I love the transparent fee structure and the fact that they use the really low exchange rates, which saves our company a significant amount compared to traditional banks. The local account details enable us to get paid by international clients like local businesses. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** Frankly, there's hardly anything I dislike about the platform. But I do recommend adding payment links to webpages like Stripe and PayPal for higher user adaptability. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped to greatly reduce high wire transfer fees and poor exchange rates from regular banks. Using Wise Business has taken care of losing a chunk of revenues to hidden costs. ### 2. Someone gained unauthorized access to my business's account. I contacted Wise about this, furnished passport license, proof of ownership of the business, and all requested documentation, asking only that they remove my sensitive bank information from their site and database and close the account. They've done nothing for a week and counting, and even tried to up-sell me to create a second account, rather than addressing the serious security concern and the fact they they're a vector for potential fraud. This is not a serious financial organization and your bank account information is absolutely not safe with them. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were facilitating some overseas payments for which Wires were a pain and where bill.com wasn't supported yet. ### 3. If the money doesn't arrive to your recipient, it always comes back to your account. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** I think Wise can improve on creating alliances with at least the most important institutions, so the recipient doesn't have to pay double (ocasionally) when getting their money, one fee for Wise and one from the bank **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wise solves the payment method to freelancers and contractors outside the biggest business hubs: North America, Australia, and Europe etc. Whenever money needs to be sent for services rendered, Wise becomes the safest and most reliable option for both clients and contractors. ### 4. We've been using wise for sending payments across teams/platforms and have not seen an issue once. Easy for me to convert the USD funds I have to the currencies of the country I'm vacationing. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** You can only receive your funds 20 minutes if you only send a maximum of 50k pesos to your bank account, but if 50K+ this will be received after 3 days. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy and real time receiving my funds from my Deel account to wise. I was able to easily convert the USD fund I have to any currency I want with very minimal fee, as well as sending to my bank account. ### 9. Trust me, I've tried a lot and this one is the most reasonable one when it comes to fees. It allows me to have my paycheck in SECONDS and it doesn't charge me a penny. It also allowed me to withdraw cash from an ATM. Insanely comfortable. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** I guess the only thing I don't like is that I can't use it in my own country (Argentina) but that's due to all of the craziest regulations we have. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the problem of withdrawing my money from the account my work uses for payment. I can't leave the money there because it's not a bank account. But WISE lets me take it out in SECONDS so I can use it INMEDIATELY and it charges me 0 fees. It's amzing and I love it.
