What I like best about When I Work is how user-friendly and efficient it is for managing schedules and communication. It makes it easy for staff to view shifts, request time off, and swap shifts, which reduces confusion and saves time. What do you dislike about When I Work?

What I dislike about When I Work is that it can feel limited when schedules change frequently or when more detailed notes are needed for specific shifts. Some features, like advanced reporting or customization, are not as intuitive and can take extra time to navigate. What do you like best about When I Work?

What do you dislike about When I Work?

When I work has been least helpful to log the information that we need from the staff with the data from clients. It also takes some time to change schedules with deliberate actions and not as swiftly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

I like that When I Work is very simple to use and not very complicated like other scheduling platforms. It makes it easier to visualize other schedules, especially when it involves more than 50 coworkers. It's really convenient and easy to notice schedules in a way that’s not overwhelming. I also appreciate that setting up When I Work was easy, with no complicated features to deal with, making it good for someone just starting remote work. Plus, it helps a lot with visualizing work schedules. I find the built-in feature to give shift reminders very helpful, as I can set up reminders hours before my actual shift to anticipate my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

I think When I Work can be improved in terms of setting customizable features like customizing your own schedule with color-coded patterns and adding notes for personalization. Also, there are sometimes clash issues and the platform doesn't load on time. It would be helpful if they posted maintenance issues ahead of time so we can anticipate them. What do you like best about When I Work?

I love the ease at which I can monitor my staff. Super easy for me to add and move around shifts, create templates ( especially color coded ones so I can see with a glance), check in with those clocking in late or missing shifts, it's easy to use and intuitive for my needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

I really appreciate how When I Work helps me stay organized and on top of my schedule. The reminder notifications are a big help, if I ever forget to clock in, it immediately alerts me so I won’t miss my shift. Once you get familiar with the system, it’s very easy to navigate. The shift copy and repeat functions make scheduling fast and effortless, saving a lot of time. I also find the attendance tracking feature useful since it allows me to double-check and verify attendance records with ease. What do you dislike about When I Work?

To be honest, there’s very little to dislike about When I Work. The platform performs so well that it’s hard to find another scheduling tool that matches its quality and ease of use. . I like how When I Work provides the full schedule and doesn't rely on tools like email to communicate what's going on. It's much cleaner and clearer to use. What do you like best about When I Work?

The software is extremely organized and easy to use. I'm able to schedule all of my staff on a weekly basis & view how many hours everyone has individually and collectively. What do you like best about When I Work?

I love that we can keep all 100+ employees in one scheduling platform. We use the location feature to keep the scheduled separate. I'm also able to send a message to all 100+ team members at the same time or choose which team members to send messages to. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
