
I love that I am able to manage everything all in one place (invoices, billing, scheduling, notes, templates, protocols, programs, chat, etc.). I love that I am able to set up automations for these things because I am a one-woman show in my business. I also love the snippets feature. Customer support has always been great, and the help center has been great to answer my own questions, but also to share with clients. I use Practice Better every day in my business, and I couldn't imagine using another system at this point. A majority of my work is done via Zoom, and I love the Zoom integration. There are a few things I would tweak. I wouldn't necessarily call them downsides. I just wish I could add some features that would be beneficial to me, such as a resource library with pictures, videos, and handouts, not in the current program layout, or saving images/videos to snippets, or saving "template sections" to add to notes if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
