Rippling Pricing

Having the information of all our people and contractors centralized and actionable from the Rippling console is great. It simplifies so many things and ensures that various checks and balances are in place (like valid bank accounts), new hire process/paperwork etc. RPass is also a very good tool that is free/included and is comparable to commercial programs such as LastPass. The fact that credentials can be shared with users inside of the organization, is very helpful particularly as we coordinate with marketing and external sites - one set of shard credentials works for everyone that needs to get into various services. Not having bill pay was a bummer, but they fixed that now. Honestly can't think of a capability we need that they don't yet have built into the software. I would like it more if it were able to be used by Non-profits such as my Home Owners Association but that's not possible at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Rippling platform although high capable has a lot of set backs. The idea is there and I think it has incredible potential but it still has many flaws. The HR 360 app that can integrate with the system is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is NO actual place to call into if you have immediate issues that need to be solved. There is only email support and considering I am on the East Coast there is a huge lag in response time. There have been many errors in the system thus far that are never fixed immediately. Also, the cost of equipment they offer is higher than what I am able to get from other online or in store vendors, which really does not make much sense to me.
