I value Rippling's payroll and paid time off management features the most. I can easily check my pay details, download payslips, and submit time-off requests. I also like having quick access to company announcements and important documents, making it convenient to stay informed. Sometimes the platform can feel a bit slow, and a few features could be more intuitive, especially for first-time users. Improving navigation and loading speed would make the experience even better. Adding clearer labels or quick shortcuts for commonly used features would help with navigation. My experience has been riddled with unexplained charges, evasive support, and tactics I’d never expect from a company of this size. The product has promise, but it’s overshadowed by how the company operates behind the scenes.
