**What do you like best about JobTarget?**

JobTarget platform significantly improves my recruitment efficiency by integrating with over 25,000 job boards, helps me to post jobs across multiple platforms from a single, user friendly dashboard. This fixes the need to manage individual logins for each job board, saving my team approximately 8 to 10 hours weekly during active hiring. we’ve seen a 25-30% increase in qualified applicants for roles in our engineering and sales departments since adopting JobTarget in early 2024.

The performance tracking feature is one of my favorite aspect of JobTarget. It provides actionable insights on job board performance, helps in which platforms deliver the most relevant candidates. For example, we discovered that specialized job boards generated 35% higher quality applicants for technical roles compared to general platforms, allowing us to refine our posting strategy. plus, JobTargets applicant tracking system (ATS) shows candidate communication and resume management within one interface. The platforms algorithm ranks candidates based on qualifications, which has reduced my time to hire by 15% by seeking top talent.

Overall, JobTarget’s centralized tools and data-driven insights have optimized my hiring process, helps me to attract and manage candidates effectively.

**What do you dislike about JobTarget?**

When JobTarget offers many valuable recruitment tools, there are a few places where it could be improved. Editing and job postings is time consuming, especially when updating fields like job location or title. For example, each change requires navigating to a separate section of the platform, and updates can take up to 10-15 minutes to reflect across connected job boards. This  slowed our hiring process, during urgent campaigns when we needed to revise postings quickly, such as for a regional sales role in Q2 2024.

Additionally, the reporting features could be more easy. While the platform provides performance analytics insights, the data often needs manual adjustments to align with my internal reporting formats. For example exporting candidate source data for my monthly HR reports involves reformatting spreadsheets, roughly 2-3 hours to our workflow each month. the editing process where report customization would significantly improve the user experience.

**What problems is JobTarget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobTarget has many key challenges in my recruitment process by providing a  platform for job postings and candidate management. The ability to post jobs to over 25,000 job boards with a single click helps the need to manually upload listings to individual sites, which previously took our team 12-15 hours per week. Since initiating JobTarget in early 2024, this feature has reduced my posting time by approximately 70%, allowing me to focus on candidate engagement.

JobTargets performance tracking analytics insights solves the problem of identifying effective job boards. The platform provides detailed insights on which boards attract the most qualified candidates, enabling me to optimize my strategy. For example, i found that niche job boards delivered 40% more relevant applicants for our IT roles compared to general platforms, improving my hiring quality. The AI candidate ranking system further helps my process by prioritizing top applicants based on qualifications, reducing my time to hire by 10-15% for roles like software engineers and sales managers. This feature helps to attract high talent.

**What do you like best about JobTarget?**

I like that Paylocity integrates with Job Target to make it easy.

**What do you dislike about JobTarget?**

Job Target charges $5 for each posting as a fee and it makes you pay immediately. You used to be able to purchase credis that you can use, but the went away from credits. Which means I would have to enter my card information for each posting and have to submit each individual job to my accounting team for the individual purchases on my credit card. The credit was a nice feature that has utimately lead me to no longer utilize Job Target.

**What problems is JobTarget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It used to be a one stop shop for posting jobs. You used to be able to buy a bunch of credits to use for each posting (you get charged for each posting). Now Job Target no longer lets you purchase credits in bulk and you have to purchase each posting for $5 everytime you post. It becomes a lot of invoices to track on the company credit card, when you used to do buy in bulk.

people are not much aware of this product and its services.

**What do you like best about JobTarget?**

I tried JobTarget because it integrated directly with my payroll system's recruiting platform. It does pull job information successfully from the recruiting system into the beginning of a job post. It was fairly easy to access and purchase listings.

**What do you dislike about JobTarget?**

JobTarget has packages to post on multiple job sites. However, their job posts take days to appear on the various job sites and the listings don't seem to be promoted at all. The job I posted appeared on Indeed after 3 days, and appeared differently than I entered on their site making it very unattractive to job seekers - instead of a starting salary it made the job look like the max salary was the starting salary. I pulled my post on day 4 (once I was able to get a link from customer support to even find it). I would recommend posting yourself so it posts same day and you can control the appearance of the listing. I have used for 2 jobs altogether but will not use again.

It was supposed to make job posting easier.

JobTarget has been easy to use with the help of their support staff, that has been there to answer questions through email and zoom. She has been able to run statistics for my company and aid in increasing the visibility of our job postings.

**What do you dislike about JobTarget?**

Some of the features have been confusing to understand right away. The programmatic option for boosting a job posting was a bit confusing to manage, as well as managing how the past purchases have been doing. The account manager has helped some, however.

JobTarget is aiding us in how to use the features of boosting a job post. Their support staff helps us as an individual and ensures we are getting the most for our money.

Nothing,  I think I will reach out to the job target team in the future before posting so that we understand where our best target market will be to get the most value.

This reduces the total time from job posting to onboarding by eliminating steps and re-entry of personal data and information.

Great process and inclusive for all people trying to find jobs.  The streamlining of jobs in one place has simplified the process for our HR department.

All in one access that allows quick marketing of jobs to niche employers in one location.
