Once you have the base request in place, the traversing is o easy and you can raise claims until the base request is expired. Alsoo, We can track the flow of request and it proactively highlights the issues/warnings that would restrict us to submit the claim. We use it almost every week for one or other claims for self and teams. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** There are too many fields to fill-in even for the known categories. Also, some warnings continue to persist even after the claim is approved which doesnt make any sense. (Ex: Warning: Warning: This line item has a Rejection Code associated. Please review and take the appropriate action.) **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well the tool itself is for tracking the claim process. So it saves hell lot of time chasing people for approvals which is very much the process followed in most companies. The tool eliminates such one-on-one followup for managers to approve, and I really appreciate this.
