The look and feel of the website page. At least 1/3 of the page is occupied by dead space. The next 1/3 is helpful. That leaves the bottom 1/3 of the page for going through your expense line items for review. The only point of the page is to review the line items and it reduces and truncates them down to the bottom 1/3 of the page. You cannot re-size the area and the scrolling jumps several line items at a time when trying to scroll up or down. Same story for the travel component . Too much useless space that cannot be shrunk or resized so you can access the portion of the page that you need to work with the data. First contact support, e.g. through chat, is not generally very helpful. Which I get - they can triage and open up a case with the correct department and more specialized experts, but sometimes frustrating when you're hoping for a quick answer to what seems like a straightforward question. As an IT employee from more than 3 year of experience ,I really appreciate how SAP Concur streamlines the whole expense management process. I use it regularly to submit my travel and business expenses, and it’s very convenient to capture receipts directly from my phone. The OCR feature automatically reads details like date and amount, which saves a lot of manual typing. I also like that it syncs with our company’s travel bookings and corporate cards, so all expenses come in automatically and I just have to review and categorize them. The interface could definitely be improved. Sometimes it feels outdated and not as intuitive as modern software. The mobile app occasionally lags when uploading receipts or syncing data, especially on a weak network. It would also help if report submissions were a bit faster — sometimes approvals take longer than expected. I use SAP Concur at least every week. The application provides a single view for all my expenses and integrates it in one single forum.

Customer support is pretty straightforward and they are quick and always meet the SLA.

SAP concur is used for the complete process from raising a travel request ,getting approvals ,creating expense reports and finally getting the reimbursement for expenses.

It also has a mobile application which is particularly useful for uploading bills and invoices directly from the mobile app into the expense report and also has OCR capabilities to read the the expenses directly from the bill image which saves a lot of time in otherwise manually updating the expenses. SAP concur always takes the current exchange rate while creating the expense report for a overseas travel and not the exchange rate when the travel request was created which causes a difference in total expense amount during the final reimbursement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's recently been a great tool introduced in SAP concur to allow receipts to be scanned and it will pluck all the relevant info so I only have to leave a comment, which is fantastic for doing a lot of receipts at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I saw an expensing system once that let you filter all your receipts into different folders. So you'd go through the month racking up expenses, but when you submitted your claim at the end of the month, you'd maybe need different claims for different groups of receipts - and that system would let you upload receipts into different folders as you went through the month (uploading receipts at the time you got them via the mobile app) and then you could filter at the end of the month. Favorite aspect of the tool is the ability to book travel that is convenient to me, allowing me to arrange flights, hotel and transport to and from the airport. If I want to ensure accuracy and completeness when creating expense reports, I definitely go with Concur since its expense process is very thorough.
