The local account details enable us to get paid by international clients like local businesses. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** Frankly, there's hardly anything I dislike about the platform. But I do recommend adding payment links to webpages like Stripe and PayPal for higher user adaptability. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped to greatly reduce high wire transfer fees and poor exchange rates from regular banks. Someone gained unauthorized access to my business's account. I contacted Wise about this, furnished passport license, proof of ownership of the business, and all requested documentation, asking only that they remove my sensitive bank information from their site and database and close the account. They've done nothing for a week and counting, and even tried to up-sell me to create a second account, rather than addressing the serious security concern and the fact they they're a vector for potential fraud. Trust me, I've tried a lot and this one is the most reasonable one when it comes to fees. It allows me to have my paycheck in SECONDS and it doesn't charge me a penny. It also allowed me to withdraw cash from an ATM. I can't leave the money there because it's not a bank account. But WISE lets me take it out in SECONDS so I can use it INMEDIATELY and it charges me 0 fees. It's amzing and I love it. I used Wise for the past 3 years as Personal and Business Account. 1) Be ready that you would have to explain yourself each time, because whenever you chat with someone, weirdly always someone else would reply. Imagine explaining yourself over and over again. 2) Privacy Issues - on top of their negligence, they by mistake sent me someone's reply, what a failure. Gladly there was no confidential info. When I caught them, they apologized for a mistaken name (a totally different guy), but said the reply was meant for me. Even though it was completely irrelevant. 3) They continuously reply with help articles which I read many times, and don't reply to my questions. I don't know why, but they simply ignore it. 4) Carelles' responses, support team didn't even bother to read my questions and replied with WRONG info. Also I dont like that it takes like 2-3 business days to have my money on my local bank (from Chile). Also they dont have a physical card for me on Chile. Arbitrary holds and verifications. Will email you for urgent information beyond legal reporting requirements for your business and then not respond, all while your pending transfers get paused and then cancelled without explanation. Only response you can get is through twitter, which is typically just a bot. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** They simplify international money transfers by making exchanges internally. So you interact with a domestic receiver for you funds, and they behave as a domestic sender to get them to the payee. Since these systems are more in your day-to--day financial operations, it should be easier then to fulfill invoices and pay in local currency without the hassle or expense of wire transfers. ### 19. It is easy to use with a good interface. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** Funds transfer is sometimes slow. However the worst case is their sudden change of account requisites. Last Friday they simply did this overnight with no prior notification. Therefore, all payments did simply hang up in nowhere and nobody can do nothing with it. Simple advise is to wait for 2 to 5 working days, which is a usual banking response, but what was THAT urgent in changing the requisites overnight with no prior notification? I can hardly imagine the reason of doing so except of lack of responsibility and reliability of the whole company. You get to have foreign bank accounts that work as if you are in that country., you can easily connect to stripe **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** Customer support can't help with account transactions, especially when they fail to complete. Personally, my account was closed down after I tried using the Singapore bank details. Support takes 48 to 72 hours to respond after the live feature was removed. When i contacted support, they gave me an email to appeal to which they never responded. Been a platform I have been recommending, must say I have been very disappointed with how they close accounts for unknown reasons. In my case, they say my account might have been compromised. I couldn't figure out how t pay her without expensive wire transfers until she showed me TransferWise. It's easy to set up, plug in your banking information and where you want the money sent to. TransferWise will determine the exchange rate, your cost for transfer and click send! It takes a couple of minutes to initially set up, but once it's there it can be used for future payments to the same person as well. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** There aren't too many moving parts so it's hard to say there is anything to dislike. Money can be sent all over the world and can be receive pretty quickly. Overall, it’s a comfy neo-bank-like experience with its hidden tricks and vague Acceptable Use Policy. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** You’ll be blocked on any given day without any way to appeal it. You’ll be left stuck with their mystique final decision that has no actual details. Their support won’t listen to your arguments or give you a chance to provide additional information and will repeat a canned speech over and over again. **What problems is Wise Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** You’ll be blocked on any given day without any way to appeal it. They will send you a super vague notice about account deactivation that points to their Acceptable Use Policy. The policy is even vaguer than the deactivation notice, so you could be banned for anything at any moment. They will leave you powerless and without any way to protect yourself. No details, no way to appeal, no way to proceed using their service in full. I liked spending my personal cash on groceries and online shopping. I wanted to open Wise Business but it looks like they are the non-reliable partner for this. Can you imagine your actual bank banning you without any further dialogue and kicking you out with a poker face? ### 31. I solved it my way as you need to move quick within a company. I mean PayPal has bad support, Wise is even worse. Excellent customer support like stripe has is what makes a company awesome or not at all. As a company we use wise a lot, we should get premium support. Onboarding is cool, nothing tells you that you will have nightmares in the nearest future. **What do you dislike about Wise Business?** They suspend our business account with more than € 60,000, after 4 months of usage, ignoring all the documents we sent to confirm the nature of the transfers, investor agreements, IDs, selfies, and other documents. We are a small startup and they just ruin our business from the very beginning. Unfortunately, we found the negative feedback too late. They will bury your business, try to stay as far away as possible. The way of communication is ignoring everything or rare responses with a boilerplate. Customer support is absent.
