What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Easy to configure and set up - implementation was a breeze. Straightforward to use - very intuitive - new users need little training on the day-to-day functionality. Allows me to manage and process candidates easily even when volumes are high. It's reliable - there is never any outage or downtime. The connected careers site managed from within the back end allows me to update my own website with new content whenever I want, making it much easier to keep it fresh and current than if I used an externally maintained website. The support team are generally excellent - prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. It is competitively priced especially for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Pinpoint makes hiring incredibly smooth. Creating and managing job postings is straightforward, and the built-in recruitment marketing tools help increase applicant quality and visibility. I also appreciate how the platform organizes each stage of the interview process and provides powerful filtering options that make evaluating candidates much easier. What do you like best about Pinpoint?

Pin Point works well for our team in the following ways:

- Templates for messages, contracts, hiring processes, job description creations, etc., are all available and easy to use

- Messaging via the platform allows it to be central and accessible to all

- Settings that allow platform accessibility to different staff

- Customer support is responsive and helpful; also, there are useful guides

- Integration with other platforms like CERTN, Zoom, Hireflix, etc. to make the hiring process more manageable and smoother

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

Some downsides:

- No integration with Salesforce currently exists

- Google Calendar and Zoom often disconnects from platform requiring to reconnect every now and then

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

I really appreciate Pinpoint’s easy-to-use software, particularly their ATS system, which allows me to move candidates through the selection process seamlessly. The software also facilitates document signing in a secure, safe, and swift manner, which is a tremendous convenience. Furthermore, I absolutely love the customer support provided by Pinpoint. It's wonderful to speak with a real person and receive answers to my queries within just a few minutes, which is the absolute best. This level of personal support has been a crucial reason for continuing to use Pinpoint. Additionally, Pinpoint helps us onboard new hires effectively, offering an efficient and secure system that stands out in our recruitment processes. This ease of use and reliable support have significantly enhanced our operational efficiency, allowing us to work more effectively and quickly on specific tasks, thus improving overall productivity. What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

I think Pinpoint could greatly benefit from integrating more AI capabilities within the system. With AI advancements becoming more prevalent, it would be beneficial to have AI agents and AI resume review integrated into Pinpoint, especially since many other platforms are adopting these features. Additionally, the initial setup process presented some challenges. Learning a new platform and its functionalities was quite difficult and time-consuming, although the assistance from a customer success manager helped mitigate these challenges. What do you like best about Pinpoint?

I use Pinpoint as an ATS system and I love how it creates a streamlined approach to recruitment, making it incredibly easy to screen candidates. It acts as a great overall service in managing the recruitment process. The ease of use is one of my favorite aspects, allowing me to carry out tasks efficiently. The candidate screening feature is especially valuable; it's straightforward and enables me to achieve quick results while maintaining accuracy. Additionally, the initial setup of Pinpoint was very easy, which added to a smooth transition from our previous tool, Landed. What do you like best about Pinpoint?

We absolutely love Pinpoint! As a small team, we were spending way too much time juggling interview scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, and tracking down hiring manager feedback. Pinpoint's scheduling tools and calendar integrations have been a total game-changer—saving us hours and giving our team a more streamlined, professional process.

The interview scorecards and ranking features are another standout. Hiring managers can easily record notes and provide feedback directly in the system—no more chasing people down for input. We especially love the ability to weigh scorecards and compare candidates based on consistent, real-time feedback.

But the real magic? Automations. We’ve built out so many automations that have simplified everything from candidate communication to internal workflows. It’s made our lives so much easier—and we’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible.

Finally, the customer support has been exceptional. Responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success.

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

We have been using PinPoint for just over 3 years and have had a fantastic experience from the very beginning. The implementation of both the ATS and onboarding modules was easy and smooth. The system is incredibly intuitive, everything is exactly where you'd expect it to be, and the functions are logical and easy to use.

The clean, user-friendly interface has made it easy to roll out to hiring managers, and giving them the right level of access is simple and straightforward. One of the standout aspects has been the support we've received as our account manager and the wider support team have been brilliant. Responses to queries are usually received within minutes, and the guides provided are clear and easy to follow.

The system is continuously improving, with helpful updates that genuinely add value. The onboarding module, in particular, has transformed our process, allowing us to go completely paperless and offering a smooth, seamless experience for new hires.

Sometimes the changes can come on rather suddenly and I have to relearn some things but its never been a big issue. When it goes down its frustrating because we are so dependent on it, but it doesn't happen often!

I really dont like the automatic feature where if I move someone over it will automatically book someone for an interview. I had nothing but problems with this and it would never book a zoom meeting and I ran into so many issues I had to stop using it.
