The Uber integration with the Concur mobile app is also a huge time-saver and has saved me a lot of time. Another feature I use the most is the "Create expense from receipt" feature, where I can simply add a receipt and Concur does its thing by filling in details like the amount, date, currency, etc. It does take about 30–40 seconds for the details to come through, but I usually upload multiple receipts in a queue and then come back after a few minutes. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** Inside a claim, I’ve multi-selected expenses and accidentally clicked “Delete claim” twice so far, which ended up deleting the entire claim. I really wish the wording were clearer so it’s obvious that this action deletes all items and the whole claim, not just the selected expenses. The “Delete” and “Do not delete” buttons also aren’t easy to tell apart when you’re in a hurry. AI Audit usually takes a day or two, which is frustrating when you’re submitting expenses at the last minute. On the approval side, Concur’s UI still isn’t great, and it takes time to understand the expense details. It would also be helpful if Concur allowed admins to view submitted expenses in a selected currency, so I don’t have to convert each expense manually using Google. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** Submitting expenses is much easier with Concur. It is very easy to submit the reimbursement and has variety of options from travel or hotel expense submission to internet reimbursements. I use this very often. I receive all my payments within the time frame I expect. The user experience is exceptional and far superior to other expense management platforms we evaluated. The implementation process was quick, straightforward, and easy to manage, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. This was one of my biggest concerns, but I can't complain. We were offered several integration options and chose the free integration, which has worked seamlessly. Transferring data back into our accounting software is simple and efficient. I also like the mileage calculator function that's built in. It makes things easier when adding mileage. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** I don't like that there needs to be mileage entered for hotels/overnight subsistence because not all users drive themselves or incur a cost traveling so adding the mileage is irrelevant but to "prove" that they traveled to the hotel location and that seems pointless. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mean, it's a lot more intuitive than our old travel expense report option and it takes me less time to enter travel. I enter on behalf of other employees so it makes things easier for me. ### 48. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about SAP Concur?** What I like most is how easy it is to capture receipts and submit expense claims, especially through the mobile app. I use it a lot, and being able to just snap a photo and upload it on the go saves me a ton of time compared to doing everything manually later. The automatic matching of card expenses is also really helpful, it occasionally misses one, but most of the time it works well enough to cut down a lot of effort and keep things moving. The approval workflow in our company is smooth, which honestly makes a big difference day to day. My manager doesn’t have to keep following up with me for missing paperwork, and I don’t have to deal with long back-and-forth threads just to close a claim. Overall, it makes expense reporting way less painful than spreadsheets ever were, and it’s one of those tools I genuinely wish I had at my current job too. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** Sometimes it feels harder than it should be to find old expense reports or travel bookings, and the search feature could definitely be better. Submitting everything can also take a few extra clicks, so the flow isn’t always as fast as you’d expect. I’ve also had a receipt upload get stuck once, and I had to refresh and do it again, which was frustrating in the moment. There are also occasional random error messages that aren’t very helpful, so it’s not always clear what went wrong or how to fix it. On top of that, the interface feels a bit dated and the navigation can be confusing at times. It’s not a deal breaker, but I do think the overall experience could be made much easier, especially for non-technical users. **What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is actually solving a bunch of pain points for us, mainly with expense reporting and travel bookings. Before, we had to collect paper receipts and send lots of emails to get approvals, which took forever and things sometimes got missed. Now, with Concur, I just snap a photo of my receipts and submit, and the system tracks everything automatically. It also keeps all my travel plans in one place, so I don't have to search through old emails anymore. ### 49. It takes care of end-to-end automation, where from booking to reimbursement, the process is very smooth. Booking travel is seamless as my travel bookings automatically link to expenses. The receipts are automatically scanned, attached, and processed for approval, leading to faster reimbursements. This saves me a lot of time, eliminating the need to track or follow up multiple times without any stress. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** I find the mobile app not so great compared to the web app. It has limited features available like detailed report editing, advanced policy review, and complex expense allocations. Everything works smoothly for me, including the multilevel approval process with inbuilt options. I like that if there are issues with the document, I can refer back to the employee, which aids in a smooth approval process.
