**What do you like best about Jibble?**

Being able to assign different jobs/projects to the different staff members

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

It isnt intuitive, I have to go back and forth with trying to get the right set up for each person when something changes. It makes it difficult for afternoon/night shift work and I have to keep setting up new rules for people so they can put in the right information. Also it doesnt make it a must to select project, they can clock in and out without having to select something which is annoying when I have to call and find out where they actually were. Also would be better if it talked better with other softwares

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was a problem where I was not able to pay as an admin but your site said to consult admin. I had to get the owner to transfer the ownership to me as the admin and then I made her the admin. For payment you should be more specific and say the "owner" of the account has to pay not the admin and that way we would have made me the owner prior to the bill being due so we werent down for a few days meaning I had to manually add everyone in.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

The best thing is the time saved crunching hours for employees. Our old paper punch cards had to be hand entered and it took way too much time from one of our senior employees. It was fairly easy to implement, too. Everyone adapted pretty quickly to logging in with a shared iPad. We have one group of employees on a 2 week pay cycle and another on a 1 week cycle, so we can keep them in their own groups very easily.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

We had issues with the facial recognition. It worked most of the time, but ultimately we stopped using it because it kept mistaking people for one particular employee. He was asked to redo his face scan to see if that fixed it, and I don't know if he ever did. So, that may have cleared it up. However, it works fine in the manual mode that takes a picture. The Android app gave us some trouble to set up, but it eventually worked. The iOS app seemed to work better. I wish you could save custom pay ranges, and have unpaid lunch breaks with paid breaks that turn into unpaid breaks after a set time. ie If someone goes over 15 minutes on a paid break, have it effectively clock them out. Maybe they'll change it in an update.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing PTO hours, calculating worked hours, keeping track of breaks, telling us who is working and who is on break. This saves us the most time in calculating hours. But scheduling and keeping track of PTO is also very helpful. My boss is most interested in making sure employees don't take too long on breaks.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I use Jibble for tracking the time of my employees, and I really like how I don't have to bother tracking time in an Excel or a register. My employees can just come in and scan their face to clock in. The geo-fencing feature in the free mode is amazing and makes it foolproof, as it ensures my employees cannot clock in when they are outside the location. The initial setup was super easy, and the fact that Jibble provides all these free features is amazing. I would recommend it highly.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

They could maybe add more currency options, right now I believe there is only dollars in the employee billable amount section, but 0 complaints honestly it does the job for free very well.

Jibble saves me from tracking time manually with Excel or a register, using facial recognition for employee clock-ins. The geo-fencing feature prevents clock-ins from outside locations, making it foolproof.

It’s very convenient to use, and the free version covers the basic necessities for tracking work hours and exporting reports, whether monthly, weekly, daily, or even for custom date ranges. It’s also straightforward overall. The easy start button in the top left of the web browser makes starting quickly simple and reliable. Performance wise, I also never experienced a lag or crash in the website unlike other time tracking apps. I'm aware it has integrations for desktop app, and connecting other apps but the web browser is perfect for my set-up.

I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about Jiblle. I’m completely happy with what I have now, and I just hope there won’t be any drastic changes in the upcoming updates.

I love Jibble's extremely simple interface for regular employees. It's great for those not used to technology and doesn't require much training. It has all the features you’d expect from monitoring software, such as location tracking, mobile and web login, and Teams integration, etc.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

Sometimes there’s an issue when setting a shift break to 1 hour. It would be much better if we could split that break into smaller parts, like 30 minutes. Also, when a subscription is canceled, it doesn’t allow us to log in at all. Instead, it should simply inform us that we’re not subscribed, or at least send an email notification about it. As it is now, this can reduce our productivity, especially since we already paid the amount before and after.

Attendance is tracked daily without manual human intervention, but it still needs a person to be informed to log in to Jibble via email or WhatsApp so it will be more helpful for the person.

I like that it makes it easy to clock in and out. I also like that you can assign different tasks. It makes it like our current paper system, where we break everything down to make it easier, so it makes it possible for employees to still do that and it's easier on our end for inputting and paying. I've been trying it out to eliminate paper timecards, and it would be great to help save time and extra work inputting them for payroll. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

We’ve been using Jibble to manage attendance and track working hours, and overall, it has made things much easier for our team. Earlier, keeping track of check-ins, working hours, and attendance could get a little messy, but Jibble has made the process more organized.

From an organization’s perspective, it’s helpful because we can easily monitor attendance and working hours without having to maintain everything manually. The interface is simple, and employees can also see their own attendance details.

There’s still room for improvement in areas like reports and productivity tracking, but overall, Jibble has been a useful tool for managing day-to-day workforce operations.

Easy to learn and get up to speed quickly. A integration to QBO (still needs a bit of work, but it's helpful). We mainly use activities, Time Off and reporting. The reporting is great, but I'm sad they changed the interface, it makes it a little slower to do the filters for reports. All in all a great value. I really can't remember the app being down, great uptime. Support is mainly chat, but I usually figure out anything with a web search. The team loves the mobile app and we use the geofencing feature. I'm not a fan of AI, so I don't use that feature. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

Jibble has genuinely saved me time and cut down a lot of manual work. The process is simple: talents fill in their own work schedules, and I only need to review and approve them. That’s a big win for me, because I don’t have to chase down each and every team member or handle it individually.

There are a couple of areas where Jibble could improve. A specific pain point is the limited number of seats available to unarchive members, which has created issues for us more than once.

While we can instruct our staff to ensure they do not allow screen captures, the possibility that an employee would accidentally allow screen captures creates an enormous risk.

It seems to have all the features I need in the free version of the software. I like that I can use a tablet as a clock in kiosk for our team. So far we are still in the testing phases but it looks like it's going to perform very well for us. It was easy to get set up and the support articles are very helpful. The only downside is that my team members can't adjust their time in the clock in kiosk, they have to make an account in order to be able to make their own time adjustments, which for some of the older folks on my team - another account login is annoying. **What do you like best about Jibble?**

What I like most about Jibble is its generous free plan that doesn't compromise the core features. It's straightforward to set up, the interface is simple to use, and attendance and time-tracking work reliably for our small team. It's a solid, cost-effective option for startups or businesses looking for an easy attendance solution.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

The free plan has some limitations, particularly around advanced reporting and customization. Several features are reserved for paid plans, and the mobile app can occasionally feel sluggish. That said, as a free solution it still offers excellent value.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jibble helps us track employee attendance and working hours without relying on manual spreadsheets. It has made attendance management more organized, reduced manual effort, and given us clearer visibility into work hours, all while keeping costs low through the free plan.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

What I like best about Jibble is that it is simple and easy to use for tracking work hours. The clock-in and clock-out process is quick, and it helps maintain transparency in time tracking. I also like that it gives a clear view of attendance, working hours, and productivity, which is useful while working remotely with Turing.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

I do not have any major dislikes about Jibble. It works well for time tracking, but the user experience could be made even smoother with clearer notifications and simpler navigation in some sections.

Jibble is helping me track my work hours in a simple and organized way. Since I work remotely with Turing, it ensures transparency, reduces the need for manual updates, and helps me keep a clear record of my working time.

**What do you like best about Jibble?**

I like the automatic screenshot capture, time tracking, and GPS features, as they make it easier to monitor attendance and productivity while keeping records organized.

**What do you dislike about Jibble?**

While Jibble is generally easy to use, we recently encountered an issue where screenshots were not following the configured 2-minute interval despite the settings being properly set. We also had to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app to sync the latest settings. Improving screenshot consistency and automatic synchronization would make the experience more seamless for administrators and users.

**What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jibble helps us effectively monitor attendance and work hours for our work-from-home employees. It provides visibility into their logged hours, screenshots, and activity records, which promotes accountability and reduces the need for manual monitoring. This has made it easier for us to verify attendance, address concerns promptly, and streamline payroll processing
