to have 3 or 4 tools simultaneously running to make magic happen, whereas with BC, I only need to get the emails, and off I go. There rest...BreakCold can take care of it.

There really isn't much to dislike, the product is still very young and has much to grow, but for me as a solo business, it does everything I need and more. but....I will say this, I am impatient for the unified inbox!

Prospecting, Pipeline management, Contact Management, and overall social selling process wrapped up into one place. I don't have to worry about going into another CRM and fishing for more information, but rather I can stay in one place and manage my pipeline while chatting with my prospects.

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

Half the software is relatively standard sales CRM features. It has email, has pipelines, etc. But then it has a few things that most dont have, and then a few things that I dont think anyone has.  

On the email side your typical sales CRM does not have sender rotation. This is huge to be able to send decent email volume without burning your domain and emails.  A few tools have this but it is rare, and I havent seen it in another CRM.

But what really sets Breakcold apart is that you can engage with your prospective clients on Twitter and LinkedIn from within the App. So you can make a list of people you want to watch and engage with and just see it in the feed and engage with it, all without leaving the CRM.  Really slick and useful.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

If there is a drawback it would be that for the LinkedIn connection you need to use an extension to sync up, and sometimes LinkedIn changes things and makes it a pain. But I use several tools extensively-probably 7-8 tools-for LinkedIn and that is just the way it works with all of them. So this is not a Breakcold specific issue though as it effects every tool that wants to integrate with LinkedIn.

Breakcold is helping me to better engage with my potential clients where they are at. Everyone has email but some people are lot easier to chat with on Twitter and some are on LinkedIn all the time. Going where your clients are and not where it is just easiet for you has been a good strategy for me and anyone I know that does it.

I've been absolutely amazed by Breakcold's integrated Prospecting Feed. Before, I'd juggle numerous tabs and platforms just to interact with prospects. Now, I can view LinkedIn posts from both individual prospects and their companies, and actively engage with them, all in one place. Additionally, the ability to manage Breakcold directly from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension is an ingenious touch.

The only minor hiccup I've encountered is the limit on LinkedIn sync. However, I understand this is to ensure interactions aren't overly aggressive, thereby safeguarding users from potential LinkedIn restrictions. In a way, this limitation is a blessing in disguise, as it prioritizes safety and prevents any unintended issues on the platform. Kudos to Breakcold for the thoughtful design!

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

It really saved me a lot of headaches as I am quite active on LinkedIn and Social Selling is the future but most CRMs are built around emails and phone numbers but not around social selling. Quickly adding the leads from LinkedIn, then engaging with them in the breakcold feed is a breeze. It is still an early product but the basis is great and really looking forward to see the future of the product as there is so much potential in it.

There are some things that need refinement, and also some additional features that would make it easier to keep notes, track customers and interactions better, but overall nothing serious to say.

I have a large LinkedIn following and do a lot of customer acquisition over LinkedIn and it was always a hassle to stay up to date with my hot leads and save them extra etc. but now I just add it to breakcold, add it to a special list, track them and only engage with my hot leads in the breacold feed. Really great CRM that prioritizes the LinkedIn world.

One aspect that could be improved is customization. It would be beneficial for businesses to customize the interface according to their needs and preferences, making it more flexible.

The software is wonderfully integrated with Email, LinkedIn, and Twitter; however, inclusion of more social platforms like Facebook and Instagram could further increase B2B reach and engagement.

Additionally, the reporting feature can be more detailed. While it provides essential data, more comprehensive analytics would allow businesses to better track and evaluate their performance and strategize accordingly.

Lastly, though they offer a highly efficient customer support, a 24-hour live chat support would be an awesome addition for immediate assistance during off-peak hours.

I absolutely love Breakcold's unified Prospecting Feed. **What do you like best about Breakcold?**

It is really easy to use and does a good job of giving you visibility into contacts and connections.  I have used more complex tools but this one really does most of what I need and gives you a quick clear view of what is going on.  I have only used the LinkedIn part but it can connect with Twitter / X and could be used in other scenarios.

I wish it had ways to segment out the leads to company team members.  Right now everyone can see everyone's leads.  Not a big deal for me where I am but as we grow, I want the ability to keep leads attached to one employee and the details hidden from other employees.   It is a little harder to use on a phone browser so an app would be helpful.

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a quick and easy way for me to track and follow up on connections in LinkedIn.  It has other uses but that is what I primarily use it for.  I have not used the cold email functions yet but have started to set them up and I will test them out in a couple of weeks.

I would have loved to have Breakcold much earlier in my company. LinkedIn has always been a major source for lead generation. The algorithm of LinkedIn makes it quite difficult to monitor target customers on a regular basis. Breakcold makes all this possible and even supports commenting posts and messaging them.

It is not Breakcold's fault, but a feature to preserve your LinkedIn account. When monitoring many people on LinkedIn it takes days until all posts are updated in Breakcold. We all know that LinkedIn acts quite critical upon too many requests from 3rd party integrations and sometimes banns people from their account. Therefore, what looks like a a faulty behavior is there to prevent problems with LinkedIn.

I like the awesome UI. I love the pipeline. The ability to just smoothly integrate both linkedin, twitter (now X), and email. Come to think of it, it's all in one single platform! The platform's fast to sync with the accounts too! We've synced 2k leads and it just took less than 3 minutes to sync all their information from CSV fetched to LinkedIn.

There's not much to dislike here, despite what other people say. I like it because it solves a problem, and a pain that I and my company has for outreach. So, disliking the platform is more of a personal preference for me now. So, if I don't like something, with all the research and the reviews that I see, I may or may not get it. BUT if I were to pick something, it would be, the ability to see the previous conversations, and integrating to external platforms easier, and more automation allowance.

Breakcold has a browser extension that gives you the option to add people on LinkedIn to your Breakcold account.  Once added you can track the posts they made, which is very helpful in ensure you don't miss out on engaging with a potential client's content. 

There is also a basic social CRM allowing you to track prospects from cold to closed, and you can easily interact with them via a LinkedIn or email message sent directly from the app.

There are a number of integration options available for tools such as Pipedrive, Airtable, Calendly and Hubspot

It currently lacks the automated LinkedIn outreach capabilities of other tools, however as some of those tools have been known to cause account bands that's likely a good thing!

One thing I like about Breakcold is that I can manage leads from LinkedIn, Twitter, and email, all in one place. I don't have to switch between different platforms. I find this feature saves me time and cuts down the number of apps I need.

When dealing with support, I do hope they can respond speedily. I don't expect them to be 24/7, but at least they should reply within a day. And I prefer more ways to contact the support as it only offers chat.

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

Simply put, Breakcold is a GAME-CHANGER!

It's an easy way to keep track of my social media lead generation and prospect-nurturing approaches.

I like the fact that I can easily add a prospect into my Breakcold CRM directly from LinkedIn and that I can interact with someone's LinkedIn or Twitter content directly from the Breakcold dashboard.

If only I had known about Breakcold before..!

I can say without hesitation that Breakcold has been one of the most valuable tools for my business – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

One thing I feel could be improved is to have a specific section, in a prospect's profile, dedicated to notes I may take. 

There's one but isn't as visible as I think it should be – since I consider notes a key feature that can help close deals.

Plus, I have add some issues with importing some leads from .csv files, not sure if it was an issue with how the documenta was formatted or with the platform…

This last point isn't a major one but it would be nice to have a mobile app to be able to keep track of everything even when I'm on the go.

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breakcold helps me have a better streamlined process to create lead lists, and to nurture – and engage – with prospects who are on LinkedIn and Twitter.

It saves me a lot of time for the fact that I can easily use the platform from inside LinkedIn (to add a prospect from LinkedIn to the Breakcold dashboard), and vice versa (I can interact with people on LinkedIn and Twitter straight from the Breakcold dashboard).

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

I must admit, at first, I was a bit skeptical. Another CRM? But Breakcold completely changed my perspective. Here's why I use Breakcold for my agency:

Multichannel Interactions: Before Breakcold, juggling between emails, LinkedIn, and Twitter was a real headache. Now, I can manage everything from a single platform. It's a game-changer for me.

Prospecting Flow: Gone are the days when I had to open a thousand tabs to track my prospects. Everything is grouped in one place, and I can even interact directly with their posts. It's so much simpler and more efficient.

IceBreaker: This is one of my favorite features: you can create personalized "icebreakers" for each prospect, which can be used as a custom attribute in emails :D

Sales Pipeline: You can have a pipeline and an estimate of its value, not bad.

Chrome Extension for LinkedIn: This feature is just great. Being able to add prospects directly via LinkedIn saves a lot of time.

API: The API allows you to go through automation tools like Zapier, and it's really good for automating tasks and updating prospects.

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

The interface could be better, but it already does the job very well!

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralize prospect data, be able to add and remove it easily. It's somewhat like the CRM part of Hubspot, but different, with an extension, and cheaper!

**What do you like best about Breakcold?**

With the amount of Linkedin tools out there, it's difficult to truly find something that is unique. 

That was until I discovered Breakcold.

It's an absolute revolution in B2B outreach, so much so that I'm now changing how I go about winning new business. 

Being able to upload leads, having both Linkedin and Twitter feeds in one place, I can engage with my ideal propspects and then drop them an email all at the same time!

**What do you dislike about Breakcold?**

Honestly not really anything to dislike. People moan about the lack of connection requests being automated are missing the point. Breakcold is about building connections! 

One thing I would love to see would be uploading Sales Nav URLs - automatically changing to the correct URL as when we open the URL manually it shows a connection error (possibly due to too many characters in the field)

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breakcold allows me to manually reach out to those I REALLY want to engage with.

Cold Email tools allow me to mass target my audience, but those I've identified as the perfect fit for the business - it's all about nurturing and building relationships. 

Breakcold allows me to do this with very little effort but HUGE possibilities

I love the fact that I can target individual celebrities and influencers in LinkedIn and contact them directly with tweets, email and most important ... the phone. I have been targeting past guests of Shark Tank and had my first reply within 3 days of using Breakcold.

I have had a bit of a challenge trying to arrange things to fit my need. I am a bit of a supernerd and sometimes I try to work outside of the box. I have had to rearrange Breakcold to fit my need and now it works amazingly well,

**What problems is Breakcold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing is I can segment the type of people I am targeting. For instance, I am specifically targeting the guests of Shark Tank to be on my podcast, and I can segment every single prospect in one segment of my campaign. I can easily keep track of everything I do, keep notes and especially connect immediately and make a bigger impact.

- Tracking sales using the Pipeline Campaigns, so you can see at a glance the lead's status (ex. engaged, interested, closed) and the value of the campaign
- Integrations with 3rd party automation tools like Pabbly to create workflows, which streamline your sales process. Can connect with any 3rd party automation tools using Web Hooks via the API.

The learning curve is a bit steep, but there's enough documentation to get you up to speed. There's always support for any help you need.

- If you're busy running your business and don't have enough time for 'social selling', then you can add team members to engage with clients on your behalf. Something I'm definitely utilising.
