The support is superb and very dedicated. I have delt with them for almost 2 years now and they've been proactive and dedicated. I love the constant updates which are great and comes packed with new features. **What do you dislike about BusyCal?** For me my user experience has been phenomenal and I really appreciate everything is working accordingly. No flaws at the moment. **What problems is BusyCal solving and how is that benefiting you?** BusyCal is the most powerful, flexible and easily customizable calendar app for Apple and macOS. I love how the tasks are integrated into my calendar, display date they are due and carry forward till when I have completed them this allows me to meet my deadlines and save time and be more reliable at any time. ### 3. I like how it also integrates with online conference solution from Google Meets, Zoom, Webex, and GoToMeeting and many more. It also supports Wireless -LAN sync for those that do not wish to use a cloud service for privacy concerns or keep things simple. **What do you dislike about BusyCal?** I like how it's been easy to share my offline calendars at work or at home over WiFi. I like how it displays user calender in Day, Week, Month, Year and lList views. I like the ability to customize these views to more precisely meets all our Needs. **What problems is BusyCal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the most popular, powerful feature which is embedded info panel that appears in the sidebar, hence enables me to quickly view and and edit event details with speed and precision. Info Panel has been completely redesigned in BusyCal and boasts a cleaner, modern look with improved controls for selecting dates and times, adding locations, and many more. I like how the BusyCal, Tasks are integrated into user calender, display on the date they are due, and carry forward until completed. I like the support for timed tasks that occur at specific time of day and appear inline with our calendar events. ### 4.
