Does the job, but not my favorite platform **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Julianna O. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023 **What do you like best about Paycove?** The ability to customize the clients view of a Paycove contract is great and something that was important to us when deciding on a new contact system. We wanted to make sure the client's user experience was good and visually that our contracts looked great. **What do you dislike about Paycove?** For us using Paycove with Hubspot, we've found a few issues with the integration that have caused some frustration for my team, but it's manageable. We've had issues with the correct name (the client) show up on the paycove contracts, issues with data not moving over from our CRM, and sometimes there are issues with payments not adding up but that's rate. **What problems is Paycove solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Paycove as our primary and only billing/invoice system for our clients. All our client contracts live in Paycove and it's also how we collect all payments from clients. ### 2. Fast and simple configuration. Also, if you are a service provider and have a suscription or monthly basis service, is very good and easy to show up with the final document printed from Paycove. **What do you dislike about Paycove?** bugs with Pipedrive CRM integration, improvements for saving templates and configuration (many times when you want to save your update or template, appears an error or not save at all, so you need to reconfigure it loosing time). About bug in Pipedrive CRM integration: falls on a loop when you update a quote linked to a deal it generates infinite deal notes as "quoted updated", loosing information from the early notes for the deal if you have some. **What problems is Paycove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quote management and CRM Pipedrive integration, works with automation workflow and deliver faster quotation associate with deals. ### 3.
