I don't find the feature for recording a welcome video message while setting up links useful at all. I have not even tried this feature because I don't think anyone would ever go to someone's page and click to see their welcome message. It seems unnecessary to me. It offers great functionalities and it is free. It integrates with my calendar very well and it streamline booking meetings with external collaborators. I used it everytime I want to book an event with people outside my organisation. Connecting zcal to Outlook is super simple and it is very easy to create my custom meetings. Its free tier is very full featured: multiple distinct event links, scheduling polls (aka "Doodles"), deep customizability, etc. It gives you basically everything in Calendly, but for free.

I probably have 30 distinct scheduling links to help me manage my open calendar and professional work.

There are a few features I miss from expensive tools (like Motion) that I need to work around:

(1) Scheduling links with multiple time options.

In what I have been using this platform, I have liked the ease of use with each of the tools for scheduling meetings being more personalized and presenting a better structured schedule in each agenda of the day without missing important meetings or events.
