"Essential for Travel: Conversation Mode and Live Text Translation That Just Works"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

For my travel business, mainly based in Ajmer and Pushkar, the role of Google Translator is very important because many foreign tourists visit and they all speak different languages like French and German. It is very difficult to manage without a translator, and the conversation mode is the best.

We don’t use the Lens and camera features frequently because we don’t really need them, but they are also good. The document translation feature, where we can upload a complete document, is also very helpful.

For us, the main feature is live text translation. It helps us understand and reply to messages from foreign customers. The history and saved features are also very useful because most customers book in advance, so we can easily find the conversation and we don’t need to translate the messages again. What do you dislike about Google Translate?

Sometimes it doesn’t manage a professional tone or use user-friendly words, because every language is different and there can be many words for one meaning. It often uses very literal wording. I think Google should add a tone adjuster, or build an automatic system that detects the tone of the conversation and maintains it.

Also, the offline mode is very useful when the internet connection is not good, so we can still use most features for receiving messages and requests. However, the quality of the wording in offline mode is slightly lower. For me, most of the time the internet is available, so it’s not a big problem, but it should be fixed. "Fast, Versatile Translations with a Standout Conversation Mode"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

Google Translate is my go-to tool for quick and accurate translations. The 'Conversation Mode' is a lifesaver during real-time meetings with clients who speak different languages. I also love the tap-to-translate feature because it allows me to translate messages within my work apps without constantly switching tabs, which really helps my daily workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

While it is excellent for general use, the grammatical nuances in technical or legal documents can sometimes be slightly off. Improving the accuracy of context-heavy sentences would make it perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and Accessible, But Inaccuracy Issues"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

I like Google Translate because it is easy to use and easy to access. It's convenient that you can just type in a word or a sentence and it will translate it into a language of your choice. I could easily set it up and access Google Translate from regular Google searches for a word in another language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

I don't like that Google Translate can be inaccurate at times, which is why a lot of my Spanish teachers and professors at the schools and college I’ve been in don’t like it when we use it for in class assessments or homework assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Document Translation with Google Translate"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

Especially the doc translate is amazing with Google Translate. I live in Germany with very limited German and I upload all my documents to Google Translate and check them via it. Otherwise AI is just adding comments or making it shorter but I know that it is very safe to use with Google Translate to show the same version in any case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

I don't like it on the app version when I took a screenshot and try to upload it. On iphone everytime the ss preview and the upload button are on the same side and I need to wait like 15-20 seconds. I really don't like that I think UI team should test it and change the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, Fast, and Effortless Translations Across Languages—Google Translate Delivers"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

As a social media manager, I was working in four regions of the UAE, Indonesia, the US, and India. I had to translate my content into three languages without changing the original message of the content. Google Translate was a huge help in my work. The translation was up to the mark in local languages. I had tried the translation in Bahasa, Arabic, English, and Hindi; all were accurate. I could blindly depend on the features of the tool.

Easy steps- Select the target language from the list, check the translation, if the meaning differs, adjust words, and get accurate results.

Just paste in one box, and the translation is ready in another box in a few seconds. So simple and easy to use.

I use it for understanding messages with camera scanning and real-time translation.

My scope of work increased with Google Translate. Working on the same content for different regional markets is at my fingertips. I had cross-checked the translated versions with local language experts, and they said there were no errors, which is commendable.

I can translate in over 200 languages (from & to) for free. There are many languages included that we do not find in other translators.

It can even detect the language we insert.

We can speak and get the audio translated. It understands handwriting also.

It saves the history. We can edit the translated text.

It can work without internet for downloaded content. It can also work on images.

The tool is easy to implement, just log in, insert input, and get going.

Even the punctuations are correct.

Upload large pdf or docs, and they are also translated in bulk.

Integrates well with all the tools you are working with.

It is available on Android, iOS, web, and offline.

It is good for general content, emails, social media copies, memes, blogs, message responses, articles, and newsletters.

I have published the content translated from this tool on X(Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and received good engagement.

It has made my written communication easy, helped me to connect with people across the globe, and empowered me to understand markets without a language barrier.

Good customer support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

No dislikes. There can be obvious mistakes where the meaning of slang, idioms, punches might vary in different languages. This tool might not be completely reliable for sensitive documents like legal, privacy policy, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Fast, and Incredibly Handy for Instant Translations"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

Google Translate’s best quality is how quickly and effortlessly it helps you understand another language.

What stands out

- Instant translations that are usually accurate enough to get the meaning right.

- Support for a huge number of languages, even less‑common ones.

- Voice, camera, and handwriting input, which makes it useful in real‑world situations.

- Offline mode, so you can translate even without internet access.

It’s simple, fast, and incredibly handy whenever you need quick language help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

Google Translate’s main downside is that its accuracy can drop with complex sentences, slang, or context‑heavy phrases. It often gives very literal translations, so the meaning can come out awkward or slightly off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, easy, and very practical: translations in seconds with voice and images"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

What I like most about Google Translate is its speed and ease of use: it allows you to translate texts and phrases in seconds, even with voice or images, which makes it very practical for everyday use and for communicating in other languages without complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

What I didn't like at all is the clicking to translate, I spend my time talking to people in English on Discord and other apps. Before, when I clicked to copy text and then just touched the option, the process was practically automatic, now it's not, now you have to delete and then paste, it's awkward and slow. "Essential for Streamlined Global Communication"
What do you like best about Google Translate?

I use Google Translate in my IT services and consultancy work, especially when communicating with international clients. I love how it helps me quickly understand and respond to project inquiries, feedback, or business discussions in different languages. It supports smooth communications and helps avoid misunderstandings during project execution. I like that it's fast and simple to use, allowing me to paste a message and instantly understand the meaning, which is especially useful for short business communication. I appreciate how easily it integrates into my daily workflow as it's web-based and accessible from any device, so I can use it quickly while working on emails, client chats, and website content. The clean interface and instant results make it very convenient during busy work hours. There was no real setup required, and I could start using it immediately without any installation or configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Translate?

For longer or more technical content, the translations are not always perfectly accurate. In those cases, I need to manually review and adjust the wording to ensure the message sounds natural and professional. Complex industry-specific terminology can sometimes require extra checking. The translation can sometimes be too literal and may not fully capture the professional context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
