"Efficient But Needs Stronger Support Options"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like that JazzHR houses all applications in one system, making it easier for communication with candidates and managers. Setting up managers and supervisors to interact in the recruitment process is easy. It's beneficial to involve hiring managers in the process, as the system allows us to easily share candidates and move through the recruitment stages. I also appreciate the system integrations with other platforms for assessments, background checks, and drug screening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

There are quite a few things about JazzHR that I think could use improvement. 1. If you aren't paying an extra fee, there is limited customer service and account management assistance available. They refer you to look at resources they have online only, and so if you are having issues in the platform it is very difficult to find a solid answer. 2. The system doesn't allow for us to house job descriptions. It would be beneficial if we could house job descriptions that can be used at the click of a button for consistency across multiple locations. 3. Reporting options are very limited. There are very few standardized reporting options, and it is very difficult to create any customized reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective ATS with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I find JazzHR to be very cost-effective compared to other applicant tracking systems (ATS), offering great value for money. The setup was actually very easy, and it was fairly straightforward to set up the pipelines. I appreciate the quick screening feature for resumes, which allows me to go through them quickly. I also like the job filters that let us easily filter candidates based on questions, and some of the automations like automated emails and questionnaires that get sent to candidates at various stages of the interview process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

TalentFit / AI solutions are very limited in ability/quality/scope. Few product upgrades in the past 2 years. The interface is still pretty old school and cumbersome to use relative to some of the higher priced ATSs. The APIs are there, but they're limited and a bit cumbersome to use. "Not Very User-Friendly, Inconsistent Performance, and Hard to Justify the Price"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

Jazz feels pretty standard to me overall. I’d like it to be improved so it’s easier to access and use, because right now it doesn’t feel very user-friendly. Performance is okay, but it isn’t consistently good. I also haven’t tried connecting Jazz with other tools yet, since we can’t really utilize those integrations at this time. As for pricing, I’m not completely sure, but at this point I don’t think it’s worth it—mainly because we’re not knowledgeable enough to fully utilize the product. "Simplifies Recruitment, But Setup Can Be Tricky"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like the simplicity of JazzHR. It's not overly complicated to use. That it's user friendly, yeah. I mainly focus on the simple areas like candidate reviews and job postings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

The system seems to go down weekly, which causes us headaches. As well as, the reporting tools just have never been explained properly. It doesn't work great because we change our workflows a lot, so it keeps resetting. There's a lot of little bugs that I would want ironed out. I don't think it was that easy to set up. I had to do everything myself, and it took about a month with little to no help from JazzHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Recruitment Tool with Room for Enhancements"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I really like JazzHR for its very easy and simple dashboard, which helps in navigating from job posting to cloning previous positions we've posted. I find the AI filtering feature, TalentFit, particularly useful; it goes through candidates' resumes and matches them with job descriptions, giving insights on what they have, what they lack, and highlighting positive aspects of their profiles. Once you get used to the way JazzHR works, it's pretty easy to manage. The cloning feature is handy for hiring for positions we've filled in the past, making the job posting process pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

I'd like it if JazzHR had a feature to arrange meetings for hiring managers directly through the platform, integrated with Office 365. Also, it would be really helpful if I could upload additional documents like a candidate's resume and prescreen notes to share with hiring managers. Right now, hiring managers don't have access to see candidate profiles on JazzHR, so we have to send separate emails, which could be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Simmons of JazzHR

"Extremely User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

Extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

While JazzHR is helpful for managing the hiring workflow, some parts of the interface feel less intuitive and require extra clicks to complete simple actions. Customization and reporting can also be a bit limited, making it harder to extract tailored insights without manual work. Additionally, integrations with other tools could be more seamless to reduce duplicated effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Meredith Simmons of JazzHR

Hi Hasvini, thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. We're continuously working on improving our products, and we'll keep you in mind when we need customer feedback and Beta testers in the future as a thanks.

"Efficient Recruitment with User-Friendly UI"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I really like JazzHR's user interface. It's really easy to move through the various stages of the recruitment cycle. I also find it straightforward to post a job, view candidates, and send them emails within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

Unfortunately, there's no way of identifying which candidates are internal in our organization. And there's no way to send, like, a Calendly link. Like, we have to manually call people and schedule them in for interviews. We use Microsoft Excel to do a lot of our tracking because JazzHR's tracking and reporting isn't the greatest. "JazzHR is easy to use and keep things organized!"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR is easy to use and is already pre-built with options to help you keep the Recruiting process streamlined. Also helps you keep your applicants organized. This is a program I am in daily and got down very quickly. If you're not big on storing a lot of details on candidates, then this is an easy program to utilize and help you organize/categorize your candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

At times, there has been conflicting information when posting has been pushed out to other sites, like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. from the JazzHR Job Post. Items such as flagging a role as 'remote' when it was marked as 'on-site' only. Wish that I could view the notes portion a little easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Features Moved Behind Paywalls Despite Easy Candidate Email Sync"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

Their easy contact method to email a candidate information to sync for a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

They keep removing necessary features and putting them behind paywalls. Several assets we had at the start of our plan were later changed and moved into a different pay tier. There’s also a limit on bulk emails, which makes it harder to use at scale. The offer letters feature feels inefficient and slows down the process. On top of that, parts of the UI handle capitalization inconsistently: I’ll enter text in all caps, but it ends up displaying in lowercase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Megan Ferenz of JazzHR

Thanks for your honest feedback, we’re glad to hear the candidate communication tools have been helpful. We also appreciate you calling out these challenges, as insights like this are important as we continue to improve the experience.

"Efficient, User-Friendly, and a Game-Changer for High-Volume Hiring"
What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR has been a crucial part of streamlining our recruiting process. As someone who receives a high volume of applicants daily, I appreciate how easy it is to organize, screen, and communicate with candidates. The ability to automate emails and questionnaires has saved me countless hours, and I love that I can customize workflows to match our unique hiring steps.

One of my favorite features is how intuitive the platform is—it doesn’t take long to train new team members to use it. JazzHR has truly helped us improve both speed and quality in hiring. Highly recommend it to anyone managing large applicant flows or looking to scale their recruiting process efficiently.
