The learning curve is a bit difficult but once you're over it, it's easy to use. **What do you dislike about HealtheCare?** I don't like that it crashes a lot, especially the more patient files you have open. It freezes a lot and is very slow sometimes, it's aggravating. I wish there was a way to save & send patient files - it's difficult to save files uploaded to a patient's chart. Sometimes when I try to print a file from a chart, it prints a blank page instead. **Recommendations to others considering HealtheCare:** it can be very slow and crash when many files are open. It's also very hard to save a file to your computer that's on the patient's medical record. I would suggest a "save and sent" function for patient files. **What problems is HealtheCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** My hospital uses it as a way to keep electronic patient medical records - we've gone paperless with charts. It's secure and organized. It's also available through our VPN. ### 6. I think it looks very outdated, and could use a major redesign update to modernize the website and add more features. **Recommendations to others considering HealtheCare:** HealtheCare is a good product to make medical records and other information for patients accessible online. **What problems is HealtheCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** HealtheCare solved the issue of having medical records not accessible from online. The secure login and software makes it easy to share medical records and other things with patients online. ### 7.
