What do you like best?

The platform is easy to understand and figure out if its your first time using it. I was never taught how to use it but am now a pro and have done many pull.

Although I dont always think the data is accurate, I am pleased with how much data the platform actually has and have never not been able to find exactly what im looking for or at the very least, something that is very similar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I often find times where I'm looking at the data it provides and it doesn't always seem accurate.

The tool itself is very janky and although it is easy to use, its incredibly frustrating and I feel like I'm working on a platform from the 90's

this could be my computer too but i find that it often freezes and crashes and not just when I click to pull/ add or take away some break outs. Again, this could just be my computer/network but it happens a few people in my office

It would be nice to be able to see a weekly breakout of data instead of only monthly breakouts. this would help discover more trends

It would be nice if you could look back on past pulls from people within your network without freezing. Although this is not always an issue, it would certainly be helpful

I also wish we could get more information on other countries such as Canada and an overall Europe pull. Unsure if this is already a feature I just dont have access to you but if not, it would be really helpful to add Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Although I wrote a lot of feedback, I think it is a useful too and a great industry standard! In comparison too other vendors, I do believe ComScore is the most accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found that any time my team have reached out to Com Score about an issue, someone has always responded promptly and we have been able to find a solution or workaround withing 48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Comscore is helpful when we have to pull reach/frequency for a marketing campaign or information on specific publishers we are using such as reach and composition against our target audience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all publishers are available within Comscore and when you pull reach/frequency, not all publishers have enough avails for digital video or desktop and mobile display, which is frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The data that ComScore is able to provide to local television stations is much more reliable than the other services that are out there. The data is available much quicker than it's competitor, and in a fast paced industry, this is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found a whole lot that I dislike at this point. I'm just thankful to have a service like ComScore to be able to teach and educate clients on what we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problems that we are solving using ComScore data are vast. The most notable being that we have more up-to-date data to provide our clients. When they are running TV ad campaigns, they want to see exactly how it performs. What do you like best?

comScore is a trusted brand and has an excellent user interface. You can run concurrent reports and it's very easy to cherry pick what you need so that you can do your analysis quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Product evolution - I wish comScore branched out into providing deeper measurement in mobile, social and SVOD/OTT. Those are business areas where our clients crave more insight and what we currently provide is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best part is that comscore offers one of the largest analytics suites available on display, mobile, video and TV. Due to the scale of its data, it also provides a benchmark for analyzing the advertising industry. Finally, I like the fact that I can track site performance of my company's digital properties. What do you dislike?

Due to the large array of products within the comscore platform, it is easy to get lost in the platform. The help section has not been fleshed out very well making it difficult to navigate through the platform and getting the right report. Moreover, it lacks the capability to track programmatic traffic which is unfortunate considering the impact it is having in the digital advertising industry. Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are using comscore for the first time, I would recommend in partaking the training sessions offered by the company. It is not very user friendly and learning by yourself where everything is can be a frustrating experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What is so great about Comscore is that is it 1) a leader in online consumer insights, so 2) it is widely recommended and therefore used by almost every advertising agency that I've ever known. The tool is absolutely great at giving you market data to build media plans or develop an overall marketing strategy based on areas you want to advertising in the online space. What do you dislike?

The mobile tracking tech is not quiet there yet. For some websites (such as Pandora) that has predominately mobile site traffic, their consumer metrics are not as accurately reflected as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Continue to invest in mobile web traffic tracking so when an agency pulled a "Media Metrix" report, mobile AND desktop are rolled up in those results. This is important especially since the majority of users are shifting to using their mobile devices more frequently than their desktop computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
