Granted, the resulting calendar appointment must be written into the default calendar account. **What do you dislike about zcal?** I have not found any dislikable feature yet. **What problems is zcal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I keep multiple CalendarAccounts (a few for my personal life, one for my business, one from my employer). Sometimes, if someone thought I appeared as "Available" at a certain timeslot, it was not necessarily true because I was scheduled for a meeting under a different CalendarAccount. Therefore, I needed a scheduling page like Calendly, but I was hoping to find an alternative. Of all the platforms I saw, I only found zcal to aggregate multiple CalendarAccounts even on the free-tier. That's how I was able to solve my problem for free, and I will most-likely become a paying user. ### 2. I have not even tried this feature because I don't think anyone would ever go to someone's page and click to see their welcome message. I probably have 30 distinct scheduling links to help me manage my open calendar and professional work. I have a paid account (pretty cheap) just so I can support the business. **What do you dislike about zcal?** There are a few features I miss from expensive tools (like Motion) that I need to work around: (1) Scheduling links with multiple time options. (2) Native support for phone calls (where the person scheduling is prompted for their phone number) but that's about it. **What problems is zcal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have an opent calendar. That means people are booking on my calendar from Linkedin, from various networking communities, from referrals, from volunteer work...and even my professional work (coaching). It allows you to natively post available times that connect to your calendar for someone to book a timeslot right into the email conversation you may be having with anyone. They give you access to the majority of their features for FREE, but if you decide to upgrade, they charge less than $8, which is EXTREMELY affordable compared to their competitors (Calendly, Acuity, etc). ### 10. You can customize your header, your instructions, attach tracking for more than one calendar and sorts of other things. **What do you dislike about zcal?** It takes a little getting used to, but because you can do more right from the start for free, it is actually more intuitive than it's top competitor in my opinion. **What problems is zcal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can add multiple calendars to correctly track and display my availability, AND I can have more than one calendar (instead of just one) for people to book from. So, no more trying to send people useless 30-min booking links when they need an hour. ### 14. Not sure what exactly the additional features will be since the existing offering is a perfect fit for users who have a basic Google Workspace subscription(which doesn't include Calendar Appointments) and who don't want to pay for Calendly or similar complex solutions. **What problems is zcal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a simple solution to present clients with my availability where it takes a couple of clicks to book a meeting. I used to be an avid Doodle user, but after having to set up so many Doodle polls where I had to click each 30minute time slot, and users had to scroll and scroll, I knew there had to be a better alternative. A friend told me to try zcal, so I checked it out. As the scheduler, to set up the time slots is super easy, you just click and drag! And as the attendee, to select their availability, they're able to click and drag to select their availability. It's much easier to use than Doodle. And the best part is, no ads! Very clean UI. **What do you dislike about zcal?** I think I was so used to Doodle that it took me a while to learn zcal. Not that zcal isn't user friendly, it is! But with any new application, learning takes time and maybe a few mistakes. I can send out as many participants as I need to schedule a meeting. ZCAL is also very user friendly and very easy to use. It saves me a lot of time to schedule meetings.
