## Zoho Meeting Reviews
  ### 1. Zoho Meeting Just Works: Easy Setup, Reliable Webinars, Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beyond T. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

We have been using Zoho Meeting for our webinars and client meetings and internal team discussions. This has made our work flow better. The Zoho Meeting platform is easy to set up. Even people who are not very good with technology can set it up. Joining a Zoho Meeting is quick and easy.

One thing I like about Zoho Meeting is that the audio and video quality is good. This is even true for Zoho Meeting sessions. The screen sharing feature works well. The webinar tools make it easy to manage the people in the Zoho Meeting. The interface is simple. So we can focus on the Zoho Meeting of trying to figure out how to use it.

Another thing I like about Zoho Meeting is that it is a value for the money. Compared to meeting platforms Zoho Meeting gives us the features we need without making us pay for a lot of extra things we do not need. We already use Zoho products. So it is nice that Zoho Meeting works with these other Zoho products.

If I had to say one thing that Zoho Meeting could do better I would say that the mobile app could be better. Some of the Zoho Meeting controls could be easier to find.. These are not big problems, for our team.

Overall Zoho Meeting is a platform that does what we need it to do. It is simple and reliable. Zoho Meeting has become a tool that we do not really have to think about. Zoho Meeting just works. We use Zoho Meeting. It helps us.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

The overall experience has been good, but the mobile app could be more polished, and some advanced meeting controls take a few extra clicks to find. These are minor issues and haven't significantly affected our day-to-day use.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Meeting has made our online meetings a lot easier. It gives us a platform that we can use to talk to the team and do webinars. Zoho Meeting saves us time. Reduces technical problems. This means we can work together easily with Zoho Meeting without having to worry about our internet connection or figuring out complicated setup, with Zoho Meeting.

  ### 2. Sharing my screen saves me from a lot of back-and-forth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alamgir H. | Senior WordPress Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

Video meetings are just part of my everyday work. Some are client check-ins, others are product demos, and a lot of them are simply jumping on a quick call to review a few changes before something goes live. All I really want is a tool that works without turning the first five minutes of every meeting into troubleshooting. Most of our calls involve sharing my screen while we walk through the WordPress admin, show new features, or make small changes together. The platform never gets in the way of the conversation. Audio quality is consistently good, meetings stay stable, and I like that clients can join straight from their browser without downloading anything. That alone saves a surprising amount of time. I also appreciate the security features. Screen sharing controls, meeting locks, host permissions, and session protection give me confidence when I'm showing client data or working inside a live project. Lately I've also been using the AI transcripts, meeting summaries, and automatic notes.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

There's one important point: certain notable features, particularly the AI transcripts and a few recording options, are contingent upon the plan you've chosen. It's worth checking what's included before choosing one because not every team will need the same features.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One meeting really sticks with me: we have the final review of a WordPress site scheduled before launch, and the client starts asking for a few last-minute changes while we're on the call. Instead of writing everything down and scheduling another meeting later, I share my screen, make the changes as we talk, and everyone approves them on the spot. By the time we hang up, there's nothing left on the to-do list. No follow-up meeting, no long email thread, no confusion about what still needs to be done. That's when I realize these meetings aren't just another step in the process anymore. They become part of the project itself, and for the kind of work I do, that's far more valuable than any flashy feature.

  ### 3. Simple, Reliable Meetings with Effortless Screen Sharing and Webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

What I like best about Zoho Meeting is its simplicity. It's easy to set up and join meetings without requiring participants to install complicated software. The platform feels reliable for everyday meetings, and the screen-sharing and webinar features make collaboration straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

One thing I dislike about Zoho Meeting is that the interface can feel a bit basic compared to some larger competitors. Occasionally, finding certain settings or features takes a little extra effort, and the overall experience could be smoother for first-time users.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

oho Meeting solves the challenge of connecting with clients, teammates, and attendees without needing to be in the same location. It makes scheduling and hosting meetings simple, which saves time and keeps communication organized. For me, it provides a reliable way to collaborate and share information without the hassle of complicated setup or expensive software.

  ### 4. Zoho Meeting’s Unified Workflow Makes Webinars and Demos Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhat C. | Senior Analyst, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

One of the most helpful features worth mentioning is that Zoho Meeting provides a Unified workflow, bringing multiple tasks, tools, and processes into one connected system so people do not need to switch between many separate apps.
Moreover, its webinar conducting capabilities also comes in real handy for customer demos, training sessions and internal events.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

There are certain features of the platform that are not as good as it's competitors or other larger platforms such as-
• Compared with other large platforms it has limited advanced collaboration tools as some users want richer whiteboarding or deeper interactive features.
• At times it also feels less refined and less intuitive.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provided a unified workflow as it integrated well with CRM, calendar which reduced manual work and saved employees time and effort. It also helped in reducing communication gaps as teams in different offices or working remotely can meet in real time saving travelling cost and time.
Also the Webinar feature of the platform was undoubtedly helpful in providing training to the employees and demos to the customers.

  ### 5. Makes Online Consultations and Health Webinars More Smooth and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I regularly use online meetings for nutrition consultations, patient follow ups, wellness discussions and educational sessions. What I like best about Zoho Meeting is that it keeps all meeting work simple and properly organized without making things complicated. Ease of use feels good because scheduling sessions, sending meeting links and joining calls is very smooth even during busy clinic hours. i also conduct small health education webinars and awareness sessions sometimes, so features like webinar hosting, screen sharing and meeting recording are very useful for my work. Screen sharing helps while explaining diet charts, health presentations and lifestyle guidance visually during online sessions. Recording feature is also helpful because I can later check important discussion points or share sessions when needed. Zoho Meeting also supports scheduled meetings, reminders and participant management which makes follow-up communication easier for me.

The features I use most are video conferencing, webinar sessions, screen sharing, scheduling and recording because these are connected with my daily consultation and educational content work. ease of integration also feels comfortable because managing invites, links and online sessions is simple during daily workflow. Performance has also stayed stable in normal meetings and webinar sessions. I use it frequently now for healthcare communication and educational guidance work. Number of features feels practical for daily professional use and customer support experience was also fine whenever I checked guides or settings help.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

during longer webinar sessions or meetings with many participants, the interface can sometimes feel little crowded while managing chat, participant controls and screen sharing together. During health education sessions, I sometimes need to switch between presentation, participant view and chat repeatedly, which takes few extra clicks. when internet speed becomes unstable from participant side, reconnecting audio or video can take little time compared to normal one to one meetings. Apart from these things, it still works well for my consultation calls, follow-up sessions and educational webinar work.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Meeting is helping me solve the problem of managing online consultations, patient follow-ups and health education sessions in a more organized way. Earlier, handling appointments, follow-up discussions and educational meetings from different platforms sometimes created confusion and extra time management problems during busy clinic work. now I use Zoho Meeting for nutrition consultations, lifestyle guidance sessions, patient progress discussions and small health awareness webinars in one place. Features like meeting scheduling, webinar support, screen sharing and recording help me manage online communication more smoothly. Screen sharing is specially useful while explaining diet charts, health presentations and wellness plans during consultations.

it also helps patients join sessions more easily through direct meeting links without complicated setup. overall it saves time, improves follow-up communication and makes my healthcare and educational meeting workflow feel more professional and properly managed.

  ### 6. Cost-Efficient and Secure Meeting Solution Built for Structured Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fisnabconcept E. | Product designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

Feedback and meeting recording, along with host and co-host settings.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

What I like most about Zoho Meeting is how well it fits into a structured system, rather than feeling like just another standalone meeting tool. I appreciate its simplicity: people can join easily without technical barriers, which is especially helpful when I’m working with large, non-technical groups. I also like how it integrates with other Zoho tools, which makes it practical for onboarding, coordination, and more data-driven workflows. The cost efficiency compared to Zoom and Microsoft Teams also matters to me when I’m thinking about scaling.

That said, I know it isn’t perfect. The user experience isn’t the strongest, and it may not be the best choice for very large, high-stakes sessions. Overall, what I value most is the control, simplicity, and integration it gives me—not just the platform itself.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Meeting is solving two core problems: cost control and security/safety, especially when working with distributed teams and sensitive workflows.

Cost problem
Before, running regular meetings or webinars at scale meant paying premium prices with tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. That becomes expensive quickly when you’re onboarding users or running frequent sessions.
What Zoho Meeting does for me is reduce that financial pressure. I can run meetings, onboarding sessions, and even webinars at a lower cost without sacrificing the core functionality I actually need. The benefit is simple: I keep operational costs down while still being able to scale communication.

Security & safety problem
I also deal with structured data, user onboarding, and coordination across different groups. That comes with risk—unauthorized access, data leaks, or unstable platforms.
Zoho Meeting gives me a more controlled environment. Features like secure access links, moderation controls, and integration within a single ecosystem reduce exposure. Instead of scattering tools everywhere, I can keep things within one system, which improves oversight and reduces risk.

The real benefit to me
It’s not just about meetings—it’s about control.
I’m spending less, reducing risk, and keeping my operations structured. That combination—cost efficiency + safer coordination—is what makes it valuable for how I work.

  ### 7. Strong solution for organizing structured academic and team meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh J. | Consultant Gynecologist and Medical Educator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

There are regular resident teaching meetings and case discussions, so scheduling these sessions properly is important. Earlier we were using different platforms, and sometimes managing meeting links and timing was little confusing. With Zoho Meeting, it becomes easy to schedule sessions like resident teaching and small departmental meetings. The interface looks simple and does not take much time to understand. I usually create weekly teaching meetings and share the meeting details with participants, which makes coordination more smooth. Overall it supports better planning when physical meetings are not possible.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

It takes little time to become familiar with all the features. In few cases, if internet connection is not stable, meeting performance may feel slightly affected. But overall these are minor things and after regular use it becomes comfortable to manage meetings without much difficulty.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes earlier it was little difficult to coordinate meeting timings and share links properly among team members. This created small delays or confusion, especially when academic teaching sessions were planned in short time. Managing everything manually was not always easy during busy working days. After using Zoho Meeting, we can schedule sessions like resident teaching and department discussions in advance and share clear meeting details with participants. It helps improve communication and keeps planning more organized. Having a proper system for scheduling meetings also reduces last minute confusion and saves time during routine work.

  ### 8. Good Tool for Internal Use, Needs Stronger External Capabilities

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

I like that Zoho Meeting integrates smoothly with our Zoho Mail setup. It means I don’t have to add a Google Meet link to meeting invites; I can simply select Zoho Meeting directly when creating the invite. It’s especially useful for internal team meetings because it shows up in the company’s to-do list and connects with other Zoho software, so we get notifications and everything stays in one place. The initial setup was straightforward and easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

I avoid using Zoho Meeting for external client meetings because it requires clients to create a Zoho account, which is inconvenient. Overall, I feel Zoho Meeting is still evolving and is far behind Google Meet in call quality, picture quality, and features such as background settings. The experience isn’t always smooth, and it sometimes has issues. It also takes a couple of meetings to fully understand and get comfortable with all of its features.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Meeting is a useful additional meeting tool that integrates with Zoho Mail and Calendar, which works well for our internal team meetings. It’s convenient to schedule and join meetings without switching platforms, since it stays in sync with our Zoho services.

  ### 9. Zoho Meeting: Seamless, Custom-Branded Meetings with Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayash K. | Director, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

What I like most about Zoho Meeting is its easy-to-use interface, along with the customizable domain option. This lets me host the meeting link on my own domain, so it feels like it’s fully developed in-house and not like I’m relying on third-party software. I can also integrate Zoho Meeting with Zoho Bookings, and this integration helps me save time while effectively tracking the bookings made by my customers, which improves my performance. On top of that, Zoho Meeting’s pricing is extremely competitive compared to others, and support is always just a click away. I can also add Zia AI agents to automate my tasks during meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

Nothing in particular so far. Everything I’ve encountered has worked seamlessly.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It feels like the next version of Google Meet, where you can host meetings on your own domain. It offers multiple features compared with Google Meet, and it also doesn’t have any time limit.

  ### 10. Automatic Audio Transcription I Love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simbarashe P. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?**

I have to say that the audio transcription portion of the software is what I loved the most. It deploys automatically, whilst I have not figured out how to switch it on in Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?**

I cannot get computer audio to play when I am having a Zoho Meeting, I have tried everything but the computer audio will not play so I cannot play presentations, or youtube videos during my meetings.

**What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho allows me to connect with clients all over the world via a video chat. This is great because, I can explain my product offering face to face and make customised programs for my clients.
