I like that the help desk is so helpful. The learning curve is a bit difficult but once you're over it, it's easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about HealtheCare? I don't like that it crashes a lot, especially the more patient files you have open. It freezes a lot and is very slow sometimes, it's aggravating. I wish there was a way to save & send patient files - it's difficult to save files uploaded to a patient's chart. Sometimes when I try to print a file from a chart, it prints a blank page instead. It's also very hard to save a file to your computer that's on the patient's medical record. I would suggest a "save and sent" function for patient files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is HealtheCare solving and how is that benefiting you? My hospital uses it as a way to keep electronic patient medical records - we've gone paperless with charts. " 4/5 What do you like best about HealtheCare? I like Cerner HealtheCare because it lets me view my medical records, and give information on providers and upcoming events or classes being held.
