It serves as a portal not only for grades but also for transcripts, student email, etc. I like that everything is contained in one program. **What do you dislike about Blackboard Edutech?** The design is a bit plain, but that is a secondary issue. It is much more important to have good functionality than to have an aesthetically pleasing layout. **What problems is Blackboard Edutech solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made access to correspondence from my school easier than ever. We currently use Canvas but I do prefer Blackboard's features better.
