**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace daily and Google Meet is my most used tool as a supervisor. Few things I like most:

- One click to schedule and join meetings from Calendar and Meet, no extra setup needed
- Screen sharing on Meet helps me present audit reports and score sheets directly during calls
- Real time collaboration on Docs and Sheets keeps everyone on the same page during meetings
- Google Drive keeps all files organized and accessible from anywhere
- Everything connects seamlessly, Gmail, Meet, Calendar and Drive all work together without switching platforms

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

No big dislikes, but a couple of small things they can improve:

- Google Meet can lag or drop quality during large team calls with many participants
- Google Sheets lacks some advanced formatting options compared to Microsoft Excel, which can be limiting for complex reports
- Storage fills up quickly on basic plans, higher storage should be available at lower cost

Google Workspace has made my daily work as a supervisor much more organized and efficient. Earlier managing meetings, sharing reports and collaborating with the team required multiple tools, but now everything from scheduling meetings on Calendar, hosting calls on Meet, sharing files on Drive and collaborating on Docs is all in one place, saving a lot of time and making team communication much smoother.

I enjoy being able to communicate easily with colleagues, the seamless integration between Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive saves me time by keeping everything I need in one place. Google Drive makes it simple to access my files from any device, so I can keep working whether I'm at the office or on the go

'd love more customization options for Google Drive folder organization, such as color-coding subfolders or additional layout views. It would be helpful if comments and task notifications across Docs, Sheets, and Slides were consolidated into one easy-to-manage inbox.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Google Workspace, I kept my documents, spreadsheets, and notes across multiple apps, which made it harder to stay organized and collaborate efficiently. Since switching to Google Workspace, everything is stored in one place, I can access my files from any device, and real-time collaboration has made working with others much faster. It has simplified my workflow and helps me stay organized both at work and while creating content.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google workshop has made it much easier to stay connected with customer and work closely with the sales team, i use it every day to manage emails , prepare sales documents, update shared spreadsheets adn schedule meetings, since everything is cloud based ,l can access my work from anywhere without worrying about losing files. the biggest advantage is how well all the application work together, i can receive a customer request in Gmail. prepare a quotation in Google docs, updates sales data in Google sheets, save everything in Google drive and join a quick discussion on Google meet, real time collaboration helps everyone stay on the same page and speed up daily work. i regular use Google workspace for customer communication through Gmail. preparing quotations and sales documents maintaining sales trackers in Google sheets, sharing files with teammates scheduling client meeting , team collaboration, managing daily sales activities. the interface is simple and easy to learn, files are automatically saved, sharing documents takes only a few clicks, and findinh information is quick with Google drives search features. Google workspace integrates well with Agentforce sales, Jira etc.  the performance is best with AI features like Gemini.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

well the support is good but sometimes its get slow in replies. Google sheets cam become a little slow when handling very large sales datasets with many users editing at the same time, i would also like to see more advanced formatting options in docs for creating professional sales proposals,  overall Google workspace is a dependable productivity suite that keep our sales operations, organized, it has improved communication, simplified collaboration, and helped me support the sales team more effectively every day.

Google workspace solve the challenge of keeping communication, document and customer related information organized across the team, it allow me to manage emails through Gmail, prepare sales document in Google docs, maintain shared sales trackers in Google sheets, and securely store files in Google drive, real time collaboration ensures everyone is working with the latest information, reducing delays and version conflicts, this has improved teamwork, helped us respond to customer requests more quickly, reduced manual coordination and made daily sales operations more efficient. it has helped our sales team stay organized work more efficiently ,and collaborate smoothly on daily tasks.

What I like best about Google Workspace is how seamlessly all the apps work together. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar make it easy to collaborate in real time, share files securely, and stay organized from any device. **What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

What I like best about Google Workspace is that it gives our organization one shared and reliable environment to manage daily work. We use it to communicate, organize documents, collaborate on files, schedule meetings and keep track of different activities across the team. Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets are all connected, so it is much easier for people to access the information they need and work together even when they are not in the same place.

It also helps us reduce confusion around file versions, because documents can be shared and edited in real time instead of sending many attachments back and forth by email.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The main downside is that Google Workspace works best when everything stays inside the Google ecosystem. When we need to collaborate with people or organizations that mainly use Microsoft Office or other tools, sometimes formatting, permissions or file compatibility can become less smooth.

Some settings, especially admin and sharing permissions, can also be a bit complex at first. It is not a major problem, but it requires some attention to make sure files and folders are shared with the right people and not more broadly than intended.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Workspace helps us solve the problem of having communication, documents and planning spread across too many separate tools. Before using it in a structured way, it was easier to lose track of files, updates, responsibilities and deadlines. Now we can keep most of our operational work in one place.

The main benefit is better coordination inside the organization. Team members can find shared documents in Drive, work together on Docs and Sheets, use Calendar to organize meetings and deadlines, and communicate through Gmail. This saves time, reduces duplicated work and makes our internal processes more organized and transparent.

Everything I need is right at hand. I can access my calendar, chat, and Google Meet quickly and easily. It was also very easy to show my interviewees how to use Google Meet. Any questions I have Gemini can answer for me.

Google drive can be improved by making it easier to find what you are looking for. I use key words and still cannot pull up what I need. I have to try to remember how to look certain items up because you cannot just put in words that are in the heading.This causes me a lot of turmoil over how much extra time it takes to find what I need.

The one thing I love about Google work space is my calendar!. I would miss appointments because I thought I would remember them, and I did not. But Google calendar allows me to set reminders as needed, wheither 1 hour ahead or 1 week ahead! I like the most about Google workspace is all the things that I'm using in my corporate routine are in one account. Such as Google Sheets, Google docs,  Google meet, etc. It helps me & my team to manage all the things in one place. Also, it is easy to share all the docs, sheets, ppt, meet, etc with just one invite.

What I dislike about Google Workspace is that the pricing can become expensive as the team grows, and the storage limits can feel restrictive when you’re dealing with a lot of files and emails.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

All my files and services are accessible anywhere, I don't need to be tied to my desktop. Getting my work done securely from any browser, somewhat limited, but still very useful on the smart phone. The performance is quite reliable, and I like how some apps like calendar are integrated accross others. Minimal onboarding is required as the interfaces are quite intuitive. 
I'm very keen to now try out the Notebook LM that I haven't had a chance to yet, but I expect a lot of value from it, based on what I have heard.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

If I absolutely had to find fault, then I'd say that it's been a while since the overall design across the board has been significantly updated. There is a slight datedness to the Google look that has lost some shine over time and feels a bit drab or uninspiring at times.

I do not use all the services available to me on Google Workspace, but everything I use is well integrated, starting with email, my usual first port of call at work, from where it's really easy to schedule meetings, tasks etc., review or edit files and even chat with workmates.

Google Workspace offers a complete set of office applications, and the ability to collaborate on a document is a real game changer. What I appreciate most is that documents are saved continuously, so I don’t have to worry about manual saves. The menus and functions are straightforward and easy to understand. Whether I’m using Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides, the UI feels consistent, generally the same, and nicely standardized across the apps.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Some formatting issues can come up when you import documents from Microsoft, especially Excel. Also, some formulas in Excel do not work properly in Google Sheets. At times, if your document is large and contains many pages, tabs, and images, it can slow down quite a bit and take a bit longer to load.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, when I created a document or a spreadsheet, I had to start from scratch and slowly build up the content. Now, with the addition of Gemini AI, I can simply tell Gemini what I need, and it generates the content for me. This has saved me so much time compared with creating everything from the ground up. It also provide me more design ideas on how I want to present my contents.

The best thing about Google Workspace is how everything just flows together. You can jump from an email to a shared doc or a quick video call without missing a beat. It turns "where is that file?" into "here it is," making it easy to actually get things done.

The constant updates can be a headache. Just when you get used to a layout, a button moves or the interface changes, forcing you to relearn your workflow. Plus, managing permissions for large groups is often a clicking marathon that feels way more complicated than it needs to be.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Unbeatable IAM. The collaboration side is honestly unmatched. Having multiple people in the same doc or sheet at the same time works exactly the way you’d expect, no version conflicts and no “who has the file open” nonsense.

In my opinion, Gmail is still the best email client out there. And the fact that everything just works together (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet) without you having to think about it is a big deal. Since it’s all in the browser, it works on any device, and you don’t have to mess around with installs or licences on every machine.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

The admin console can feel like a maze. Settings are spread across different sections, and it’s not always clear where a particular option lives. I’ve definitely spent more time than I’d like clicking around to find a specific policy or setting. Once you learn where everything is, it’s fine, but the learning curve is real.

Sheets also still isn’t quite at Excel’s level for heavier data work. For 90% of what I need it’s fine, but if you’re doing anything more power-user-y, you’ll notice the gap.

Support can be hit or miss as well, depending on what you’re dealing with.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main thing is it just gives the whole team one place to work that actually plays nicely with itself. Email, calendar, docs, storage, video calls. It's all connected and you don't have to think about it. Saves a ton of friction compared to stitching together a bunch of separate tools.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

One thing I’d say about Google Workspace is that whenever you think of a feature, it's just there. Anything you need to do, Google has a tool for it.

Also, if you're sending a quick calendar invite, adding guests to a meeting, collaborating on a spreadsheet, or putting together a presentation -- it just works perfectly. It doesn't lag at all, which is huge. I really like the UI, but honestly, it might just be that I’ve used it for so long that it feels like home.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Honestly, it’s getting a little expensive. I get why, but when you look at competitors like Zoho, they’re just far more affordable for what you’re getting. My other big issue is the admin side of things. There are so many policies everywhere that it makes it a headache to change anything. It feels like you have to go in and tweak a policy for every little move you make in the workspace. I’m just not a fan of that -- it should be a lot easier for an admin to get things done without jumping through so many hoops.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Google Workspace is solving, I think, is that it keeps things organized and in one place, so the team isn't scattered. Without Workspace, our team has to use different tools, but Google makes it so easy that everything is in the same email, the same calendar, the same document, the same worksheet. It's all the same, and anyone could collaborate.

This is a great benefit: just pure speed. We don't have to wait for someone to email a file back and forth -- we can all just jump into the same link and get it done right then and there. It really takes the headache out of trying to coordinate with other people.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I love how easy the UI is across most of the applications. Google Sheets is fantastic and really versatile. The dropdown tabs are my favourite feature, and they make organising both work and personal projects a breeze.

As a graphic designer, I also enjoy the product illustrations that pop up from time to time to highlight new features. The platform integrates really well with my workflow, and the applications feel quick, with no lag.

We use Google Drive to organise and share our files, which saves us a lot of time. Gemini has also been really helpful in the media viewer, especially for things like generating a transcript for a video.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

There are a few things that Google could do better. For example, Google Slides can be a pain to work with sometimes. Although it’s more collaborative than programs like PowerPoint, it’s frustrating that it doesn’t have as many design features, such as a lack of animations and effects.

It can also be difficult to find past presentations I’ve worked on if there isn’t a shortcut link saved to Drive. There’s also an annoying zoom issue: when I try to zoom in on a slide, the top and side panels zoom in as well, which can be really frustrating. This friction shows up in small but constant ways. Calendar syncing between Google and Apple Calendar can be delayed or inconsistent, and contacts do not always stay aligned across platforms. Gmail on iOS works well as a standalone app, but it does not integrate with native iOS features as smoothly as Apple Mail does, which means losing some of the quick actions and widgets I rely on elsewhere. File handoffs between Google Drive and iCloud also require more steps than moving between native Apple apps.

Additionally, Gemini has been one of the most consistent AI systems, in where other programs and apps may have their "moment" so to speak, but Gemini has been more reliable.

Beyond covering the basics, Google Workspace solves the problem of fragmented collaboration. Instead of emailing attachments back and forth and losing track of versions, everything lives in a shared space where multiple people can work at once and see changes in real time. That alone cuts down on confusion and speeds up turnaround on team projects. It also removes the barrier of needing specific software installed, since everything runs in the browser and syncs across devices automatically.

Gemini adds another layer by handling quick writing support, summarizing long threads, and helping draft content without pulling me out of the app I'm already working in. **What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

It’s easy to share documents and collaborate, including with people outside your organization, without the risk of an external partner suddenly losing access after a week or so (which I’ve run into on other platforms). It’s also largely accessible for users with disabilities, making it possible to read, edit, and co-edit documents together as a team.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Most higher-ed institutions don’t use Google Workspace, and in the workplace we can’t really rely on platforms that aren’t supported by the institution’s IT department for security reasons. I also don’t like that there’s no built-in, native accessibility checker—you have to install an external tool or add-on instead.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not sure what Google Workspace is trying to solve. If they’re communicating that, I’m not seeing it—I’m not getting any emails about announcements or updates related to improvements to the product. That said, it would be really nice if they had a native accessibility checker. Also, having some kind of desktop client would help, so you can work offline when the internet is spotty, like during travel.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I use Google Workspace for communication through emails, for storage with Google Drive, and for meetings with Google Meet. I use Google Calendar to schedule and manage my schedule, which is really helpful. The most prominent feature for me is the ability to work together with my teammates, with live editing especially in Google Spreadsheets. It's an amazing feature because it's essential for my project management work to coordinate across departments. This feature makes it easier to track projects since everyone can have access and edit at the same time. The setup was also extremely easy, it was essentially plug and play, which I found very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I think the main drawback is the lack of privacy features and terms. It's hard, especially for my line of work in healthcare where privacy is a huge thing. So some work has to be done on other platforms.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

Google Workspace is straightforward and, honestly, the best integrated workspace I know. I’ve used Google since I was a little kid, and now that I use it professionally and for education as well, it has stayed consistent. It’s never felt like they’ve made changes that are overly jarring or disruptive.

I regularly use Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gemini every day. Overall, the systems perform well, and I rarely run into issues or downtime, if ever. The pricing isn’t amazing, but it also isn’t terrible, and I’d say the ROI is definitely good.

I can’t really speak to support or onboarding since I haven’t had much experience with that. As for Gemini, they’ve done a solid job trying to integrate it into Gmail, and I do use the AI assistant when I’m drafting emails.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

I don’t think the UI/UX is necessarily customizable enough, but that’s fine because it’s very clean overall. That said, I do feel like the integrations are a bit lacking. I’d like to see more pushed, explicit integrations and plugins with Gmail and Google Drive, but it doesn’t really seem like they want to give third-party plugins much attention.

Another big issue for me is support. Relying on forum boards for people who have questions feels like a lazy way to handle problems users might be running into. I understand that real customer support is unlocked through certain subscriptions, but in my opinion that’s not how it should work. I get that they’re a huge company, but that’s not an excuse or a cop-out for not offering real customer support for regular folks.

I also don’t love the pricing, especially with how things have been rolled out. They’ve started charging for things that feel essential, like storage and their AI models. I understand why they do it, but I’m still not a fan of the pricing. I’m lucky that I can get student pricing, but even then it’s not amazing. I think the essentials, including their AI models, should be free.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Google integrates its tools and creates an ecosystem within itself, having Google Drive alongside Gmail is a simple setup that makes everyday file management and sharing much easier. On the AI side, Gemini has helped me with projects where I needed AI assistance, which has been nice. I also understand it will keep improving, so I’m interested to see how it pans out over the next few years as AI continues to get better and better.

Google workspace plays an important role in streaming communication, sharing research findings, and maintaining projects documentation. Gmail and Google chat help coordinate with data engineers, analyst and product teams, during model development cycles, Google calendar simplifies scheduling model reviews, sprint planning and deployment discussion, Google meet supports remote technical discussions and knowledge sharing sessions. the use is so easy to use. also Google docs is extremely useful for documenting model architecture decisions, experiment results, and validation reports. real time collaboration allows team members to review and suggest improvement instantly. Google sheets is often used to tracking experiment metrics. i use it daily in my workflow, and its a great platform. it integrates well with bigquery, Jira and Git Platforms.

for highly technical workflows, Google sheets has limitations when handling very large experimental datasets. advanced analytics typically require tools like python or bigquery additionally, drive storage can become difficult to organize without a well defined folder structure.

I like the agility of Google Workspace integration, especially because it is a Google tool, which provides integration with various other applications and data sources. Communication within the company becomes easier using Workspace. I also find Google Workspace very good for centralization, creating teams and users, as well as allowing different levels of access that I can ensure for my team. With the centralization of teams, I can create and share documents in a more controlled way, maintaining a history of changes that I can audit and verify if the information was shared or left the company. This centralization allows my team to work together with the same files on Google Drive. Furthermore, the initial setup of Google Workspace was very smooth, with plenty of documentation available, making the process simple.

Ah, within the Google admin panel, it could be a little easier to view the audits. I would also like to be able to control and access an employee's account without having to change their email, right? As a system administrator, I could have an easier way to access that person's Gmail, for example, or their Drive, sometimes to get a code, a token, something that arrived there, sometimes just to view some information, without having to literally change that person's password.

The functionality isn't nearly as good if you're offline which is hard if you're working while on transport or remotely without internet. The tools are more basic than other similar ones like the Microsoft suite, but this can also be a positive.

So far, what I’m seeing—and what I like—is that Google Workspace excels at real-time collaboration across Docs, Sheets, and Slides, with seamless integration between Gmail, Drive, and Calendar. I also appreciate the robust security and admin controls, the reliable uptime, and the cross-platform access, along with strong search and straightforward file sharing. It also feels scalable for my team when we’re ready to grow. Overall, it’s versatile across other apps, and in my experience it’s even more so than MS Office.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

So far, the main deterrent has been the cost. Licensing can also feel confusing, with unexpected add-ons and tier limits that end up pushing the total price higher than I anticipated. Offline access isn’t always seamless either, especially on mobile or after syncing large changes. And when I’m working with very large or complex files, performance can slow down or syncing can be delayed, which ultimately undermines reliability and isn’t what I expected. That said, there are ways to avoid some of these potential issues, and I’m working through them now.

From what I’m seeing, Google Workspace will help solve organization-wide collaboration for in-office, remote, and hybrid teams by enabling real-time work on documents and projects, along with seamless sharing and communication. I love this and can see my company benefiting greatly. My favorite thing is that it also provides single sign-on (SSO) integration, which I already use, and it’s an important solution for companies that need access to multiple daily-use apps. Overall, it streamlines workflows, reduces context switching, and strengthens security and governance—problems no one wants to deal with.

Google workspace makes HR work much  more organized and smooth, as an HR executive, I handle recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding documents, and internal communication. Gmail helps me manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow ups easily, Google calendar is very useful for scheduling interview onboarding session and HR meetings. Google drive is one of the best features for HR, I store employee documents, offer letters, policies and training material  in shared folders with proper access control. before using Google workspace, sales data was shared through emails and excel files leading to version issues, and delays, follow ups were manual and tracking regional performance was time consuming, with Google workspace all sales data , reports and communication are centralised , i can quickly review region wise performance , identify gaps, and take action faster, it has improved visibility , accountability and speed of decision making across regions. it has improved collaboration between sales teams, management and support functions, regional teams can update sales numbers daily. and leadership can view the same data instantly.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I am Senior financial analyst and i am using Google workspace from last 3 to 4 years in my workflow and company. The best part about it collaboration and accessibility. in my role i work closely with finance teams, leadership and external auditors, real time collaboration in Google sheets and docs makes it easy for multiple peoples to reviews financial models budgets and reports simultaneously. it is very useful for quick analysis, scenario planning, and financial tracking . features like version history , comments and access control help maintain data accuracy and audit trails. Gmail and calendar keep communication and meetings well organized while Google meet is helpful for quick financial review discussions.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

for very advance financial modeling Google sheets has some limitations compared to excel. handling extremely large datasets or complex macros is not ideal in sheets, also managing permissions for sensitive financial data needs careful attention, as shared drives can become confusing if not structured properly.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has improved coordination within the finance team and with other department, multiple analysts can work on the same financial model without conflicts monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting processes have become more efficient , it also support remote work, which is important for cross location teams. before using Google workspace, our financial data was spread across emails , local files and different systems, version controls, issues and delayed approvals were common. it centralised our financial documentation and analysis, i can quickly prepare forecast, share them with leadership, get real time feedback and finalize reports faster, it has reduced delays and improved transparency.

Sometimes confusing which features are and aren't included. Had to pay to add features I needed I thought were included, even if I dont use them enough. I do not like that AI training has to be enabled for me to use some features that existed before AI was a thing.

**What do you like best about Google Workspace?**

I am using Google workspace from last 3 4 years, and the best part about it is its collaboration and automation capabilities, I work with large datasets in Google sheets almost daily, real time collaboration allows my colleagues and I to work together on financial reports, forecast and dashboards without sending files back and forth. Google Docs is helpful for preparing reports, summaries, and internal presentations, Gmail with labels and filters help me manage multiple client accounts and internal requests efficiently .Google calendar keeps all meetings and deadlines organized and Google meet is handy for virtual discussions with teams and clients.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Google sheets can become slow when working with extremely large datasets or complex formulas, advance reporting features like pivot tables are not as fast or feature rich as excel. support is decent.

**What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Google workspace our team used multiple tool excel for analysis, email for sharing files and separate software for document storage, this created version control issues and delays in reporting. now with Google workspace, everything is in one ecosystem, i can import data, analyze it and share reports instantly. collaboration with other financial analyst, managers, and clients has become seamless. the AI assisted features also help reduce manual work and avoid small mistakes in calculations or reports. sharing reports with managers or clients is instant via Drive or Gmail. Google Meet helps in conducting quick review meetings without needing to travel ,saving both time and effort.
