What do you like best?
Nutshell is very attractive, I really like the automated process of its most outstanding features, which have benefited me. I like to be able to convert my potential clients and real clients, and their basic and advanced functions are compatible, you just need to start using them and complement them with your system.
What do you dislike?
With this tool I keep track of my daily calls and my contacts, I would like the search engine to be easier but nothing that can not be solved, when you start using it, you get familiar with the systems and their great variety of features, thereby making Nutshell is the best I've tried in CRM.
