"Streamlined HR and Payroll with Ease" 5/5 What do you like best about Rippling? I use Rippling to manage monthly payroll, submit and track time-off requests, and handle various company-related requests all in one centralized platform. I like most about Rippling is how easy it is to use; everything I need is in one place, which saves time and makes processes clear and convenient. I value Rippling's payroll and paid time off management features the most. I can easily check my pay details, download payslips, and submit time-off requests. I also like having quick access to company announcements and important documents, making it convenient to stay informed. It's very easy to learn and no stress in familiarizing myself with the features. I would definitely recommend Rippling to friends or colleagues, a score of 10. Improving navigation and loading speed would make the experience even better. Adding clearer labels or quick shortcuts for commonly used features would help with navigation.
