**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate how Rippling lets me manage HR, payroll, and benefits in one platform, making it a lot easier to handle these functions. I also find the IT portion useful for MDM and cybersecurity, and the ability to manage corporate spending is a plus. The reporting feature allows me to edit and manipulate data to show what's important for different departments, functions, and roles. Rippling's customer service is better compared to what we experienced before, with improved response times. The initial setup was very simple, which I handled mostly by myself with minor help for payroll integration with QuickBooks.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The reporting structures could be a little simpler, maybe more prebuilt reports within the module portals.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling consolidates services, making it much easier to manage HR, payroll, IT, and benefits on one platform. It allows me to run and customize reports for different departments effectively.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like the ease of use with Rippling. It's easy to navigate, and I appreciate how everything is plainly rolled out. It's a standard for everyone on the team, which made it easy for me to learn how to request time off and handle other tasks. The initial setup was really easy too, as they sent me the setup link before I started at the company, and it took me about ten minutes to fully set up. All of my information was already there, and I love how easy it was to pick my direct deposit information.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The one thing is that I wish it did have my actual insurance card in there. I still have to call in to get that information. It just has the company.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of visiting multiple sites for benefits and time entry by centralizing everything in one spot.

It’s excellent. I really like the synchronization, which helps prevent data errors and reduces administrative paperwork. Furthermore, the interface is clear, and the employee view makes it easy to find documents and quickly check their status.

Sometimes I need very specific fields, and I end up having to look for alternative solutions through workflows. Setting up complex rules is also a problem and can be difficult to manage.

Rippling is an excellent solution for reducing administrative work. As I mentioned earlier, it helps us avoid data errors by minimizing manual steps and managing the entire process end to end. I really value its features because it frees up a lot of time for other priorities and helps us keep moving forward.

I use Rippling for time, payroll, and data management. I appreciate its smooth interface and the way it serves as a one-stop solution for employee needs. I like the latest update of the data reports tool because it makes it easier to share and update documents in one place. I find the usage and the web interface to be really good as well. The initial setup was pretty easy and smooth, which I found very helpful.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love how easy it is to update your time tracker and handle payments with Rippling, especially for freelancers and contractors. It's seamless to have payments transferred from my contract down to Wise or a bank account without any hassle. I also appreciate the feature where I can easily divide payments to different accounts I have. Using Rippling from my phone is very convenient; I can start my tracker just when I'm heading home or reaching my destination. Furthermore, if I forget to log in my time, I can easily submit adjustments to my manager for approval. The security is solid, allowing me to log in from my phone confidently. Overall, the setup was super easy and very user-friendly, despite it being my first time using it.

TIME TRACKING and PAYROLL wise is amazing ;)

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes updating time trackers and payments super easy, especially for freelancers. I love the seamless feature allowing me to divide payments between Wise or my bank account. The ability to log in and manage time tracking from my phone is amazing.

Best thing it is brings multiple things in to one like HR and IT , with fast and clean interface which is easy to navigate and with easy switching. Reduces manual labor and keeps consistent data across modules and give the clear view of workforce activity without jumping between tools

It's powerful but it is also very hard, like certain settings are deeper then needs to be and customization sometimes requires more trial error then needed and with slower customer support it affects time sensitive issues , also price keeps adding up for more modules to be activated

Reduction of the multiple data enty and improve accuricy in payroll and make onboarding smoother also complience tracking is much better and reliable becuase of the docs, signatures and all the records are in one place and overall it saves time and reduces the all admin errors and provide the better visibility for the workforce activity that can help the planning and the decision  making process as well.

I like Rippling for its full system integration, payroll accuracy, and benefit platform connectivity. I really appreciate our implementation manager, who has been a highlight of using the service. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UE) are great, making it a very user-friendly system with a sharp-looking interface that's simple to navigate. The initial setup of Rippling was pretty easy.

Not much! We did have to switch our flex benefit vendor to Rippling. I wish we would've known in detail why we needed to switch earlier in the process.

Rippling solves payroll accuracy and benefit platform connectivity, providing full system integration. We switched from Paylocity due to issues with customer service and inaccurate state tax filings.

It’s okay for what it does. I’ve run into a few issues with it, and customer support has been difficult to reach. Beyond that, it feels pretty average in other areas as well like health insurance and other benefits.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The UI isn’t very effective and doesn’t make it clear how to accomplish what I’m trying to do. As a result, I end up having to contact customer support, which isn’t great. And even if support were great, I don’t want to have to talk to customer support just to figure things out.

It works as the payroll and benefit provider for my company. It is better than having to do everything manually but honestly it if wasnt so hard to change everything I would be looking for other options.

I like Rippling for benefits and payroll and its ease of use when I need to take PTO or submit for sick days. I find it helpful for understanding my paycheck breakdown. I appreciate the easy navigation to the tools I need, which is super helpful. I love the notifications at the top right and easy labels for pages like benefits, time, and payroll, and being able to star favorites to keep essential tools in one spot. The initial setup was super easy, with my HR setting up my account, making the process of signing documents and taking courses incredibly simple.

I wish there was a calendar on the front page showing when tasks are due, PTO is, and when we get paid.

I really like how Rippling makes it easy to view my paycheck information, simplifying the process of figuring out each line and understanding my compensation. The system overall has a lot of ease of use, making navigation straightforward and intuitive for end users like me. It also allows me to see deadlines for everything and review information quickly and easily. I do enjoy the little animations that come with my paycheck information, which make the experience a bit more enjoyable. Rippling has proven to be an effective HR system for our organization, particularly with its helpful tools making our first cycle with it easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I'm not sure if this is related to my organization's current build, but there are several different options out there that aren't really particular to me. The reviews section was not super intuitive to use for me. I had to scroll down a lot and write a lot of different information. It would be really helpful if that was just cleaned up a little bit more from an end user perspective. I also would love to see a model my pay feature. So that if I receive a pay increase or if I want to change my benefits, I would like to be able to go row by row and update that information so I can estimate taxes and plan accordingly. It would just be a really nice feature to be able to model what my pay will look like.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling simplifies viewing payroll and compensation details, making it easy to understand each line. It's intuitive for getting HR information and navigating paychecks, which boosts my enjoyment of handling payroll tasks.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The only good thing about Rippling is the slightly better employee experience and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The implementation was terrible; we had two implementation managers and spent the first two months going back and forth just trying to add people into the system correctly. By the time we went live, we hadn't adequately completed any other implementation steps. The Benefits Admin implementations were poorly managed, with the manager often ghosting us after receiving employee data, providing no help in completing the setup or answering questions. The global benefits setup was delayed by two months beyond the go-live date because they were building out the function live without informing us, making us think there were just bugs to fix. Support from account managers and technical account managers was lacking, as they rarely responded to messages, and we've already had two of each since going live two months ago. Overall, honestly, so much has gone wrong that I can't even list it all.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is terrible and complicates my day with management issues. Implementation was a mess, and support is unreliable. Global benefits were delayed, and communication was poor.

I really appreciate how simple it is to manage contractors and handle invoice submission forms. The document storage is also straightforward and easy to understand, so nothing ever gets lost. I can quickly access payroll data from a few years back, which makes everything very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling is great at everything! I have both an admin and a contractor account, and switching between the two is easy. Nothing ever lags, and the overall experience feels smooth and reliable.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use it for payroll questions, submitting invoices (I really hate having to write those out manually), and accessing documentation when I need it. Oh and of course timekeeping, the best one in the industry

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I think the ease and portability of having everything integrated into one platform is great on Rippling. Before, I had to issue and send by email to the company, and they would return to me by email with the payment status. I also had to worry about currency conversion, but now they do everything on one platform. It is very valuable to have everything in one place, as it makes it simpler to resolve any payment issues, both for me and for the company. The company approves my invoices on the platform, the payment goes to Rippling, and they return the payment to me in the correct currency, just for me to withdraw to my bank account.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the issue with the withdrawal could be better. I make the withdrawal, and the amount takes a little longer to be credited to my account, which is the most time-consuming process. It would be good if they could speed up or improve this issue a bit.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves invoicing and payments from the start. I don't need to send them manually, and they convert dollars to reais directly. Everything is done on an integrated platform, making the process easier.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling to organize my work time, time off, and receive my pay. It solves the back end of my work management so I don't need to think about where I'll receive or ask for my pay or which platform to organize my time. It's so easy to use Rippling because the dashboard is very intuitive, showing which category to go to without navigating through all the menus. I like the tasks feature because it displays what I should do at the moment without having to go through all the pages. It has a very good UI and is very user-friendly. The tasks feature includes a feed of what needs doing for the company I'm working for, whether it's documents they need or vice versa. The initial setup is hassle-free, just placing your details and information without much fluff. I definitely recommend Rippling, rating it a 10 out of 10.

Maybe more features like project management but I am not sure if it will be the right tool for it.

It is overall very easy to use, very intuitive, we had another software and this was an upgrade

Actually, I haven’t had any issues so far. It has everything we need. In the future, it might be great to be able to request vacation ahead of time, because sometimes you want to request days for December, for example, and you can’t since you don’t have the days accumulated yet—even though you will by then.

Its letting us request days off without too much steps, its very easy and handy for someone busy

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The interface is very user-friendly. Everything you do on Rippling is communicated to you via email (for example, when your invoice is approved, when your payment is going to be received, and any login attempts). I also felt very protected and secure on the platform, as the security measures are very tight. Another highlight was my first experience with customer support, which was amazing: I had a small issue with my birthdate, and it was fixed very quickly—on the same day.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My only feedback for Rippling is to merge the payroll and HR functions into a single, more unified experience. Right now, the values I’ve received from my employer are shown in HR (under the contractor hub), but it would make more sense for that information to be located under “My Pay” instead.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I live in Brazil and my employer is American, Rippling helps a lot with multi-country payroll. It automatically converts the amounts into my local currency, and I can easily manage how much I want to withdraw, when to withdraw it, and which bank account I want to receive the money in.

I use Rippling to see my current benefits conveniently in one place, as well as my pay and tax information. I like how easy it is to use. It was awesome to use it when I was onboarded as a new hire and everything was really smooth. Rippling allowed me to view and sign the paperwork in one place, which was really valuable when I was first hired. I was on vacation when I was hired and didn't want to spend a lot of my vacation time working on paperwork, and Rippling made it really fast and easy. I have it linked to my Slack and Gmail, so it notifies me about any changes that happen or anything I need to do in Rippling. The initial setup was very easy and very quick for me.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is truly and all-in-one solution for our business. We were looking for a platform that would be one site for our employees to go for their payroll, HR folder, performance management, benefits selections (to include FSA accounts). After years of searching and demoing different sites, we discovered Rippling and it has lived up to everything that we were told during the demo. This platform truly is a all-in-one solution for our HR functions. The amount of details and information held within this platform is amazing and the fact that every product talks to each other is integral for our small HR department. We do not have to worry about adding the same information to multiple modules. With Rippling, we enter a piece of data into their system 1 time and each module that uses that data has access to it. The integrations between the benefits module and payroll is seamless. The same can be said about the integration between payroll and our accounting software, QuickBooks Online Advanced. The implementation team was wonderful throughout our entire implementation process of all of the products we purchased. Each product has their own implementation manager who is an expert of that product and is able to hold our hands through all of the set up and first run of benefits and/or payroll.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While the UI is very intuitive and the system is easy to use and navigate, there is a learning curve to remembering where all of the settings are and where certain data lives. In general, if you go to the specific employee's profile you can access all of their points of data. During the initial set up phase it can seem overwhelming when remembering where a setting is housed or how to change something. The Help Center is very detailed and has helped me many times to find where to go to make changes.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is providing us with 1 site for our employees to navigate to where they can find all of their HR related information: HR folder, documents, payroll, benefits, FSA/HSA, performance management, etc. Our previous platform had several issues with administering our FSA benefit and struggled with submitting our payroll taxes to the tax agencies correctly and on time. With Rippling excelling in these areas, it is reducing the amount of time our small HR team is having to troubleshoot and solve issues for our employees.

Rippling’s overall ease of use and guided setup stand out the most. The system is intuitive without sacrificing depth, and payroll in particular is streamlined in a way that makes reviews quick and practical. The ability to sort, filter, and easily access the payroll journal significantly reduces review time. The AI support chat is also a major improvement compared to legacy providers (ADP/Paycom/etc.), as it allows for quick answers to detailed questions without long support delays.

As a newer-generation platform, Rippling relies more on scheduled support and self-service resources rather than immediate phone-based support. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it could be a learning curve for users who are less comfortable navigating modern, tech-forward systems.

Rippling simplifies HRIS configuration and compliance while significantly reducing payroll processing and review time. Processes that previously took hours in ADP or Paycom can now be completed much more efficiently. Improved visibility, intuitive workflows, and readily available AI support allow issues to be identified and resolved quickly.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like the easy user platform Rippling offers. At first, I wasn't sure how to use the timesheet tool and had to ask a coworker, but it's really easy to go in, find where to submit hours, and navigate. Whenever I'm looking for something, like a document for personal reference, I always check Rippling first before going to other work databases. It's also easy to see the hierarchy within the company, showing my boss and my boss's boss clearly. Once I got the hang of it, submitting timesheets became very easy, and I can even draft them for submission in advance.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

It could be easier to get to the timesheet portion. That's how we submit our hours. But once I got the hang of it, I was able to submit them very easily and even submit two weeks in advance. Other than that, it's a very user-friendly platform.

Rippling helps me track work hours and overtime, review past paychecks, and access tax documents and other reports. It simplifies onboarding tasks and offers easy access to company information.

Sometimes it's hard to track down who you're supposed to talk to for support on different topics because Rippling provides so many services. It can take time to get to the right person. I also found that Rippling updates their interface fairly frequently. So, if I make an instruction guide for one of our contractors or employees or even myself, by the time I share it, the features on Rippling have already changed - the buttons are labeled differently, the menu categories are different. I find that it's updated frequently enough that it's hard for us to create support materials around the system.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solved our issues with inaccurate tax filings and allowed us to hire outside the United States. It enables our contractors to submit expenses for reimbursement and helps manage full-time employees.

One feature I appreciate is the ability to move a payroll correction back to draft or archive it by myself in seconds without having to wait for a support ticket. I'm also impressed with the interview assistant AI, which records candidate interviews and writes a summary, allowing me to focus more on the person rather than taking notes. Additionally, the initial setup of Rippling was fairly easy, taking us less than a month to connect each module, activate payroll, and comply with various countries' laws and tax regulations. The data mapping is plug and play, enabling us to move our 100 employees' data from our old system with zero error. The one-click compliance to automatically check and flag any mistake or error that we have when setup the policy.

The app sometimes asks me to log in again too often, which can be annoying when I am busy. If I am idle for more than 10 minutes, the system will kick me out from the platform and need to log in again.

The thing that I like the most about Rippling is its unique unified spend and device management. I love that when we hire a new person, the automation will automate the order of a work laptop for them and set up a virtual credit card with a spend limit. I also really like the new Replay AI that I can use to search information, like which department is spending the most on travel or what they are doing. It gives me a comprehensive report in a second. It also solve the global wages payment to pay remote workers from different countries and handling all the tax and laws issues.

I think customer support by Rippling is based on how big of account we have with them. We are a very small company, only around 20 people, and the only method to connect with them is using the live chat.  Mediums like live phone call or email to contact their customer support only available for higher and bigger company.

The level of support has been outstanding! Truly night and day compared to our previous HR/payroll provider. The implementation experience was equally exceptional, and having a true one-stop platform that consolidates HR, payroll, international contractors, benefits, and retirement has been invaluable. Rippling has been a game changer in helping me efficiently manage three separate companies across multiple states and five countries. The platform has significantly reduced operational complexity and given me confidence that nothing is falling through the cracks.

At this point, I have not experienced any significant downsides to using Rippling. If I were to note one consideration, it would be that Rippling’s pricing is higher than some of its competitors. However, Rippling clearly positions itself as a premium service, and in our experience, the value delivered has fully justified the cost. The platform, level of support, and overall execution have met, and exceeded, our expectations, and Rippling has delivered on its promises.

Honestly, what I like best about Rippling is how well everything just works. I don't have to jump between different tools or chase down information — payroll, benefits, onboarding, it's all in one place and it actually runs smoothly. For me, that reliability makes a huge difference in my day-to-day. When a platform does what it promises without constant hiccups, that's already a win.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

One thing I think Rippling could improve is how information is organized. The platform has a lot of features, which is great, but sometimes it feels like too much is happening at once and it's hard to know where to look. I've found myself clicking through multiple menus just to find something simple. A cleaner layout or a better way to surface the most relevant information upfront would go a long way — especially for new users who are still getting used to the system.

Before Rippling, managing HR, payroll, and IT meant juggling multiple tools that never really talked to each other. Data had to be updated in several places, things fell through the cracks, and simple tasks like onboarding a new hire took way longer than it should. Now when something changes — a new hire, a promotion, someone leaving — it all updates automatically across payroll, benefits, and IT access. That alone saves a lot of time and removes a lot of room for human error.

I really like most of Rippling's features. I can easily view and control the information. I use Rippling to clock in and out of work, which helps the company measure worked time and hours, keeping a good rhythm to receive my pay. I love being able to see valuable information from across the organization, and the flexibility to decide how to receive my money, whether through bank transfer or cryptocurrency. I also like that the platform is very easy to use and visually friendly for clocking in and out.

The only thing I don't love is that sometimes it does take a long time for the deposit to go through, which is a bit inconvenient. I feel that the commission they charge could be a little less.

The system is intuitive and easy to navigate. I can accomplish most of what I need without heavy workarounds.
It serves as a reliable source of truth for employee data, especially with the flexibility of custom fields.
Anything we choose to track can be built into the system and is fully reportable, which is a major advantage.
The platform is highly flexible, and I have been able to push its capabilities to meet our needs.
Rippling has evolved significantly over time, and it’s clear there is strong investment in R&D and ongoing improvements.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Some features, especially within performance management, could be more customizable and flexible. There’s also limited control over the employee experience, such as not being able to set “the feed” as the default landing page. In addition, key functionality is locked behind Pro versions, which is frustrating when you expect it to be included. The differences between the Core and Pro tiers were not clearly communicated during the sales process, and discovering these feature limitations during training (rather than upfront) was disappointing and affected our implementation planning.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to consolidate down to one solution from 8 separate contracts/vendors which was a HUGE win. We no longer have multiple contracts to maintain and pay, and our information is now all in one place! We are also now able to automate what used to be manual tasks, so we are more efficient and our data is accurate/real-time.  The new hire onboarding process from recruiting to offer to the first day has been seamless. Many of our new hires have mentioned how impressive and easy onboarding has been.

Rippling is a very "deep" system that provides a ton of options for tailoring it to our needs. As a nonprofit that relies primarily on grant funding, it can be difficult for payroll systems to provide all the integrations and mappings that we require.  Rippling met that need and has continued to impress!  We were able to map not only our classes in QBO, but also our projects! This provided a way for us to keep up with grant-tracking via project without manual entries - something other non-QBO payroll systems could not do.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There are a couple of enhancements that we hope Rippling will release soon.  One - we need a way to download pdf copies of timesheets, including the hours worked by day and project, the signature of the employee, and that it has been approved.  Currently, we have to download screenshots and save them as pdfs.  This is a true need of ours, as we have to provide signed timesheets to our grant-funders.
Also, we need the ability to map hours worked to projects in QBO.  While payroll costs are automatically posted to projects (which is fantastic!), the hours worked are not.  As it is now, I have to export the hours from Rippling, copy/paste the raw data into a "staging" spreadsheet and run macros to get the information ready for QBO, and then use QBO's spreadsheet sync to upload the hours manually into QBO.  This takes a lot of time.  It would be super helpful if, like the payroll costs, hours worked could be mapped as well.
In Rippling Spend/Finance, we LOVE the ability to pay mileage.  However, there isn't an option for also paying per diem.  We would love to see this functionality added to Rippling soon!

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling has streamlined our hiring/onboarding process, and it has also helped us with mapping the payroll system to our accounting system.  We also use Rippling for the Spend/Finance tasks, which has been SUPER helpful!  Prior to Rippling, our Finance Director spent hours (if not days) manual entering JEs for PTO/Holiday pay in payroll. All the notifications are annoying, and I think making the notification settings easier to navigate would help.

The User Interface is so smooth, the displays are easy to read, easy to navigate, and the best part - it's a positive and fun software! The communications have an uplifting vibe that actually makes notifications fun.  As a former HR department employee, I really appreciate that aspect for our company, even though I'm just a user doing a different role, I appreciate the positive vibe and easy to use solution. Best pay/HR solution I've ever used in my 25 years of using software like this as an employee.

I love how everything is organized. The timesheets and hours are easy to use, and I can edit them if needed. The app is simple to navigate, and it keeps me quickly informed about any assignments added to my account.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While I like that you have to be on-site to clock in, I’d really appreciate having the option to clock out off-site if I accidentally forget. I commute about 18 miles to work from northern Denver down to eastern Aurora, and after a 12-hour shift it can be really difficult to turn around and drive back just to correct a missed clock-out.

The new AI feature is a game changer when it comes to reporting. I am also getting comfortable with the data cloud and see a lot of potential to help with our analytics!

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While Rippling leads in many areas of functionality, there are still times when we have to find workarounds for the “easy” things. We also added so many features so quickly that, when something doesn’t work, we end up spending a lot of time troubleshooting and tracking down the root cause.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting, integrations, compliance. The AI functionality allows me to run a query and continue working on other things simultaneously. Whereas before I would have to take time to run and rerun reports just to manipulate the data!
