Paycove is payment plan software for businesses with more than one location that sell from a CRM, such as trade and career schools and training groups collecting $100,000 a month or more. How does it work? A payment plan is created from the won deal in HubSpot or Pipedrive. The customer signs and pays a deposit on one hosted page, by card or bank transfer. The remaining payments are charged automatically on the schedule set (weekly, every two weeks, monthly or another schedule) with no interest, and each payment's status is written back to the deal. What makes it different? - Each location has its own branding, Stripe account and QuickBooks Online or Xero file, chosen automatically by CRM pipeline, location or product. - Card fees can be recovered as a disclosed surcharge where state rules allow it, with bank transfer offered beside the card. - Plans can be stopped, refunded, split or recalculated from the deal when a customer's situation changes. - Groups can run every location from one account, or give each entity its own account under a parent. - Quotes, e-signature, invoices, deposits and subscriptions with end dates run from the same deal. Who uses it? Paycove has run payment plans since 2017 and has collected more than $400 million on them. Its customers are mostly multi-campus schools and training operators whose students pay tuition over time. Pricing: $500 a month plus 1% of what Paycove collects, with unlimited seats and locations.
