The integrations with Rippling are incredible. The idea that you can have everything you need under one roof is great. Some of the native programs (like Rippling Core ATS) leave something to be desired, but it is affordable and automatically integrated with the HRIS so it is worth missing a couple key features. Implementation was the only part of Rippling that left something to be desired. With all the growth they are experiencing, I'm not shocked or upset by it. I'm sure they have tight timelines. Our implementation manager was great, but the process was just a bit quick and there were a couple items that were left open/uncompleted. We are still working on completing those items. What I like about Rippling is that it makes checking my payslip and salary information easy and convenient. I can quickly access my pay details, review my earnings, and keep track of my salary information in one place without having to go through a complicated process. While Rippling generally processes payments efficiently, there can occasionally be delays in when funds become available during bank transfers. What I dislike most is that processing times sometimes run longer than expected before the money actually posts to a bank account. This usually comes down to standard ACH banking clearance windows, interbank processing delays, or regional bank schedules around holidays and weekends, which can make the exact payout timing feel uncertain. What I like best about Rippling is that it covers almost everything we need in one place. It handles administrative functions like payslips and time tracking, as well as training materials, work resources, and HR-related needs. It’s like having a supervisor, trainer, SME, HR, and Accounting all in one platform. It makes it easier to find the information and resources I need without having to use multiple systems. I wouldn’t say there’s anything I really dislike about Rippling, but having separate Contractor and Employee profiles can sometimes be a little confusing. I don’t see much difference between the two, and the Contractor view seems to be more like a shortened version of the Employee view. I have utilized the Rippling service/product for about a month now and have been satisfied with the product. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I have yet to determine something that has not been helpful or useful about this product. The interface is simple and user friendly. All of your needs are integrated into one product. The website performs well as I did not notice any issues with the integration of the software. Support and onboarding was a breeze as everything was well explained. I’ve been an active Rippling user for years, and it’s been a reliable way for me to track organizational changes, get paid on time, manage my time off, submit reimbursements, and handle other day-to-day tasks. Everything is thoughtfully integrated into a single platform, and the overall user experience is excellent.

The integration the platform has with global banking system is top-notch. It also helps in getting performance reviews to be carried out without any hassle. And whenever an issue comes, the support acts in super fast.

The HRIS feature is intuitive, and if you can afford their AI package, it's formidable. In terms of performance, the speed and availability of the site in the browser and the app are pretty good, as I have yet to experience downtime. I strongly advise against using this product for India-based teams. It is built entirely for the US market, resulting in a poor user experience for Indian employees. The implementation process traps you into using their mandatory vendor partners. You cannot run payroll unless you sign up with their bank, and the benefits module will not work unless you use their chosen insurance provider. They do not disclose these forced partnerships until the contract is signed. Furthermore, the compliance module is highly unreliable. They botched our EPFO entries on the first payroll run and have failed to fix them despite months of escalation.
