**What do you like best about Softr?**

Easy to use, quick to build, and highly flexible thanks to its customizable blocks. The native API integration with HubSpot is a game-changer, saving us a lot of time. The customer service is outstanding—I almost always get a response immediately, even on weekends—so whenever I get stuck, I can resolve it and move forward quickly.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

Not that much. It’s just that it takes a second or two to load information from HubSpot when I update a property, but overall, it’s manageable.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softr is helping us streamline client reporting and database management by creating a centralized, user-friendly client portal. Softr, just simply works and works simply. It does what it says it will do and much more. AND, they are really nice people. The support has been amazing. And so far, I have not found anything Softr couldn't do.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

So far, there is nothing I DISlike about Softr. I might like to see a mid price point between the $139 and $269/month plan, but so far we haven't experienced it.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app/portal/dashboard experience with Softr is much better than what I can achieve using my go to product, SmartSuite. The look and feel of what we can do with Softr is a real win for us.

The platform is very intuitive and doesn't require coding knowledge. It is stable and constant and one of the best features is that their technicians are always just a click away and ready to help within minutes. I have built many employee portals using SoftR that include internal store, policies and procedures, operational processes, training sign-ups and follow-ups, schedules, pay reports, work orders.....

**What do you like best about Softr?**

So far, creating a database and an interface has been very easy and straightforward. I particularly like the amount of customizing you can achieve through various blocks and custom codes. Customer service has been particularly fast and helpful every time I required their help too.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I used to think that they could have a database function to avoid have to connect to a third party database provider but they have addressed this recently and it is looking very promising!

Softr allows to an easy interface and now database ensures my product data is centralized and secure and allows my sales colleague to easily access product data, imagery and documents.

Managed to turn my idea into reality with a step by step guide from ChatGPT. No IT background but UI/UX was easy to navigate. With the guide, integration with various data sources was a breeze too.<br><br>Great customer support when necessary too.

When looking to upgrade my plan within, no clear comparison against the current free plan, only the different upgrade options.<br><br>Had to navigate back to their website to find the comparison.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Softr offers an intuitive, beginner-friendly way to build web apps using Airtable as a backend. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, which helped me get started quickly, even with zero coding knowledge. I appreciated the wide range of prebuilt blocks and the drag-and-drop interface that made layout and data display quite accessible. Their support team is responsive, which was especially valuable during troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

As soon as I tried to build something more dynamic — like a dashboard using anonymous codewords and user-specific filtering without authentication — the limitations became obvious. The inability to redirect users based on form inputs, limited flexibility with conditional visibility, and restrictions around filtering dynamic content without a user login made it very difficult to build my envisioned workflow. Even workarounds felt clunky and hard to maintain. For anyone with more complex logic or privacy-sensitive requirements, the platform quickly shows its limits within the free version.

I wanted to quickly prototype a personalized dashboard experience for users based on anonymous questionnaire submissions. Softr helped me set up the basic structure and connect it to Airtable without needing to write code. It allowed me to test and visualize ideas quickly, which is incredibly helpful for early-stage validation and concept testing. The ability to build with Airtable as a backend made data management simple and familiar.

The price could be an inhibitor it is a big leap from professional to business for example. I have to subscribe to business to get integration to HubSpot.

This product does exactly what I need it to do. I am a heavy Coda user, and I love the integration between Softr and Coda. It works perfectly and simply. My expectations have been cleanly exceeded.

The only thing I have come across so far is the lack of conditional formatting of fields. But I have a solid workaround for that.

I like the community, ease of use, and the option of using custom code to really make things my own, if needed to.<br><br>I like how they are really supporting this product and I can't wait for their automation workflows to come in-house.

The simplicity of setting up digital apps is mind-blowing. Softr really makes it easy to set up a nice-looking and interactive front-end for your data. They are constantly introducing new features and involving the community, so even if they don't have some feature, it's probably already on their pipeline. Their customer support is very quick to reply and they really want to help, so even if something does not work they fix it almost immediately. I really enjoy the look of Softr, it does have it's own quite recognizable look, but it actually looks very sleek and modern, so it's totally fine. They also handle user authentication for you, which is very time-saving, and they just make everything seem so easy, which really helps to jump directly into development. You can build an amazing looking simple app in a matter of several hours and it just works.

There are some limitations that might be frustrating, but this is self-explanatory as the tool is fairly new and is designed to be simple. The pricing could be more friendly, especially as the difference between Basic and Professional is huge, and if you want a Calendar building block, you have to go with Professional, although it should be a very standard building block.

The framework has the right level of balance between restrictions and free movement. The guidelines are clear. The build of the interface is very easy. The pairing with external services is great. The biggest part is to work your data bases, so out of Softr's control. User management, customization, code features, tools, restrictions... Everything works great. If you need to build a first website+platform with your project consider Softr. If you need to start a portal to connect with colleagues, sport team, small community. All is made for you to start it fast and good with no surprises. Kudos to the support team that is the most efficient I've seen of all my experiences. Clear feedback, fast and friendly. Also the community is strong and you can rely on youtube tutorials and well structured community platform. Implementation and integration is a breeze. I use the platform info on a daily basis even though I need to modify content barely.

It has been easy to use and very intuitive. I was able to get my initial setup done in a very short amount of time. I reached out to support a few times with questions on functionality and they responded very quickly and were extremely helpful. I connected to Google Sheets for my data source.

-easy to implement (when you connect Softr to your Airtable base, you can have your app in minutes or few hours)
-fantastic Customer Support (they are really trying to help you with your issues)
-design - there are lots of different types of blocks (list, form, table...)

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Easy to use. Functional. I love that adding HTML tags made it easy to create live links in the text fields within blocks. Connecting it to Airtable was a breeze. Editing the site is super easy and I love the preview function. I ran into a snag while publishing because of outdated DNS records in my Godaddy account. A live chat had the issue solved quickly and my site is live!

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The only downsides I ran into were related to customization and user numbers because of my pay level, but that was to be expected. This is a great platform and I hope to be able to afford to use it to its fullest with my next project.

The interface is very intuitive. Customer service is prompt and super helpful. They're constantly improving their offerings. Softr works well with our Airtable database and has been dream to implement. I use it daily.

There are a few things that I wish Softr could do, similar to the Airtable interfaces. Filtering by dates to see different overall stats, but I trust that will be implemented soon.

1) Support: There is always someone to resolve your doubts.
2) Versatility: Nowadays, if you don't integrate with other applications, you're lost. Softr allows integration with many applications and sites that manage databases.

It can at times be a bit hard to make your pages look good one mobile devices but they keep adding features that make this easier. Page speed can also sometimes be an issue.
