The system creates issues unimaginable because it's set up in such an odd and unlogical way. Everything breaks whenever you try to do anything. While workforce planning isn't so bad, everything else is absolutely horrible. We faced a lot of mistakes with payroll that we are still auditing, which has cost us countless hours and a lot of money to fix. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. The setup wasn't easy, even though I wasn't directly involved.
