And while downloading, we have to segregate by filters, which can be cumbersome. Also, there's no option to directly share the timesheet with a third party. I have to manually download the sheet and share it with the client, as there's no direct way to give third parties access to look at the timesheet on Jibble. While Jibble is generally easy to use, we recently encountered an issue where screenshots were not following the configured 2-minute interval despite the settings being properly set. We also had to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app to sync the latest settings. We previously relied on a fixed biometric attendance system at our head office, but we replaced it with the Jibble app because the fixed setup wasn’t practical for our project field staff.
