What I wouldn't say I like the least about JazzHR is that there are a lot of repeat candidates.

One of the least helpful aspects of JazzHR is the window is small when viewing a resume.

I don't like the download feature for cover letters.

We used to receive resumes via email and I had to track applicants manually.  This solution alleviated that problem.

Jazz's top features would be the ease of usability, the number of platforms it reaches, the analytics, and the features it allows for each profile

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I think they could improve their rating abilities. It's not bad as it stands right now, but I think various ways to rate candidates would be beneficial as we tend to categorize candidates into several categories. Maybe the ability to turn certain features off would be nice as well for certain job postings, so it doesn't clog the space. I would also like to be able to filter candidates by specific category (ex: location, salary, cover letter, etc).

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jazz is constantly upgrading and updating. Their reach to plug-ins is excellent, their scheduling capabilities have improved, and their analytics section is constantly improving. I also enjoy their job description pool.

Having the ability to create processes that make my job easier. Automated tasks with the assistance of email templates keep me from having to write the same emails over and over.

I did notice a bug where I am not receiving email notifications for completed questionnaires; however, this is just a slight annoyance as the notifications always show on the dashboard.

Understanding where multiple candidates are in the hiring process. This style of organizing ensures that no one falls through the cracks, and we can stay on leads while they are hot.

The search is not that user friendly for example to search by candidate name. I would prefer a single search field where we could type anything

Possibility for hiring managers to review their own candidates and put them into appropriate stages.

Few things are missing on syndication level:
1. Republishing as new job. A syndicated job ad dies in 6-7 days. Republishing ad as new would help boost the application level. Currently we have to create copies of job which splits the candidates.
2. European syndication channels are close to non existent. Most of partner sites are from NA which doesnt help us much being from EU.

I’ve met an applicant tracking system or two over the years, and JazzHR has been the most intuitive and user-friendly software out of all of them. It integrates well with my other programs and the support for the platform has always been immediately helpful and responsive to feedback. I love how our whole team can see where candidates are in the interview process. I love how I can click the quick screen and easily browse through applicant resumes.

Hiring managers love it. They find it easy to use, view their jobs and candidates, and they always know what stage any recruitment process is at. Integrations with assessment and background check vendors are seamless. All the information you need is super easy to find. Great searchable knowledge database with answers to most questions and video tutorials, great support.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

No "Country" option for the candidate to fill in, ADP onboarding integration is very limited.

Jazz has sped up our recruitment process and our hiring managers are much more involved.

In my opinion the most helpful tool is being able to send all the required documents to the candidates by creating a workflow for each job post.

Not being able to send mass text messages to candidates (text blast).  We are a staffing agency so we utilize text blasts a lot.

Jazz HR is helping us tremendously by allowing us to create a workflow and send document automatically, as well as allowing our staff to comunicate in the discussion.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

One-stop shop for recruitment platforms, allowing me to publish to multiple networks all at once. The means of organization for new applications and the more quickly signify qualifications. I feel like suggestions to features are genuinely heard by the JazzHR team and assistance has always been addressed quickly. I like that JazzHR is now offering monthly courses to attend and learn more about how to better our platform.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Some organization features are a little too manual and mundane, but I am overall pleased with the system. The overall price is the hardest aspect. It is fairly pricey with add-on features to consider separately.

**Recommendations to others considering JazzHR:**

JazzHR has by far surpassed my needs and expectations compared to competitors.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR serves as a one-stop shop for our advertising needs. Our job is posted to many platforms all at once and all the candidates will apply the same way and be displayed in one given space. I don't have to worry about going out of my way to adjust or post to separate sites. I like being able to quickly view and address our applicants in one, clean setting.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

I am impressed with how easy JazzHR is to use. We have trained all of our hiring teams across 25 locations and have had limited issues. I like how customizable the system is and how immediate changes are made. The price point is also extremely appealing.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Honestly, a mobile app would be a huge step forward. Using JazzHR on a phone or tablet can be challenging. Another area for improvement would be keeping "On Hold" jobs more easily visible to hiring teams. Continue building JazzHR out as a full onboarding solution (tax documents, I-9, handbooks, policy/procedure docs). I would like to see more reporting on data from potential applicants across the job boards (how many people viewed a posting, how many clicked on it, and how many actually applied). This would give us a lot more information on traffic and conversion rates.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR is adding more API integrations to assist with different background check vendors. This will allow our hiring process to be smoother and allow Recruiters to stay in JazzHR instead of moving to another system.

JazzHR is an excellent choice for global companies, as in addition to being an English language platform, it is suitable for any country of a multinational company.
It has a clear and objective interface and it is possible to customize many things.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I miss reports that are complete, so that I can use them in decision making and analyses, making the talent acquisition area increasingly strategic. I miss more complete dashboards.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JazzHR helps my organization to centralize all candidates for all available positions in a single ATS, integrating pipelines and hiring managers, in addition to having a good integration with other platforms and websites, which speeds up and facilitates the selection work.

Intuitive, no frills, easy to follow logic, great job aids and video vignettes, exceptional customer service and engagement! Price point is optimal for a smaller, growing company.  Easy adoption from managers and high engagement with the product!

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

Some of the features are not as robust, but I understand they have a good product roadmap and will add feature enhancement requests on behalf of their customers.  The price is low, and so I don't expect this to have every single feature.

We needed more organization, alignment and coordination on recruiting.  JazzHR is terrific at helping us optimize with multiple sourcing channels and keeping everyone on the same page.

JazzHR has been great for our organization. Being a non-profit, we don't have a considerable budget, and Jazz is affordable. Compatible with our HRIS.

Not being able to adjust a workflow if you change a process. You have to create a new flow. System should allow for this change in workflows.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

JazzHR has totally customizable workflows that you can adjust in real-time. The platform is intuitive to use. There are 2 - 3 ways to do something, so our team has found their unique ways of working within the platform. The tagging feature is one that we use often to share updates and feedback. It's easy to upload and move candidates to different roles within the platform.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The analytics isn't as robust as we'd like. I find that I still manually calculate basic recruiting KPIs to ensure we have the correct data. JazzHR is not mobile-friendly on the company side, so there isn't an app to use. The site isn't easy to use on the go given the profiles are so extensive with multiple tabs, attachments, etc. As with all applicant tracking systems, the posting to free job boards isn't always as valuable as it seems... we do get throttled on sites like Indeed quite a bit, so I have posted each of our roles directly to Indeed to ensure we have maximum visibility.

Hiring for an SMB, plus all the normal value-adds of an enterprise ATS.

How easy it is to set up and use. We were able to get it up and running on day one. Linking to our web site was simple and we had candidates apply on the first day.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

When you move candidates to a job it creates duplicates. Also, once you decide not to move forward with a candidate they stay on that job posting unless you delete but then you lose all of their information.

Keeping all records/notes in one place. It will post to multiple job boards all with one click. The links are easy to share and we have use this for college recruiting as well.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Jazz has been easy to use, easy to teach, and easy to get help with--the support team has been very attentive. When we decided to get started using an ATS, we reviewed about 10 options. I am so grateful Jazz was in that list because Jazz ended up being an easy choice! We especially love that our hiring managers have full access to this easy-to-use software and can be involved in the hiring process as much as they want.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I would say that it would be great if it was more integrated with ADP, that is to make it easier to onboard new hires to ADP, like the information required to create their account in ADP. 
Easier offer letter process. We do not use this since we have to change so many details in the  offer letters.

Organizing and contacting candidates, getting hiring managers access to the hiring process and candidates easily.

The best part about Jazz HR is that it is able to be customized so that applicants can spend just a few minutes (or seconds!) applying for positions.  This has given us an advantage over our competitiors.

I'm not sure this is that much of a downside, but there are some features that you have to pay more for.

We are receiving more applicants now than we ever have before.  I wish that we would have made this move sooner.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

With JazzHR, I enjoy being able to customize the workflow and what the manager has access to certain open positions. I also like that you have the option to automatically sync your jobs to the free job boards.

The only thing that is hard to manage is bouncing between applications. Occasionally, we have people that have applied previously or applied for multiple positions. To view these, it opens up a completely separate page then it opens a new tab. It would be a bit easier if all of that was accessed in one area or being able to toggle on the same tab between applications without having to open multiple tabs.

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

I have a couple of positions that we are always hiring for, with that being said, if there are quite a few applications submitted, JazzHR starts to slow down when navigating within that specific job. Another thing I dislike is that you can only refresh your job after 90 days. I wish I could refresh it monthly.

I also wish that I was able to toggle through multiple applications for one candidate on one tab rather than having to open several and find notes within that profile.

**What problems is JazzHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the jobs on the free job boards. There is a wide variety of job boards that job seekers use and it is very time-consuming to go to each board and post. Another benefit of JazzHR is it allows our onboarding process to go much more efficiently.

Jazz is incredibly intuitive. I love it's advanced reporting features and easy candidate search. This makes candidate tracking incredibly easy and efficient. Better than the rest!

Jazz is incredible and there isn't anything I could say I "dislike". Perhaps the better the search engine gets, the most useful it will be.

Overall it is an awesome product. The UI is very user-friendly, the platform is very easy to navigate and communicate with. Also, their support team is very responsive, and queries are solved as soon as they can be. Recruitment and HR processes with this are seamless.

JazzHR is all great and good but sometimes reporting problems can be a bit tricky. Also sometimes it is hard to find a report format that suits your business. Also it would be great if this had onboarding features and necessities such as videos and templates.

The overall user interface is very fluid and quick. Processes related to recruiting become seamless and easy to track with it. Bulk advances can be done very flexibly on candidates currently in the workflow. And because of it being an ATS, all the automation features and tools are great to work with.

**What do you like best about JazzHR?**

Jazz HR has an easy to use interface and is very user-friendly! Their e-signature feature makes signing offer letters and completing paperwork seamless.  The auto-reject functions for candidates that would not be qualified to move onto further steps saves time for the recruiting team and the candidate. The workflow helpers are extremely helpful and time-saving! The ability to keep track of interview notes is helpful for our HR team to asess reasons for moving forward with a candidate as well as data for us to look back on should the re-apply. The ability to create tasks for the hiring managers and having the ability to send email promts for reviews of candidates helps keep the workflow moving and helps hiring go quicker and more smoothly. 

**What do you dislike about JazzHR?**

The set up of the workflow helpers could be tweaked to be more convenient and user-friendly as well as some improvements could be made to the Token Guide to give more options for including information in templated emails. 

**Recommendations to others considering JazzHR:**

If you are looking for a semi-basic ATS with an easy interface and workflow for a low price, this would be a great ATS for you. JazzHR has most of the functionalities that we are looking for, is looking to continue developing more, and is within budget.

JazzHR is our primary ATS. It is managed by our HR department and used by hiring managers throughout our organization to track candidates and manage the stages of hiring for all positions in our company.
