**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I think the Rippling interface is very easy to use and very intuitive, so you don't need much training to be able to use it. You can simply log into the app or the website itself and navigate, learning very quickly how to use it. The platform also makes it more accessible to justify the expenses of my corporate card and makes it easier to manage my vacations and hours. All of this makes managing everything easier compared to other methods.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the app does not include all the features that the website has. The app ends up being very simple in terms of functionalities and options. There are things that you can only manage to resolve through the mobile browser, or even by using a computer, to solve something that could be done in the app.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Rippling is a very easy-to-use platform, it makes it easier to justify my corporate card expenses and makes managing my vacations and hours much easier than other forms of management.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I find Rippling very easy to use, especially for requesting time off and receiving a response. It's just like a very easy portal, which I really appreciate. It's super quick to access, and once I'm signed in, I can get whatever I need done swiftly. I love that I can simply put in my time off request and get a notice once my boss approves it. I also find it straightforward to check how much time I have left. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. I received an email from HR, and it was simple to access the website and create my account without any issues.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to view my pay stubs and request time off. It's easy and quick, providing fast access to what I need. I just put in my time, receive approval, and check my balance effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

My favorite part of Rippling is how it combines multiple services and apps into one UI. I can check my paystub, get my tax forms, or request PTO with one click. The automated onboarding made for a seamless transition for my team. It also easily integrates with the software we use and all of this comes at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The only downside is sometimes the interface can be a bit overwhelming and it can be hard to find exactly what I am looking for. A more intuitive system of organization and better search functions would improve the overall user experience and performance. The AI features aren't as helpful and providing preset prompts or queries would be more efficient.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is making the onboarding process easy and seamless for new employees. Rippling offers a step by step tutorial for all new employees guiding them through the process of filling in information, uploading documents and navigating the dashboard. This saves our team a lot of time and money.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like using Rippling because as a contractor, it allows me to receive payments from my client smoothly. The feature that lets me update my time as I go along is really useful, so I don't forget anything. I can clearly see every stage of the approval and payment process, which makes managing my work easier. It's great that I can withdraw at any time and that everything is transparent. I really appreciate the email reminders when I forget to submit my timesheet correctly; it's helped me avoid errors. Setting up Rippling was very easy, although the total balance page was a bit tricky to find at first.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think we should be able to submit the time sheet comments on the time form. That way we don't have to go back to the list to re-edit the time-sheet. It would be nice to see approximate earnings at the top of the timesheet next to the time and hours worked.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling lets me update my time efficiently and monitors the approval and payment stages, preventing errors. I can withdraw anytime and appreciate notification reminders when submissions are incomplete.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like Rippling because it's secure and easy to use. I feel confident that my personal data is secure. It's really user-friendly and I can use it on the go with my cell phone, which makes keeping track of my time off straightforward. We do weekly trainings, and it remains user-friendly throughout, even when using it from my phone. The setup was smooth for me, with help from the tech department, and the user-friendly nature made it easy for me to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I struggle sometimes with the password function. The only issue I have is the password between my phone and my laptop, making sure I'm using the same login and backup information. I've had to reset my password several times because of that.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for everything from time off to benefits to training, all on my phone.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

My most preferred feature in Rippling is how it streamlined employee management that was previously done in multiple systems. It made the onboarding process more efficient by integrating account provisioning, device set up and access control. The range of features include HR, payroll and device management. I also love that it integrates with other systems we have for communications and finances. This has helped with consistency and efficiency of employee management tasks.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My biggest frustration is that changing certain employee-related settings can be more complicated than it needs to be. While having a lot of features is helpful, it can also make straightforward adjustments feel unnecessarily complex. This has affected productivity, especially when urgent changes were needed for groups.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling addresses issues of employee lifecycle management, data consistency and administrative efficiency. It makes work better by minimising mistakes with onboarding and offboarding, and keeping data in sync. The range of features assists HR, payroll and IT roles in a cohesive way. And customer service has been available for fine tuning. That has resulted in fewer errors and more reliable employee operations.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really appreciate Rippling's MDM solution for managing all of our company-owned devices, and the IAM has been a massive help and time-saver in provisioning and de-provisioning users. I love that it has automated and streamlined most everything in the IT space for us. Onboarding is now much quicker, and there’s no guesswork when we off-board a user, which gives us a lot of data, insight, and peace of mind. The thing I like most is Rippling’s ability to work in a 'single pane of glass' for HR, Spend, and IT, which means not having to jump in and out of different apps and having everything in one place really streamlines our team's efforts. The initial setup was also great because I was able to set up about 95% of the platform myself and got the rest polished up with our implementation specialist.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling allows HR and IT to partner on a single platform and that it easily integrates with other systems like Microsoft Entra ID and third-party applications used by our organization. Rippling makes it easy to interact with third-party applications using one unified platform. I look forward to using Rippling to access other platforms like KnowBe4, Microsoft 365, and Smartsheet. The RPass password management software is also very helpful. Rippling has been easy to set up so far, and with the assistance of the team, we were able to have our questions answered during the process.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Our company didn't find value in migrating from our current MDM solutions of Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager into Rippling because of the potential risks of downtime and data loss for employees. Rippling should focus on making the migration from other MDM platforms, and enrolling devices, much simpler and less disruptive.

I find Rippling to be a huge help because it allows me to check my schedule and pay stubs easily, and navigate whenever I have troubles. It's easy to use and logs me right in. I love how everything is super fast and super quick, which is great because other apps often freeze up or kick you out, but with Rippling, it gets me right where I need to go. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I had no troubles at all.

Intuitive, responsive, and easy to use—and that’s coming from someone who isn’t techy by trade. I can navigate Rippling without any trouble, quickly finding answers to my questions and the right solutions to get my tasks done.

It’s such a powerful tool that, at times, I feel like I could get a bit lost—especially in the Reporting feature.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is solving more problems for us than I can even name. Our previous payroll software was antiquated, and we had a patched-together HRIS that didn’t meet our needs. Across multiple departments at our university, we were relying on spreadsheets to keep things moving. In higher education, paying adjuncts and calculating faculty overload is a time-consuming task. Rippling created a custom app for our university to use, and now running payroll is a breeze.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love Rippling for how easily it manages employees and reduces some of the admin and The process of hiring for our marketing team is much simpler in terms of co-ordinating set-up acknowledging policies and providing access to team platforms. Automation is a key feature. It simplifies processes that have always required follow up such as approvals, document collection, staff notifications. It's fast and efficient. And it has a great user interface and It's easy to use whether I'm looking at payroll information approving leave or other processes related to my team. It's also good to have integration of HR and operational processes. I don't have to jump between different systems apps and software and can complete many things from one system.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

A problem is that some of the more advanced features may take some time to understand particularly if people are not using all the modules. Certainly, at times some workflows can be less flexible in meeting specific internal approval flows. Some flexibility would be good in certain areas. And the cost can be a consideration for smaller companies if they don't use all of the features.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge it helped resolve was the hiring process. Earlier i would have to send emails and documents back and forth and have to talk to different teams to get a new employee for the marketing team and That process often caused delays With the Rippling system and it seems a little more formal. It makes onboarding new employees faster and easier and makes it simpler to deal with administrative issues and It also helps to process approvals and other requests of these employees that's important in a fast paced marketing environment. The tool has also improved the way i work making it more transparent and eliminating confusion and streamlining the processes..

I really like how Rippling brings everything for people management into one place. It makes HR, payroll, benefits, and onboarding super easy to manage, and the automation saves a ton of time. It’s intuitive, efficient, and just makes running a team smoother overall.

I had some issues adding an overseas account as a International consultant. It was a small error with regards to the address for a Intermediary Bank. It did take some back and forth with the Rippling team, however they were on point. quick to respond and quick to fix the errors.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of managing too many disconnected systems for HR, payroll, benefits, and IT. By putting everything in one platform, it reduces manual work, errors, and time spent switching between tools. For me, it simplifies people management, improves visibility into employee data, and lets me focus more on growing the business instead of administrative tasks.

Rippling allows the user to begin and end a module at your own pace.  You can pause at any time and return to the same segment of the module.  The courses required are very clearly stated with the allotted time required to complete them.  Rippling sends the tasks via email that are due on a regular basis to insure timely completion.  My payroll and other HR items are clearly organized for a quick reference.

The organization could improve on what information is available to each team member within the company who uses Rippling.  Authorized user material could be identified more easily so as to save time.

I use Rippling on the HR payroll and benefit administration side. What I like most about Rippling is the communications and notifications. They're direct and effective, reminding me when I need to get things done without being an annoyance. I appreciate the communication that comes from the Rippling system. The onboarding, training, and benefit experience is very easy, seamless, and effective. The initial setup was super easy; I got logged in just fine. The overall experience with training, onboarding, benefit enrollments, HR, and payroll has been very simple and streamlined. It's all been great, and my experience with Rippling has been fantastic, so much so that I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

I really like Rippling's intuitive user interface, which makes it super easy to submit for a day off, whether for a sick day or personal day, and check my pay stubs. It's literally just one click to do these things. The platform gives clear visibility on how much time I've taken off and how much is left. I don't have to send extra messages for approvals, as it directly goes to my leader. I also find the setup quite easy and extremely secure, with handy two-factor authentication and recovery codes.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Well, something that could be improved is sending an email with the confirmation as well, you know, just for the records. Something that I never understood quite well is why my personal email was receiving the notifications from these work platform. It should have all gone to the professional email in that case. The one provided by the company.

The most helpful aspect of Rippling is the unified nature of the platform. Unlike other systems where HR and IT are siloed, Rippling allows me to manage employee data, payroll, and device management in one place.

While the platform is powerful, the customer support experience can be frustrating. They rely heavily on an AI chatbot and self-serve articles, making it difficult to reach a live human specialist when you have a time-sensitive payroll or compliance issue. I’d love to see more direct phone support or dedicated account managers for mid-sized teams.

We struggled with a high volume of administrative 'noise'—employees constantly asking for pay stubs, changing their direct deposit, or updating insurance info. Rippling’s self-service portal and mobile app have empowered our team to manage their own information. I appreciate that Rippling integrates payroll, time & attendance, and HRIS seamlessly. The customization capabilities are great, aligning well with our ERP system. I love the nuance it offers in tracking time and attendance across different business units, each with unique needs. Setting up varied pay structures is straightforward, and the talent app for recruiting is excellent. The easy-to-use interface and strong communication tools are also highlights. Additionally, the setup of Rippling was very logical and simple, which reassures me that we made the right choice because of its customization abilities.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the only area that was a bit tough was that because it's so customizable you almost can't understand the full effect of how you have it set up until you work through your first pay run. It would be super beneficial to see if there is a way to see the forest through the trees - the big picture and then the drill down of how each set up impacts an employee or another area (app) of Rippling.

Rippling integrates Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HRIS smoothly, is customizable to our ERP. It handles diverse time tracking and pay structures across business units, and offers an easy interface and strong communication tools.

I find Rippling to be a really convenient system to work with. I like how easy it is to clock in and out without any confusion, which is important on my busy days. Sometimes there's an issue with the logout feature or the part where I track my time. If I try to go offline, it takes a while to load for me to see my full hours. It seems like a bug that's been happening over the past few weeks.

I think what they need to update is for the approval bottleneck, if an manager is also out on leave, the system doesn't always escalate the request to backup. Which can leave employees waiting for days. What really makes the switch worthwhile was that my payroll, time tracking, and employee records are all able to communicate with each other; therefore, I do not have to go in and sync them myself. When I run payroll, it will pull the hours worked by employees and take care of filing their taxes as well. New hire employees receive a link and are required to enter all of their information prior to their first day. This means I am no longer trying to chase down an employee for their direct deposit form once they start employment.

The customer service provided by Rippling is inconsistent and sometimes when I contact them about something I receive assistance from someone knowledgeable about the product and assist me with the issue. Other times I may receive a "generic" response that does not provide a resolution to the question/issue I contacted them about and in turn, I have to restart from where I began.

I would say the notifications need improvement, as I never received alerts when courses were pending completion. I wasn’t aware of when the courses were assigned to my profile, and I only started receiving messages later indicating that I had pending courses—ones I hadn’t seen before.

I also believe the reminder settings should be customizable based on each course’s due date. For example, receiving daily follow-up reminders for courses that aren’t due until a later month can be overwhelming. Allowing flexible reminder timing would be a valuable improvement.

Payroll is world class. Each other product is 80% as good as the leading product, and together, that builds a pretty compelling set of tools.

The sales-led model makes everything more pricy, and I don't have self-serve options to explore other products or see what features fit under which package.

I don't use the spend product, but from what I see, it's not nearly as good as Ramp. That's one piece that I haven't switched over.

For new products like SOC 2 compliance, the options are pretty commoditized, and it just makes sense to have it be in the same ecosystem as the rest of our data.

The subscription-based model for all features doesn't work for us in some instances. For example, we might only have one person who needs time keeping, but we can't add the feature for just one person. Additionally, the subscription of having access to build APIs was per employee per month (PEPM). We also didn't have a long implementation window which made our jobs very stressful and probably wasn't a true reflection of getting set up normally.

I wouldn't say that there's anything that doesn't work well for me. The one thing that I would say that could be improved is maybe just clarifying with the cost breakdown for the different modules. There were some missed markers between accounting and myself when starting up Rippling. That would have helped to explain, like, where and which modules we should have started with first versus what we could have taken our time to implement later.

I love the RPass, a Password Manager add-on for the Chrome browser, because it helps me manage my 15-17 user IDs and passwords across different sites, which I can't remember all on my own. It's much less hectic than saving these usernames and passwords physically or in web browsers. Rippling's built-in RPass extension also makes it faster to access any link, as I can directly launch it from RPass instead of searching through browser bookmarks. Additionally, the initial setup of Rippling was straightforward, and the interface was easy to get used to and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Nothing so far, so good. Haven't encountered any unsatisfactory situations so far.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about Rippling is how it simplifies everything I need into one platform. I don’t have to switch between different tools for HR, payroll, or IT—it’s all in one place, which makes my workflow much smoother. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use; even without a technical background, I can navigate it without any issues. The automation features save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, so I can focus more on work that actually matters. Overall, it just makes my day-to-day tasks more efficient and less stressful.

One thing I dislike about Rippling is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there’s so much packed into one platform. It can take time to fully learn where everything is and how to use it efficiently. I’ve also noticed that certain processes or customizations aren’t always as flexible as I’d like, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, when issues come up, resolving them isn’t always as quick as I’d hope. Overall, while it’s a powerful tool, there’s definitely a learning curve and occasional limitations that can slow things down.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of having to manage multiple systems for HR, payroll, and IT by bringing everything into one centralized platform. Before, tasks like onboarding, managing employee data, and handling payroll would require switching between different tools, which was time-consuming and increased the chance of errors. With Rippling, everything is connected, so updates only need to be made once and they automatically sync across the system.

This benefits me by saving a lot of time and making my workflow much more efficient. It reduces manual work, helps me stay organized, and minimizes mistakes. I’m also able to complete tasks like onboarding new hires or updating employee information much faster, which improves overall productivity and allows me to focus on more important responsibilities.

I love how Rippling makes accessing everything related to HR and my job easy. Everything is conveniently in one place, well-organized, and easy to understand. I really appreciate not having to keep up with multiple passwords and logins for benefits, PTO, and HSA. With Rippling, I can conveniently access tax documents, such as W-2s, benefit information, including my HSA balances, and input PTO. The convenience of the PTO calculator, which gives me my expected accruals by future dates, is also fantastic. Compared to other programs I have used, Rippling is much more user-friendly and modern. The initial setup was super easy, guided by an email walkthrough, and I encountered no difficulties getting my account set up.

I have yet to find anything that I do not like about Rippling.

Additionally, it makes onboarding a breeze by sending out all the documents for review and signature automatically.

The payroll function isn't the best. We're not able to terminate people until after payroll processes, which causes problems. I know I'm not in the accounting team, but I know that they don't love it. The initial setup was pretty difficult because we had to get a lot of raw data in there, and it didn't fit super well. It was a lot of work to get set up.

I use Rippling for logging into our work benefits and payroll portals. It's very convenient that Rippling allows me to set up direct deposit with two different bank accounts, and I can change withholding and deductions easily. I love that I can view my pay stub quickly and see how much I pay for different taxes. If I need to schedule time off, there's a quick and easy tool for doing so. I also appreciate that I can update my personal information, like changing from single to married, which is really handy since I'm getting married soon. Setting up Rippling was very easy—even before my first day, I set it up using my cell phone. Overall, I'd rate Rippling a solid 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Perhaps Rippling could provide more detailed information pertaining to taxes and deductions. Maybe include 401K and Health Savings details.

Delegation for multiple supervisors to see individuals could be improved. I'd like to have the power to delegate my peers to my timecards so that if something unexpected happens, or if an employee is working in another supervisor's area, it would make it easier and faster if they are delegated. This would reduce the chance for human error.

Rippling simplifies timecard tracking and provides a one-stop spot to see paystubs and documents. I like its mobile access and easy navigation. It helps me monitor employee clock-ins from anywhere, not just my home station.

I use Rippling to receive my invoices, and I appreciate the easy payments it offers me. I like the simplicity of creating invoices and receiving payments; these features are really good. They're intuitive, and you don't need to undergo a long process, making it simple and easy. The initial setup was easy for me, although the bank accounts were confusing at first, but then it was okay.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes they have many options for different tools, sometimes it is overwhelming or at least the first time we use Rippling. For example, if I am a contractor, it should show the needed tools that I will use, maybe invoices and payments, not more or maybe in a different layout. Also, the bank accounts setup was confusing the first time, but then was okay.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for receiving invoices and making payments easily. It's simple and intuitive, so I don't have to deal with long processes.
