**What do you like best about Comscore?**

What I like the best about comcore is ease of its use - dashboards are straight, making it easy to analyze the data of the audience. The ease of implementation is very good, as installing measurements for different platforms is quite smooth. Whenever I need assistance, customer aid is responsible, and I often use it to track performance and trends. From cross-platform measurements to the insight of the wide audience, it is impressive the number of characteristics, and makes it very easy to manage the ease of integration with other analytics and reporting tools.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

What I do not like about comcore is that it can feel a little heavy at first due to a large number of calculations and reports. Navigating between the dashboard is not always comfortable, and may take time to understand some more advanced features. In addition, it sometimes requires additional effort or support to achieve very specific or customized insights.

**What problems is Comscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ComScore helps to solve the problem of understanding audience behavior and content performance on several platforms. It gives me reliable insight across platforms, so I can see what content resonates, tracks trends and makes data -driven decisions. The user interface is complex and not very intuitive, which makes navigation challenging. Additionally, the measurement methodology may be outdated and does not seem to capture data from newer digital platforms effectively. I also have concerns about the accuracy of the panel-based data and the resulting rankings.

In my previous role as an advertising agency strategist, I routinely extracted data from comScore for a single client across several regions. When I used comScore, I had a one-stop shop for all the information I needed.

The filters can be complicated and lead to inaccurate results, which defeats the purpose of the user's search. To improve the software's usability, this could be addressed. To achieve the results I wanted, I had to spend some time learning how to input the right keywords and pick the right filter.

The product has so many good features that can be used easily and that can provide the needs in such short time. Used the online assessments tool in HR projects with the analytical tool which was implemented on our referral scheme. 

The product can also be used every day to track the behaviour of recruitment process in terms of both internal and external candidates.

The integration with SAP products worked fine, was easy to implement, delivered the correct data, data transfer were done smooth.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

It was not really needed, but the customer service/support can be more easily approachable, raising a ticket for just a small question shouldn't be so hard. Other than that, the product is good to have.

There are certain sub-categories of smaller websites, which are not available. But that should be okay because you can't have access to all the data in the world.

My team finds ComScore to be an incredible tool because it's a 3P solution that helps us understand consumer behavior.  Outside of standard audience pulls, custom audiences and reports like Cross-Visitation/Audience Duplication are included as key data points in our decision making process.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

Publisher classifications can be confusing and sometimes it's hard to find certain publishers (they're in ComScore but are listed as a slightly different name than we expected).  It requires the extra step of having to reach out to the pub to confirm we're looking at the right entity.

ComScore helps us understand online consumer behavior and the major benefit is that it's a 3P non-bias source of information.  We also use it to identify any major consumer overlap between multiple publishers that we plan on working with.

As a product marketier I don't want to place my product on OTT or site which has no viewership. Comscore is the best to provide the generalized data for all the available platforms. I can definitely rely on them for where to put my advertisement so it can reach to the targeted audiences. We have also tried using its competitor Nielson but it's not that perfect as the Comscore.

There is nothing to dislike as of now. But for online platforms if it's possible to add Age group of the viewers it would be really nice to target with age based products

As we are running small business. Our funds for marketing are really low. So we can't waste our money on every platform we see. So we took help of Comscore to see where the most crowd is and we advertised there.

Comscore produces reach and frequency deliveies, enabling us to make informed media recommendations with accurate goals.

Comscore often implements new data releases within the MyMetrix interface, such as qSearch Share Tracking reports (Key Measures and Media Trend reports) and Segment Metrix.

While most of our plans are national, Comscore has US capabilities but also can tailor to local plans with specific DMAs. There have been a number of times when I've run scenarios for local and the numbers proved our theories!

There are some limits to partner availability. Our team oftentimes needs to use proxy partners which may be less accurate than what is in our actual buy.

I like the ability to get internet views to websites quickly and easily.  Comscore provides quite a bit of flexibility in providing access to viewership, allowing me to see more than just age/sex etc.

I wish Comscore's panel and methodology were better.  The large panel is good, but I wish it were better representative of some demos and ethnicities.

Comscore is one of the only platforms that measures what it does. Digital media metrics are highly coveted among clients, this was one of the only providers that could offer those numbers.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

Complicated UX - it's quite frustrating to pull reports on the platform. Lots of questionable, erroneous, and missing data.

**What problems is Comscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comscore helped my team understand changing media behaviors. It was one of the only ways we could glimpse into where digital media usage was shifting. Forecasted user behavior was invaluable information for our clients as they determined where to shift their ad dollars.

**What do you like best about Comscore?**

The platform is easy to understand and figure out if its your first time using it. I was never taught how to use it but am now a pro and have done many pull.

Although I dont always think the data is accurate, I am pleased with how much data the platform actually has and have never not been able to find exactly what im looking for or at the very least, something that is very similar

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

I often find times where I'm looking at the data it provides and it doesn't always seem accurate.

The tool itself is very janky and although it is easy to use, its incredibly frustrating and I feel like I'm working on a platform from the 90's

this could be my computer too but i find that it often freezes and crashes and not just when I click to pull/ add or take away some break outs. Again, this could just be my computer/network but it happens a few people in my office

It would be nice to be able to see a weekly breakout of data instead of only monthly breakouts. this would help discover more  trends

It would be nice if you could look back on past pulls from people within your network without freezing. Although this is not always an issue, it would certainly be helpful

I also wish we could get more information on other countries such as Canada and an overall Europe pull. Unsure if this is already a feature I just dont have access to you but if not, it would be really helpful to add

Although I wrote a lot of feedback, I think it is a useful too and a great industry standard! In comparison too other vendors, I do believe ComScore is the most accurate

I have found that any time my team have reached out to Com Score about an issue, someone has always responded promptly and we have been able to find a solution or workaround withing 48 hours.

Comscore is helpful when we have to pull reach/frequency for a marketing campaign or information on specific publishers we are using such as reach and composition against our target audience

Not all publishers are available within Comscore and when you pull reach/frequency, not all publishers have enough avails for digital video or desktop and mobile display, which is frustrating

Comscore helps us quantify our marketing campaigns during planning

**What do you like best about Comscore?**

The data that ComScore is able to provide to local television stations is much more reliable than the other services that are out there. The data is available much quicker than it's competitor, and in a fast paced industry, this is super helpful. 

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

I haven't found a whole lot that I dislike at this point.  I'm just thankful to have a service like ComScore to be able to teach and educate clients on what we do. 

**What problems is Comscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems that we are solving using ComScore data are vast.  The most notable being that we have more up-to-date data to provide our clients.  When they are running TV ad campaigns, they want to see exactly how it performs.  Having to wait 2-3 months at a time for data isn't helpful, so with ComScore being able to show them within a couple of weeks is great.

comScore is a trusted brand and has an excellent user interface.  You can run concurrent reports and it's very easy to cherry pick what you need so that you can do your analysis quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

Product evolution - I wish comScore branched out into providing deeper measurement in mobile, social and SVOD/OTT.  Those are business areas where our clients crave more insight and what we currently provide is limited.

comScore has allowed for me to understand who is using my media properties and provides third-party verification that is objective, trusted and accepted by marketers and agencies (clients I do business with).

Data is only released monthly, and typicall 2-3 weeks after that months is over.

The best part is that comscore offers one of the largest analytics suites available on display, mobile, video and TV. Due to the scale of its data, it also provides a benchmark for analyzing the advertising industry.  Finally, I like the fact that I can track site performance of my company's digital properties.

**What do you dislike about Comscore?**

Due to the large array of products within the comscore platform, it is easy to get lost in the platform. The help section has not been fleshed out very well making it difficult to navigate through the platform and getting the right report. Moreover, it lacks the capability to track programmatic traffic which is unfortunate considering the impact it is having in the digital advertising industry.

**Recommendations to others considering Comscore:**

If you are using comscore for the first time, I would recommend in partaking the training sessions offered by the company. It is not very user friendly and learning by yourself where everything is can be a frustrating experience.

With comscore, I have a tool that I can use to benchmark my hypotheses to new phenomenons in the industry into quantifiable figures in digital, video and mobile. Moreover, I look at the performance of my company's digital properties.

I don't like how all my searches get saved in the tabs. The UI isn't completely user-friendly.

Make sure that you're only paying for offerings that your company will use. It's easy to get excited about video and mobile offerings.

- Reach/frequency tool only allows for input of demo uarantee targeting - we always see higher frequencies and reach when our campaign actually runs

Take a training class. There are so many features I still do not even know how to use after 5 years.
