## Rippling Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless Payment Management, Needs More Payout Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad I. | Senior Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like the payment transparency with Rippling. I can easily see when a payment was processed, the amount, and I can download a record of it instantly. The onboarding simplicity also stands out. Setting up my contractor profile, payment details, documents, and agreements was all completed within the platform, and it was all done in one session. The initial setup was well guided, nothing felt ambiguous, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I'd rate the setup experience a solid 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Withdrawal flexibility is the main one for international contractors. The payment method options depend heavily on your region, as a contractor based in Pakistan, the choices are more limited compared to what contractors in US or Europe. Wise is not supported as direct payout. Payoneer is absent as well.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves payment reliability and organization issues for me, offering transparency in payments and simplifying onboarding to manage my profile and documents easily.

 ### 2. Transformative Mobile HR Solution for Field Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hashim K. | HR Assistant 2, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love the mobile apps. They're genuinely usable and not stripped down, which is great for our reps who need the full functionality on the go. Submitting receipts by photographing them on the spot is a huge plus compared to losing paper piles in cars. The integration with our expenses and mileage tracking is especially valuable. Our reps' mileage flows into reimbursement smoothly without manual input. The apps stay responsive rather than timing out even when our reps log in from various regions on cellular connections, which was a real concern initially.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Cost is where I stay cautious because our headcount is large, and per head pricing across that many reps adds up quickly. I had to demonstrate that the improvement in expense accuracy and reduced manager overhead actually justifies the cost. The AI assistant is fine for reps asking quick policy questions from the road, but anything specific to their territory or nonstandard expense situations still ends up needing a real person. So it hasn't fully taken the load off our team.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps field reps handle expenses, time off, and personal details from their phones, solving HR process disconnects. The mobile app integration enhances usability, making adoption easier and reducing managers' overhead as middlemen.

 ### 3. Streamlines Offboarding, Needs Cost Justification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baharom I. | Operation Coordinator, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate Rippling's ability to automatically revoke access across every connected system as soon as someone is marked as departed. This feature streamlines what used to be a checklist nightmare and significantly reduces the risk of security holes. I also find the audit record updates particularly valuable, as they allow me to show exactly when access was revoked without relying on memory or ticket reconstructions, which is crucial during security reviews. The breadth of app integration is impressive, reaching into even the small SaaS apps where forgotten accesses tend to linger. This app integration is what makes the system truly effective. The support during the setup phase was genuinely helpful, especially in identifying integrations we hadn't initially considered, and this level of support has turned what was an afterthought into a reason for me to renew.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The cost is the usual sticking point, since the value here is preventing a problem that's invisible until it isn't. It's genuinely hard to put a dollar figure on a security incident that didn't happen, which makes justifying the spend to our leadership a challenge. I've leaned on the audit readiness angle more than pure cost savings to make the case. Also, I wish the platform could flag assets that don't match someone's current role, like those that should've been removed after a role change months ago. Drift detection isn't there yet, so periodic manual reviews are still on me.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling automates the offboarding process, saving me from the manual deactivations and security risks. It automatically revokes access across all connected systems, which used to take days, and helps immensely during security reviews with its comprehensive app integrations.

 ### 4. Seamless international payments for remote workers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabeel M. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The speed and reliability of the withdrawals are what I like most. Being in Pakistan and working for a US company, I used to worry about payment delays, but with Rippling, the funds arrive exactly when they’re supposed to. The interface is also very clean and easy to navigate compared to other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes the platform feels a bit 'heavy' because it has so many features and options I don't personally need as a contractor. It took me a few days to figure out exactly where every thing is.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the massive headache of international money transfers. It ensures that I get my hard-earned money without dealing with bank delays or complex paperwork. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my payroll is automated and secure, allowing me to just focus on my work rather than worrying about how I'll get paid.

 ### 5. Easy, Organized Employee Onboarding Hub with Built-In Document Signing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zuzanna I. | Counselor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling helps you collect information and documents from employees in an easy and organized way. It creates an information hub for them where they can also sign documents directly. Rippling also provides additional explanations for each item, which makes the completion process easier. Contracts, questionnaires, and information about payroll and taxes are all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

It's not possible to turn off notifications for individual threads, which means that if the document's completion date is incorrect, I end up receiving a lot of emails. Some documents are located in places that aren't intuitive.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of signing contracts remotely. It makes it easy and straightforward to build international teams and facilitates collaboration across different time zones.

 ### 6. Rippling’s Integrated Platform Enabling Operational Efficiency and Scalable Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agatha S. | Business Process Operation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling eliminates the need to manage multiple disconnected systems by consolidating HR, payroll, IT/device management, benefits, and finance into a single, integrated platform. This unified approach ensures that once an employee is onboarded, all related processes such as payroll setup, benefits enrollment, device provisioning, and access permissions are automatically coordinated without requiring manual intervention.

For growing organizations, this integrated data model and workflow automation significantly reduce the risk of human error, improve operational efficiency, and save valuable time. It also enables smoother scalability, allowing companies to expand their workforce and operations with greater consistency, control, and ease.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

A common concern with Rippling is its lack of pricing transparency. Although it provides a “starting at” price, the actual cost depends on the modules selected and typically requires contacting sales for a final quote. For smaller teams with basic needs, this add-on model may lead to paying for unused features, making the overall value less clear. This uncertainty can make it harder, especially for startups or budget-conscious businesses, to determine upfront whether Rippling is a worthwhile investment.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling addresses inefficiencies in employee onboarding and training by centralizing and automating key HR processes within a single platform. Traditionally, onboarding involves multiple systems, manual coordination, and inconsistent training delivery, which can lead to delays, errors, and a fragmented employee experience.

By streamlining these processes, Rippling enables faster, more structured onboarding and ensures that all employees receive consistent, role-specific training from day one. This not only reduces administrative burden but also accelerates time-to-productivity. As a result, teams can focus more on strategic work rather than operational tasks, while employees feel better supported, more engaged, and aligned with organizational goals from the outset.

 ### 7. Reliable Internal Comms, Seamless HR Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Takim H. | Internal Communication Specialist, Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I rely on Rippling heavily for ensuring that the right announcements, policy updates, and company news are communicated effectively to the relevant employee groups. It’s extremely helpful that this is tied directly to up-to-date organization and department data, so I don't have to maintain outdated lists manually. I like being able to segment communication by departments, location, or role using data that's already accurate. It makes targeted communication much easier than building custom lists from scratch. The integration with the rest of HR data provides real value for my role, letting me pull information from a shared source of truth. Performance has been reliable, even for company-wide announcements, with no issues of lag or failed deliveries when sending to large groups simultaneously. The setup was minimal for me, and support quickly answered my questions about audience editing, which made reaching the right employees far less error-prone.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling is not a dedicated internal communication platform, so I don't get features like engagement analytics or read receipts that purpose-built communication tools might offer. I've had to accept that as a real limitation that I can't configure around. Pricing is another area where I don't have full visibility since communications are just a small part of what the platform does for the company overall. I know the broader HR team has had to justify the full cost across several departments, not just mine. The AI assistant has not been useful for hand-drafting or refining announcement copy, which is something I was hoping for, but it's not really built for that.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for internal communication, ensuring the right announcements reach employees accurately using up-to-date data. It's reduced my manual tasks and errors, made targeting by departments easy, and integrates well with HR data, improving overall efficiency.

 ### 8. Reliable Compliance Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khairil A. | Documentation Controller, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I genuinely trust Rippling for our use case because of its documentation and audit trails. Every access change, role update, and certification record is timestamped, allowing for easy retrieval without needing to piece together stories from different sources. The integration with our compliance training vendor works well, automating the completion data flow rather than requiring manual spreadsheet uploads, which used to be a recurring source of error. The performance in pulling historical records has also been solid, even when regulators request documentation going back several years. Generating reports doesn't take long, regardless of the volume of records involved.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I would like for them to improve the pricing because it's something I have limited visibility into directly. It's a negotiated item at a level above documentation control, but the compliance-specific functionality does add real cost on top of the base platform. Justifying this cost has required pinpointing specific gaps it closed rather than a general consensus that it is useful. Also, the AI assistant has not been much help for anything documentation-specific. Financial service compliance has nuances around record retention requirements, and the assistant tends to give generic answers rather than anything tailored to our actual regulatory obligation. So I still rely entirely on my own knowledge and counsel for anything important.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to track employee certifications and compliance deadlines, closing gaps in our previous manual process. It automates reminders for deadlines and ties training completion directly to records, making compliance reviews with regulators reliable.

 ### 9. Effortless Shift Management, Saves Hours Weekly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacek Z. | Managing Director, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling has significantly organized what was once a messy process for me. Centralizing shifts and automating schedule changes have been incredibly helpful, cutting down manual errors and saving me hours each week from resolving scheduling conflicts manually. It lets me confirm staffing for events quickly without the need to chase people over calls and messages. I always know who's on the floor instead of second-guessing a spreadsheet. Shift swaps and sick calls manage themselves, so I'm not stuck on the phone trying to track people down. The automation and swaps save me hours I used to spend rebuilding schedules, as the system handles changes and informs the right people without me being the middleman. The SMS alerts are also a huge benefit during events, ensuring staff receives instant updates when schedules shift. Additionally, the initial setup for management was effortless.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My one complaint is how much it depends on a stable internet connection. At some of our venues, coverage can be unreliable, and when the signal drops, so does our access to live schedules. In this line of work, not knowing who's stationed where at a critical moment is more than an inconvenience, and for me that's a real weakness.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to centralize and automate our scheduling, cutting manual errors and saving hours weekly. It provides shift swaps and SMS alerts, enabling fast, reliable staffing decisions without constant phone calls.

 ### 10. Simple, Reliable HR Tool for Everyday Employee Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh C. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

As a software employee, I’ve been using Rippling mainly to access my official documents, payslips, and handle basic HR-related tasks, and overall my experience has been very positive.

The platform is straightforward and easy to navigate. I can log in and quickly find my payslips, tax documents, and personal details without having to dig through multiple sections. Everything feels clearly organized, which saves time and reduces confusion, especially during important moments like salary credits or when documents need to be submitted.

One thing I genuinely appreciate is the consistency. I’ve rarely run into issues when accessing the system, and documents are usually updated on time. That reliability matters when you’re depending on it for salary information and official records.

That said, from an employee perspective I only use a limited set of features, so I can’t fully speak to the more advanced HR or admin functionality. Still, it would be helpful to have clearer notifications or reminders whenever new documents are uploaded.

Overall, Rippling does what I need as an employee: easy access to payslips and official records through a clean, dependable interface. It’s a practical tool for day-to-day HR needs, without adding unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While my overall experience with Rippling has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved from an employee perspective.

One of the main issues is the lack of clear notifications. At times, new payslips or documents are uploaded without a strong or noticeable alert, so I end up having to manually check the platform to see what’s new. More reliable notification and reminder options would make this much more convenient.

In addition, some parts of the platform feel limited or not very transparent for employees. For instance, the payslip view could offer clearer explanations and more detailed breakdowns, especially for anyone who wants to fully understand deductions or different salary components.

There are also moments when navigation feels a bit confusing, particularly when I’m trying to locate options I don’t use often. The core features are straightforward, but going beyond them isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

Overall, these aren’t major issues, but addressing them would improve the user experience and make the platform even more employee-friendly.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps address several common HR challenges by centralizing employee-related tasks into a single platform, and it has made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day experience as a software employee.

One major issue it solves is scattered information. In many companies, payslips, tax documents, and personal records end up spread across emails or multiple systems. With Rippling, everything is available in one place, so I can quickly find and access important documents whenever I need them, without having to rely on HR.

It also cuts down on delays and manual steps. Previously, employees often had to request documents or wait for HR to respond. Now I can download my payslips directly or review my details instantly, which saves time and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth communication.

 ### 11. Rippling Streamlines HR with Intuitive, Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling makes HR easy by combining onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee records in one platform. I regularly use it for payroll and onboarding, and the automated workflows, e-signatures, and benefits syncing save time and reduce errors. It’s intuitive, efficient, and cuts down on administrative work significantly.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

If I had to note a downside, it would be that Rippling has a lot of features, so there can be a bit of a learning curve at first. Some settings and workflows take time to fully understand, especially for new users. Additionally, because it’s such an all‑in‑one platform, certain advanced features may feel more than what a very small team needs right away—but overall, that depth becomes a benefit as you grow.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling automates paperwork, e‑signatures, tax forms, benefits enrollment, and even device setup. This reduces manual work, speeds up day‑one readiness, and helps ensure nothing is missed when employees join or leave.

 ### 12. Centralizes HR Processes with Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kadambari S. | Customer Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for HR-related processes and like how it keeps everything centralized on one platform. It includes convenient onboarding and user management features that reduce manual work. I appreciate the automation capabilities and overall ease of managing employee information. Once familiar with the advanced features, the platform becomes efficient and time-saving. It's cost-effective and simplifies processes like salary withdrawal through easy automation. The initial setup was very easy, only needed a few details and was approved within an hour, going smooth since. Rippling has streamlined our HR processes significantly and makes life easier.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I'm new to this Rippling platform. I'm still exploring the features of it.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for HR processes, centralizing everything on one platform. It includes onboarding and user management, reducing manual work. It's a one-stop solution for HR tasks, making data and report access easy for everyone.

 ### 13. Rippling - easy to use platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vedasarayu D. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is like go to stop for all the people in our company. Some event need to be organized, go to rippling and create survey. Some opinions need to be taken by employees, and the only option our HR can think is rippling. Rippling kind off makes things easier for HR to collect responses from everyone in our firm.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling is good as it is. I feel there is nothing it can improve. Hmm, Maybe UI can be more colourful. I use to think that rippling login process could be more easier. By I found out it is important to keep those all steps to ensure safety

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves a big problem for the HR team by making everything related to Absence management automated.

 ### 14. Essential for Remote Device Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihsan M. | Event Coordinator, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I find the device inventory view genuinely useful because I can see at a glance which employee has a piece of equipment without cross-referencing a separate spreadsheet, which used to be how we did it before. Integration with our device management software has worked well too, since new laptops arrive preconfigured with the right security settings and software already installed before they reach the employee. This helps a lot when nobody is coming into an office to set things up in person. Performance has been steady even as our headcount has grown. The inventory stays accurate and responsive rather than becoming harder to manage as we scale. It's really easy for us to check the inventory and know the status of every device, either if it's with an employee or in storage. This way, we don't have issues with missing devices anymore.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Pricing for the device management piece adds to the overall platform cost. Since we are a fully remote company where these features carry more weight for us than it might for an office-based company, I have to make the case that it's not just nice to have but generally core to how we operate, which took more convincing than I expected. The AI assistant has not offered much for IT-specific hardware questions. I was hoping for something that could help predict when equipment might need replacement based on usage patterns, but that proactive insight is not something the platform currently offers.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to simplify hardware management for our remote team. It automates device shipping during onboarding, tracks equipment via employee records, and provides a clear offboarding process, reducing manual coordination and equipment loss.

 ### 15. Streamlined HR Management, Needs Pricing Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khairil N. | Customer Success Manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that the manager view is laid out in a way that doesn't require any training to use. Everything I need for my direct reports is right there without digging through menus or needing admin help, which is handy since I'm not on the system all day. The integration with our performance review cycles has been effective, automatically routing reminders and approval steps to me without needing to track employee statuses manually. The day-to-day performance is fine, with nothing feeling slow while checking direct report information or approving requests.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think they need to improve the transparency of the pricing. It's not something I'm directly involved in, but from what I've heard secondhand, it's a real conversation issue during renewal. Leadership has debated whether the managers' self-service features are worth the overall cost. Additionally, while the AI assistant is helpful for simple things like reminding me of a policy detail before approving a request, I still end up needing to call HR directly for more nuanced situations, like borderline PTO edge cases, rather than trusting the AI's answer.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling streamlines people management for me by showing all necessary team info directly, reducing HR emails. It lets me approve tasks myself, saving time spent on unnecessary HR coordination.

 ### 16. Streamlined Compliance with Reliable Audit Trails

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip A. | Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like Rippling's audit log feature; it's detailed enough to satisfy auditors without having to explain gaps or reconstruct timelines from memory. The integration with various apps we use company-wide makes the access side of compliance genuinely reliable, as revocation happens automatically the moment someone is marked as terminated, which is better than relying on IT to remember to manually disable accounts across different tools. Performance-wise, pulling historical records has been solid; generating a report going back a couple of years doesn't take long even though it's acquiring a fair amount of historical data.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Pricing is something I only partially own since it is a shared cost across HR, IT, and compliance. But from a pure compliance ROI standpoint, the value is real even though it is hard for me alone to justify the full platform cost since much of it functions outside my department. And for the AI assistant, it hasn't been much help for compliance-specific needs. I would like something that could proactively flag access anomalies or unusual permission changes with investigation. But for now, that kind of data detection is not part of what it offers today. So I think they need to improve and give us that option in the next updates or in the near future.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes compliance management easy by directly linking access control to employment changes, providing automatic timestamps, and reducing the audit documentation process from days to hours. It ensures reliable compliance with its detailed audit logs and integration across company-wide apps.

 ### 17. Integrative Efficiency with Room for Pricing Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmeed H. | Administrator Coordinator 3, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really enjoy using Rippling's reporting interface because it makes it simple to analyze workforce costs by department or location without needing to build custom reports from scratch. The integration between HR and payroll adds real value, as compensation changes, new hires, and terminations automatically flow into the numbers. This automation saves me from manually updating forecasts. Rippling's performance is solid, even when pulling reports across the entire employee database, allowing me to quickly respond to my boss's questions in meetings. The setup from the finance side was pretty light, as most heavy configurations were already in place. Support was helpful with historical data queries. Overall, workforce cost reporting now reflects reality rather than outdated copies.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Things that need some revision include the pricing and ROI, which are a little harder to isolate for their specific use case, particularly since we are already paying for the broader HR platform. Additionally, the assistant hasn't been particularly useful from a finance perspective, as it leans toward answering employee HR questions rather than anything related to forecasting or budget analysis, leaving that gap still filled by our own modeling work.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Rippling, I pull real employee data into budgeting, eliminating manual spreadsheet updates, and ensuring workforce cost reports reflect reality. The setup was light, and reporting is easy without the need for custom builds.

 ### 18. Effortless Onboarding, Though Watch Costs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan P. | Project Engineer, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like the onboarding checklist view in Rippling. It lets me see exactly where every new hire stands with IT access and paperwork without having to ping multiple people to check the status. The integration with our device management and identity provider is also a huge plus, as laptops get reconfigured and accounts are created automatically based on someone's role, without IT needing to manually do it. Device management handles everything automatically, which is incredibly useful. The onboarding checklist assembles everything needed, like a new account, software, or laptop, before new hires even start their first day. Support was also great during the setup phase, helping us think through edge cases like remote hires needing equipment shipped.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The pricing scales with our growth, which makes the monthly cost go up, and I have to keep justifying the spend even though the time savings are obvious to those familiar with our old processes. The assistant is decent for basic policy documents, but it doesn't handle our specific onboarding steps, resulting in questions that go beyond generic HR topics still ending up in our inboxes.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling automates new hire onboarding, ensuring equipment, system provisioning, and paperwork are ready before their first day. It saves time and improves first impressions by eliminating waiting for accounts and devices. The onboarding checklist and device management integration streamline the process, minimizing manual IT tasks.

 ### 19. Streamlined Benefits Administration, Needs Pricing Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mallianda E. | Human Resource Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really appreciate Rippling's clear enrollment interface, which allows most employees to complete their selections without needing help from HR, a big change from the confusing emails we used to deal with each year. The integration with our insurance carrier works smoothly, with election information flowing through automatically, saving us from having to manually enter data into a separate carrier portal. Performance is solid, too, even during busy enrollment periods when many employees are logging in and making selections at the same time, without the system slowing down or timing anyone out.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

What I don't like is with their pricing for the benefits module. Specifically, it felt like a harder sell internally than the core HR platform, since it is an added cost on top of what we're already paying. Improving the ROI required pointing to the actual hours of manual reconciliation work it eliminated rather than more obvious dollar figures. The AI assistant is fine for answering simple benefits questions employees have, like plan deadlines or basic coverage details, but it struggles once someone has queries that depend on the specifics of our particular plan design. Those questions usually land back on our team.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling simplifies open enrollment, reducing manual reconciliation and chasing employees. Employees can complete enrollment in a guided flow, and selections sync with carriers automatically, saving our team significant time.

 ### 20. User-Friendly Payroll Solution for Contractors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diosal Marie L. | Insurance Inside Sales Agent (Direct), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I find Rippling user-friendly, which is great for me as an independent contractor. It's really easy to navigate, especially when tracking my working hours. I also like its features for contact management and workflow organization, which help me stay organized and manage day-to-day operations. The initial setup was very easy too. Overall, it's been a convenient tool for my work, particularly for independent contractors.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I don’t think there are any issues so far. Everything has been good up to this point, and I haven’t run into any problems at all.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is user-friendly and convenient, especially for tracking time and managing payroll for independent contractors. It aids in contact management, workflow organization, and resolving pay disputes quickly, helping me navigate daily tasks efficiently.

 ### 21. Streamlined Software License Management, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talha A. | Project Coordinator 1, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really enjoy using the dashboard because it shows app usage across the organization, which is genuinely useful. I can see at a glance which licenses are sitting idle without needing separate admin panels for every single tool we pay for. The integration with the apps themselves has been strong too, as most of our common SaaS tools connected without much custom work. Access gets granted or revoked automatically as part of onboarding and offboarding rather than requiring IT personnel to do it manually. Overall, it has provided us with real visibility into software spend that we didn't realize or have before.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Pricing is worth watching closely because, while visibility into license waste is valuable, the module that enables this level of checking adds to the overall cost. This means I have to calculate the ROI by weighing the software savings against what we are paying for the added functionality. Also, the AI assistant hasn't been particularly helpful for this specific use case. I was hoping for something that could proactively recommend which licenses to cut based on usage patterns, but it still requires me to review the data manually.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to manage software licenses, reducing waste by automatically revoking unused apps. It offers clear app usage visuals, helping us decide on renewals and cut costs. Its integration with our SaaS tools makes onboarding and offboarding seamless by automating access management.

 ### 22. Support That Truly Listens and Keeps Us Going

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg T. | Director Of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The Support Rep is literally the only reason that we continue to use this as she actually listens to me when something breaks as opposed to mimicking my frustrations. Doing Time cards is pretty straight forward. Glad it didn’t crash today because my laptop keyboard is sticky and I’m already at my limit with all of the clicking. Employees haven’t complained about using the App.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The System seems archaic. There are far too many reporting options being dumped on your lap. You cannot even look at a report until after you download the entire document which is extremely frustrating. There are service tabs on my Dashboard that we do not purchase. They simply take up real estate. To see the standard Vacation Policy I have to click on five different areas.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just pays My People. Tracks time cards so we no longer need paper and also new hire on-boarding forms are completed online by them. Helps us from messing up ACA Compliance Stuff. It stores Employee Files in one place and overall works okay for what it is.

 ### 23. Streamlined HR and Payroll Processes with Rippling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennyfer T. | Collections Repricing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like most about Rippling is its all-in-one platform that simplifies HR, payroll, and employee management. The automation and user-friendly interface help save time and improve workflow efficiency. I also appreciated how organized and easy to navigate the platform is, which helps streamline and makes managing employee-related processes more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Some features can take time to learn at first, and occasional system delays or navigation issues can affect efficiency. Improving customization options and simplifying certain workflows would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling streamlines and centralizes employee management processes like payroll, time tracking, benefits, and onboarding. It reduces manual work and improves efficiency with its all-in-one platform and user-friendly interface, making management tasks more efficient.

 ### 24. Streamlines HR Tasks But Needs Better Reporting Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique A. | Digital Records Clerk, Sports, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love how tightly the Time and Attendance module integrates with the rest of the platform, as it eliminates the need to stitch together records after the fact. The mobile app is a big plus because our staff can log their hours and leave requests directly, keeping the record clean from the start. It's also great that onboarding paperwork, signed agreements, and leave histories are stored in one indexed place, which simplifies audit requests because the trail is already there. Rippling has made a lot of my work more efficient by significantly reducing manual re-entry errors.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The reporting tool is thorough, but building a custom view is not something you pick up on first acquaintance, and I spent a fair while finding my footing before I could pull the historical extracts I am regularly asked for. Retrieving older records for a specific location can also take more digging than it ought to. Support responses drag during busier periods as well, which is inconvenient when a record needs correcting promptly. Saved report templates for the extracts we pull repeatedly would spare me rebuilding the same view from scratch, and a clearer way to filter historical records by location and date range, rather than working through several layers of options, would make retrieval far quicker when someone needs a document at short notice.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Rippling eliminates manual re-entry and discrepancies in records, centralizes onboarding paperwork, and integrates seamlessly with timekeeping systems, keeping my records clean. It makes audit trails readily available, improving my accuracy and efficiency.

 ### 25. Facilitate Comprehensive Management for Contractors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian F. | Customer Support Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like the ease of access to various useful tools in Rippling, which make managing my contract very simple. With simple clicks, I can access company training, review payment dates, manage payments, and view the terms of my contract. I also appreciate the multiple alternatives for transferring my salary to different international platforms, which facilitates financial management. Additionally, the ability to link additional applications like Google Calendar and Slack enhances my experience. The initial setup of Rippling was extremely easy, as I was guided step by step with continuous support in case of questions.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There is only one aspect I can think of that, while not negative, is not entirely to my personal liking: the transfer fees. Currently, I use the option that takes longer to avoid these fees, but in some emergencies, it is necessary to have a shorter time, yet the high fees make one reluctant to choose these options.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling organizes all the administrative aspects of my work as a contractor in one place. It resolves communication with the help team and offers options for managing my salary and linking foreign bank accounts.

 ### 26. Comprehensive Employee Management, Slightly Complicated UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Akshay M. | Annotator, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like how Rippling lets me store my documents and check my salary, and it's handy for requesting and managing my leave balance. It's also great for managing the software on my laptop with easy administrative access, which keeps everything running smoothly with software updates. I appreciate being able to check and download my pay slips and payroll anytime I want, and the onboarding process is super easy and quick with my company's email ID. Everything is automated, making setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The website is a little bit tricky to use. Whenever I have to put on leave or check my reports, I don't know where to go. It's a little confusing always, as there are multiple tools and dashboard things that I should be taking care of.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to store documents and IDs, check salary and leave balance, and manage software. It's handy to access and download pay slips anytime. Device management and encryption are helpful, with software updates ensuring my laptop stays current.

 ### 27. Rippling review — Director of Information Security, mid-sized SaaS company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha C. | Head of Information Security, Privacy and GRC

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

What I like most is that Rippling successfully brings HR and IT together in a single platform. I interact with it as an employee, a manager, and from an IT and security perspective, and it works well across all three.

As an employee, it's easy to find pay stubs, tax documents, benefits, and PTO requests, and the mobile app is polished and easy to use. As a manager, onboarding and approval workflows are streamlined, with tasks automatically assigned and much less coordination required between HR and IT.

From an IT and security standpoint, the employee lifecycle automation is the standout feature. Employee status changes can automatically trigger updates to identity, device management, and application access, making onboarding and especially offboarding much more consistent and reducing manual work.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling is a very broad platform, which is ultimately a strength, but it does mean implementation deserves thoughtful planning. It's worth investing time upfront to configure workflows, roles, and automations correctly so they align with your organization's processes.

Once everything is configured, the automation provides significant value, but organizations shouldn't expect to get the most out of the platform without spending time on the initial setup.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling replaces what would otherwise be multiple disconnected systems and manual checklists for HR and IT operations. Having the employee record serve as the source of truth means that onboarding, role changes, and offboarding can automatically drive identity provisioning, device management, and application access.

From a security and compliance perspective, that's a significant improvement because it reduces the risk of missed access changes and makes it much easier to demonstrate timely provisioning and deprovisioning during audits. Operationally, it also saves time by reducing manual coordination between HR, IT, and managers, allowing everyone to focus on higher-value work instead of administrative tasks.

 ### 28. Centralize and Automate with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mishell M. | Marketing Operations Manage- CCC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling brings everything together in a single platform, which makes processes simpler and faster. Automation saves a lot of time, especially in human resources and administration tasks. The platform is easy to use and very organized. It also works well integrating with other systems, helping to keep processes organized and efficient. The initial setup process is quite smooth and organized, even when some advanced configurations require a bit more time.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Although the experience has been good, I think some features could be more intuitive at first and certain settings take time to learn.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to manage payroll, benefits, and processes in one place. It helps me save time and reduce errors by centralizing and automating administrative tasks. It keeps information organized and accessible, thereby improving my team's efficiency.

 ### 29. User-Friendly and Efficient Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** amallan S. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

What I like most about Rippling is how user-friendly it feels, even though it’s managing some very complex processes behind the scenes. I appreciate products that make it clear what I need to do without making the experience feel overwhelming, and Rippling seems to strike that balance well. Bringing HR, IT, and payroll together in one platform makes everything feel more streamlined and intuitive for both employees and administrators. I also like how it reduces confusion and cuts down on manual work, which genuinely improves people’s day-to-day experience.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

So far, I honestly haven’t run into any major issues with Rippling. I’ve only been using it for about two months, but my experience has been smooth and I haven’t found any real difficulties yet. If anything, I think I’d need more time using it across different situations before I could give a fair critique.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves a few important day-to-day problems for me, especially around payroll, time calculation, and leave management. Instead of handling these processes separately or manually, everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to track and manage. For payroll, it helps make sure things are organized and accurate. For time calculation, it gives a clearer view of hours and reduces confusion. And for leave, it makes requesting or checking time off much more straightforward. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and gives me a clearer understanding of my information.

 ### 30. Streamlines HR and Payroll with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve T. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate Rippling's direct integration with our new accounting software, which saves us a lot of time by reducing manual time tracking, approvals, and data entry. I find its system fairly intuitive and robust, allowing for a lot of customization to fit any needs once you figure out the wording for things. The direct integration with QBO is better than past systems and is a huge bonus from an accounting perspective. I like the support and onboarding offered, as they are top-notch and help with the learning curve, allowing us to pick up the system quickly and configure it to perform best for our needs. I also appreciate that Rippling helps save staff hours from a processing standpoint and minimizes data input errors, freeing up our team to be more productive.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Nothing I'm unhappy about so far. We had a few oversights on our end in the planning stage, but their team has responded with support to correct this very quickly.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling saves us time by integrating with our accounting software, reducing manual tracking, and organizing employee information. It minimizes data entry errors and boosts productivity, and the support and onboarding make it easier to get started and customize to our needs.

 ### 31. Rippling Centralizes Shift Management with Powerful Automation and Real-Time Alerts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjay B. | Site Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling extensively to manage employee shifts. Before implementing the platform, time tracking was a complete mess, and I made numerous assignment errors; it was a constant headache not knowing exactly who was on duty. What I like most is how it centralizes everything in one place.

The automation is excellent: when someone requests a shift change, the system processes it and sends notifications automatically. This saves me a huge amount of manual work and really streamlines the management of employee data. Also, since my job demands a high level of responsibility, I greatly value its security features. It has a very efficient alert system that sends instant SMS notifications to potentially affected personnel, allowing me to react quickly and know where people are in critical moments.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

My only complaint is Rippling’s complete dependence on an internet connection. This worries me a lot: if something happens and staff don’t have a strong signal, or they’re in an area without coverage, access to the platform becomes a critical issue. In any emergency, not being able to view shifts or communicate in real time can put the team’s well-being at risk, and for me that’s a significant weakness.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Rippling is an extremely powerful platform that has transformed how we manage our staff. Its ability to centralize shifts and automate schedule changes has eliminated a major headache and reduced the manual errors we used to make. It’s an excellent tool for supporting our day-to-day operations.

 ### 32. Comprehensive HR Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwath S. | Senior Data Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that our company spends around $20 to $30 per employee per month for Rippling, which I find very cost-effective for a startup given the wide range of modules it includes, like HR management, Identity Access Management, and Mobile Device management, and global payroll. Rippling serves as a comprehensive platform for managing employees and operations. Their customer support is quite impressive; even if I log a request late, they respond promptly, often resolving issues within 24 hours via email or phone. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, especially during the onboarding phase, and the documentation and FAQ sections are really helpful. Payroll processing is consistently accurate, and employees get paid within the first week of the month, with notifications sent in advance. I've found the platform to be very stable without any bugs, and I appreciate the ability to customize modules and features based on the subscribed plan. The team is open to feature suggestions, which they review and implement when feasible. Overall, it provides excellent value for money for startups looking for an integrated HR, payroll, and IT management platform. Additionally, Rippling’s automation-driven workflows and centralized data enable smarter decision-making and reduce manual operational overhead. It has strong potential to further leverage AI for predictive insights, anomaly detection, and intelligent workforce analytics.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I don't feel any issue with Rippling apart from the integration complexity. It's not easily customizable, and sometimes I have to look into FAQs or talk with the customer team to do something.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for core HR payroll, identity access management, and mobile device management, benefiting from its comprehensive platform and excellent customer support. It's cost-effective and accurate, with timely payroll processing, customization options, and seamless setup. However, integration complexity can be an issue.

 ### 33. Rippling: Smooth Design & Navigation | Flawless Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier T. | Intake Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Having worked with platforms like Workday in the past, my experience over the last two months with Rippling has been outstanding. It stands out with its appealing color and design, a user‑friendly setup, fluent navigation, and well organized options that make reviewing data enjoyable. I think it integrates supporting apps perfectly if you are managing complex organizations and has operated flawlessly without a single loading or performance issue. Its security measures appear strong, potentially enhanced by AI driven safeguards that prevent bypassing incorrect information. Helpful prompts guide users through navigation and offer assistance with issues, with the initial demo providing clear support.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I have not encountered any areas of opportunity within the site.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes time tracking clear and reliable, while also providing money transfer options that have enabled international workers to access funds quickly.

 ### 34. Streamlined HR and Payroll Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett N. | Key Account Manager, Computer Hardware, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for Core HR, Payroll, and time management. It makes payroll a quick and seamless process and allows each employee to manage their time off without much interaction with managers. I really like the website and app, they're easy to navigate and the sections are well-documented. Any answers I need are right there at my fingertips. Scheduling time off used to be managed with at least two layers of management, but now it's as simple as visiting the Rippling website and submitting a request, often in under a minute. Having a single location to manage HR and time off was a big reason why we switched to Rippling. I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I wish my company would move our wellness reimbursement to Rippling instead of using Google Docs. One feature that would be helpful would be if Rippling could message me, say every other month, and ask if I have any time off requests coming up. Or remind me to use my PTO that will expire at the end of the year.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes payroll quick and seamless, lets employees manage time off easily, and centralizes HR and time off management in one place.

 ### 35. Easy to use, simple and practical even when on the go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rylie A. | Medical Nail Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

As a medical nail technician, Rippling makes it easy to manage my daily work tasks. The platform saves me time, keeps everything in one place, and helps ensure I get reimbursed accurately. Overall, it's user-friendly, reliable, and makes work administration much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

sometimes the page has been down but usually recovers quickly

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a medical nail technician, Rippling solves the hassle of tracking work hours, mileage, and reimbursements manually. Instead of dealing with paper forms or multiple systems, I can clock in and out, log my mileage, and submit reimbursement requests all in one place. This saves me time, keeps everything organized, and helps ensure I’m paid accurately and reimbursed quickly. Having these tools in a single, easy-to-use platform makes managing the administrative side of my job much more efficient.

 ### 36. Decent Platform for Straightforward Time/Payroll Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alphonse T. | Senior Manager, Global Communications, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is an all-in-one HR platform that my organization uses primarily for time and payroll management, with the possibility of exploring future expanded applications (such as hiring and talent management). It provides a pretty intuitive platform from the user side.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

From the user side, it does sometimes feel like it may be a platform that is trying to do "too much" with too many apps available at the same time, whereas it would benefit from maybe focusing on what it does better, like time and payroll. It would be nice to also offer integration with Microsoft products.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On the user side, it is making it easier to access payroll documents compared to our previous payroll provider. Tax forms and statements are easy to download and see in one place. Filing time sheets is also a bit more streamlines, particularly with billing towards projects being a more straightforward process. The addition of PTO requests is also an improvement on our previous service provider.

 ### 37. Clear Hiring Emails and a User-Friendly Interface That Makes Everything Easy to Find

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth S. | Online tutor educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love the fact that during my hiring process, Rippling would send emails to me with clear, concise directions on what needed to be completed, and WHEN they needed to be completed. I also very much appreciate the user-friendly interface where I can easily access anything I need (i.e., paystubs, etc.). The homepage is set up in a way that makes it easy to find and access what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I honestly haven't encountered any negatives at this point (been using it for past few months).

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my opinion, with Rippling handling all the HR/Payroll tasks, it has allowed the company I work for to focus solely on providing the services we are trained to do, what I feel is most important. Not to mention having a separate "space" from which to access all things "HR/payroll" related, makes it simpler from an employee standpoint.

I love the UI. And these pricing also very manageable.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

minimal issues.

I honestly do not see any major drawbacks in Rippling. However, as a small suggestion, there could be minor improvements in areas like customization options. Other than that I love Rippling.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the challenge of managing HR related documents and processes by bringing everything into one centralized platform. Instead of keeping employee records, contracts, payroll details, and other HR documents across multiple systems or files, Rippling keeps everything organized in one place. I love that.

This benefits me by saving time and reducing confusion. I can easily access the information I need without searching through different tools or documents. It also improves efficiency, ensures better organization, and helps avoid errors, making day to day tasks much smoother and more reliable. And see the hierarchy of the company. It give super easy mode to overseverity and drill down.

 ### 39. Smooth Interface, Highly Convenient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mieko P. | Scheduling Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I appreciate that Rippling's interface is really smooth, easy to manage, and digest. I never had problems using it, which is super nice. It also helps me stay stress-free, especially when dealing with payment stubs, as it's super easy to see and is valuable for my work process. The convenience of being able to cash out my salary and clock in using my phone rather than a laptop is a huge plus. The initial setup was pretty smooth for me as well; I just logged in with my work email, got a confirmation code, and the team briefed us on how to use it, making the experience easy. Overall, Rippling is pretty convenient due to its easy interface, and it's helpful for keeping track of clocking in and out, worked hours, and earnings. I definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I would love to cash out my salary on my phone so that I don't have to go on my laptop. It would make it more convenient for me. Just have the other essentials on your phone that's only accessible on the laptop for now.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to log my work hours easily with its smooth interface, helping me clock in and out stress-free. It's super convenient for viewing payment stubs and tracking earnings, improving my workflow. Access on my phone makes managing work processes simpler.

 ### 40. Streamlined Workforce Management, Some Support Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan V. | Warehouse Manager , Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling consolidates scattered admin and keeps my workforce running smoothly. The single dashboard for the whole operation is a turning point, letting me review team hours, keep employment paperwork in order, and handle approvals without jumping between systems. The onboarding flow won me over early, allowing new starters to get up and running without friction, especially during heavy seasonal periods. I also appreciate the reporting and analytics that offer a clear view of headcount, labor costs, and attendance patterns, which simplifies workforce planning when scaling staffing up or down as order volumes shift. The integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is also a valuable aspect, feeding labor costs and headcount figures directly into operational reporting and enabling visualization of staffing trends.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Configuring the custom workflow automations at the outset asks for patience and a fair commitment before everything clicks into place. My other reservation sits with support: when a genuine edge case surfaced in one of our processes, the first port of call was a stack of automated articles, and it took persistence to reach someone who could untangle it. The two areas I'd most like to see improved are the steep initial configuration of custom automations, which would benefit from clearer templates or a guided setup wizard to shorten the learning curve, and the support experience, where quicker routing to a live specialist for genuine edge cases would make a real difference when an unusual process issue needs resolving.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling consolidates scattered admin, eliminates multi-system slowdowns, smooths onboarding, and provides unified dashboards and reporting. It simplifies tracking hours, costs, and attendance, enhancing workflow and continuity in workforce administration.

 ### 41. Rippling Makes Time Tracking Easy with a Clear, All-in-One Timecard View

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaron L. | Engineering Validation Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling works well because it gives multiple ways to clock in and clock out. Personally I like to see my full timecard in one screen. It is also nice to not have to worry about logging in every time, or authentication issues. Generally it seems to have a very solid backend.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I don’t like that, occasionally, we can’t find certain trainings or the specific features we need. Maybe it’s because our company is still slowly transitioning to the system, but it often feels like there are features available that I just can’t locate when I need them. That said, I do like the idea of integrating Rippling with internal HR trainings and having a one-stop shop for all HR or company training.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an intern at a new company, rippling has offered valuable resources such as easy time - punching and the ability to track the company org chart. As I work to make the most of my internship, having the ability to search coworkers titles and functions as well as seniority has streamlined setting up interviews and pushing myself into more projects.

 ### 42. Intuitive Platform with Room for Speed Optimization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan N. | Business Development Supervisor & Co-Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love the Timesheet view, especially the new one, and the notifications tab that alerts me if my boss needs something. The mobile app is super neat and makes managing my time so easy. I find Rippling to be amazingly accommodating and easy-to-use, which streamlines my day-to-day work without having to worry about all the internals of getting paid. It functions as a one-stop-shop for me, centralizing everything from daily tracking to payroll. The incredibly clean UI makes it easy to keep track of my time, with the Timesheets view allowing me to see my breaks and net times very clearly. The initial setup was wonderfully quick, super straightforward, and I didn't encounter a single issue.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There have been a few occasions where my quick fingers hit "clock in" but for some reason there's latency and it loads for a little bit, and THEN it registers that I've clocked in. Before I knew this was happening there were a few cases where I thought I'd hit "clock in" but it didn't go through. I just think the app might be unnecessarily inefficient, especially with small things like that, at times, and this has caused a few headaches in the past.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling to track my time and manage HR info in one place. The clean UI makes it easy to track my hours, breaks, and pay, centralizing everything and simplifying my workday.

 ### 43. Powerful Platform for Global Workforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling is a really powerful product. It’s easy to navigate, yet it also has a lot of depth and breadth. The support team is well trained and responsive. The AI helpbot is also a great feature, although it’s only accessible to admins. Overall, Rippling is a great solution for global companies.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Almost every feature - even ones you would expect to be included in an HRIS - ends up being an add-on SKU that you have to pay for, and it becomes expensive very quickly. The reporting functionality is very powerful, but also deeply complicated. Having to pay extra for AI just to build your reports for you is especially frustrating.

While there are many subject-matter experts across the (very large) company, they’re often in different time zones, which greatly limits availability and the ability to resolve issues quickly, especially during onboarding. Although the platform has a lot of capability, it also feels very US-centric. It integrates well with platforms that are popular over there, and there are US-related documents and remnants that you can’t remove.

I wish Rippling had stronger integration with the Microsoft365 Suite. You can create a lot of custom fields and custom objects to collect information in different places (for example, capturing additional employee details during onboarding), but there are limited ways to display that information within the platform. Similarly, the ability to customise landing pages with additional information is lacking; you often have to click through multiple screens to get everything you need, such as an employee’s future leave balance when approving leave.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Rippling, we’ve been able to eliminate six different software subscriptions and unify everything in one place. That has resulted in time and cost efficiencies.

 ### 44. Rippling for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suyash S. | Technical Solutions Consultant - Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Rippling’s biggest strength is bringing HR, payroll, and IT into one unified platform, which eliminates the need for multiple tools. At certa, rippling provides the information on my pay, the organisation chart, company information and also employee information. Merging HR, payroll and IT on a single platform is extremely efficient and easy to use. As a technical consultant in the sales department, I use the organisation chart feature frequently to understand the hierarchy of the organisation and departments.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling can become expensive quickly, as many features are paid add-ons.
Its wide range of tools can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. As there are many features on a single platform, it can get a bit overwhelming for first time users.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Certa, Rippling helps me streamline internal operations by consolidating HR, payroll, and IT systems into one unified platform, reducing tool fragmentation. It minimizes manual effort through automation, allowing me to focus more on high-value solutioning rather than administrative overhead. It simplifies onboarding and access provisioning, ensuring new team members are set up quickly with the right tools and permissions. It improves data consistency across systems, which is critical when aligning technical workflows with business processes. It also helps manage compliance and operational accuracy without constant manual checks. Overall, it supports a more scalable and efficient internal environment, aligning well with fast-paced, tech-driven teams like ours. It helps me check which employee is on leave and then understand how their work will be delegated.

 ### 45. Rippling’s Unified Platform Makes HR, IT, and Finance Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The absolute best thing about Rippling is its unified "rippling effect"—the fact that it acts as a single, central source of truth that completely bridges HR, IT, and Finance. Instead of treating payroll, health benefits, and technology setup as entirely separate manual chores, Rippling links them all together natively. This means that when you onboard a new hire, the system doesn't just add them to payroll; it simultaneously creates their HR profile, enrolls them in benefits, assigns compliance training, creates their corporate accounts for apps like Slack or Gmail, and can even ship them a pre-configured laptop.
This deep integration makes day-to-day administrative changes entirely effortless for a growing team. If an employee gets a promotion, changes departments, or moves to a new state, you only have to update their profile once. The system automatically recalibrates their local tax withholdings, adjusts their insurance deductions, updates their software permissions, and modifies their reporting line in the company org chart instantly. Ultimately, because it handles everything from global time tracking to device management and corporate spend under one roof, it eliminates the need to hop between half a dozen separate software subscriptions, completely removing the tedious administrative stress and manual data entry that usually bogs managers down.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While Rippling is a powerhouse for automating administrative work, no software is perfect. The most common frustrations users face usually boil down to its steep learning curve, pricing structure, and occasional customer support bottlenecks.
Because Rippling tries to do absolutely everything—from running global payroll to managing company laptops and software permissions—the interface can feel incredibly overwhelming and cluttered when you are first getting started. Setting up the platform requires a massive upfront time commitment, and if your initial configuration isn't perfect, the automated workflows can accidentally trigger cascading errors across your HR and IT systems. Additionally, while the system works beautifully if you buy into their entire ecosystem, the moment you try to connect it to an outside, third-party software that isn't part of their native app store, the integration can feel clunky and limited.
The cost structure and customer service model are also major pain points for many smaller operations. Rippling charges a base subscription plus a per-user fee for every single module you activate, meaning the price tags climbs rapidly as you add features like device management, time tracking, or global contractor support. When things do go wrong, getting a human on the line can be difficult. Rippling relies heavily on chat support and automated ticketing rather than offering immediate phone lines, which can be deeply stressful when you are dealing with an urgent issue like a stuck payroll or a broken system integration right before a deadline.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont really have a answer for that

 ### 46. Rippling’s Unified Platform Streamlines HR, Payroll, IT, and Benefits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo . | lawyer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

What I like best about Rippling is how it brings multiple workforce management functions into one unified platform. Instead of juggling separate systems for HR, payroll, IT, and benefits, everything is seamlessly integrated, which improves efficiency, reduces errors, and saves time. I also appreciate the automation capabilities, especially for onboarding and offboarding employees, making complex processes much more streamlined and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

What I dislike about Rippling is that, despite its powerful all-in-one approach, the platform can feel complex and overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The learning curve can be steep when trying to navigate and fully utilize all of its features. Additionally, customization options, while robust, can sometimes require extra setup or technical knowledge, which may slow down implementation for teams without dedicated support.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of fragmented workforce management by centralizing HR, payroll, benefits, and IT systems into a single platform. This eliminates the need to manage multiple tools, reduces data inconsistencies, and minimizes manual work.

For me, this brings greater efficiency and reliability in daily operations. Tasks like onboarding, payroll processing, and employee management become faster and more accurate. It also improves visibility, allowing better decision-making based on real-time, organized data, which ultimately saves time and reduces operational friction.

 ### 47. Exceptionally Intuitive UI That’s Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorena Z. | Receptionist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The user interface is exceptionally intuitive. I found the layout easy to navigate, with a logical flow that makes the features feel self-explanatory. I didn't need to consult a manual or tutorial to get started, and this thoughtful UX design speaks volumes.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I’ve noticed the 'My Time' display has changed recently, and I find the new layout less functional than the previous one. The persistent timer was very helpful for maintaining awareness of my active tasks. I’d love to see the option to toggle that timer back on for better visibility.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of disconnected systems by unifying our time-tracking, payroll, and training modules into one platform. For me, this means total transparency: I can see exactly how my hours worked translate into my pay, and I can complete my required assessments in the same place I clock out, making my administrative tasks much faster and more accurate.

 ### 48. A massive time-saver for HR and IT, but be prepared for a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukul C. | Human Resources Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

As an HR Operations Manager at a growing mid-sized company, my main goal was to stop toggling between five different platforms just to get a single employee set up. We currently use Rippling as our central hub for payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and device management. It acts as the bridge between our HR and IT departments, meaning I can trigger a new laptop shipment, assign software licenses, and enroll a new hire in health insurance from the exact same interface. What I appreciate most about Rippling is the sheer power of its underlying automation and the unified employee record. In the past, whenever someone got promoted or moved to a different department, I had to manually update their salary in our payroll system, change their access permissions across our software stack, and notify IT. Now, I just change their role or department in Rippling, and the platform automatically updates their pay, grants them access to the right Slack channels and tools for their new team, and adjusts their benefits if necessary. The custom workflow builder is incredibly powerful once you get the hang of it. It allows us to build background triggers for things like work anniversaries, complex offboarding sequences, and compliance training reminders without needing to involve our engineering team.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

All of that customizability comes with a pretty heavy interface that can feel overwhelming, especially during your first few months on the platform. The sheer number of settings, app integrations, and permission layers means that setting up those initial workflows is a massive undertaking that requires a lot of trial and error. I also find their customer support to be a bit inconsistent. When you run into a highly specific issue, like a weird integration glitch with a third-party app or a highly customized payroll run, you sometimes get bounced around between different support tiers before finding someone who actually understands the root of the problem. You really have to rely on their self-serve documentation, which is thorough, but sometimes you just need a quick answer from a human and that isn't always immediate.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Rippling solved for us was the absolute chaos and security risks associated with employee offboarding. Before we made the switch, we had a real-life situation where an employee left the company on bad terms, and because our systems were so disconnected, they retained access to our internal client database for an entire weekend after their termination. It was a stressful scramble to fix it. Now, when I process a termination in Rippling, it instantly revokes their access to Google Workspace, Slack, and all our connected third-party apps in a matter of seconds, while simultaneously calculating their final prorated paycheck. It gives me incredible peace of mind knowing that our company data is secure and that we are fully compliant with labor laws without having to chase down three different department heads to get things done.

 ### 49. Rippling Makes Payroll and Benefits Simple with a Centralized, User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Customer Care Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

What I like best about Rippling is how everything is centralized in one platform. It makes managing things like payroll, benefits, and personal information really simple and efficient. The interface is user friendly, and /i appreciate how easy it is to find what I need without having to go through multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

One downside of Rippling is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times due to the number of features available. While its powerful, it may take some time to fully learn and navigate everything efficiently.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps solve the challenge of managing multiple HR functions across different systems by bringing everything like payroll, benefits, onboaring and employee data into one centralized platform. This reduces the need for manual data entry and minimizes errors since everything is synced automatically. For me, this is beneficial because it makes accessing important information quick and easy, while also ensuring accuracy in things reduces confusion since I don't have to navigate multiple systems to complete simple tasks.

 ### 50. Amazing Implementation Support and Smooth Microsoft Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory B. | Sr. Training & Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Overall, the product has been pretty amazing. Support has been spot-on throughout the implementation process. The integration with Microsoft is helping our lean team work more effectively, and our blue-collar workers are adopting the platform fairly easily as well.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

So far, I haven’t encountered any downsides.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a team of one at a manufacturing startup, I currently have to wear a lot of hats for a quickly growing team—candidate sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, HR, employee relations, and helping with payroll and benefits administration, etc. Rippling is taking care of many of the system and compliance requirements that would otherwise be a tedious, manual process, while still creating an excellent UI/UX experience for candidates, hiring managers, me, and our employees.
