"Brilliant"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

I mainly use it for onboarding programs. It’s quite easy to upload PPTs, convert them into modules, and assign them to new joiners. I also like the learning paths and quiz features, since they help keep everything structured and organized. We rely on the reporting tools to track completion, which is especially helpful during audits. The Slack integration is also useful for sending reminders, so I don’t have to follow up manually as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Creating courses is straightforward but managing users and permissions takes a bit of time to fully understand. The content builders suggestions also aren’t always accurate, so i make sure to review everything carefully before publishing. Overall, the performance is brilliant. "A Smarter, Faster Approach to Organizational Learning"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

What stands out most about 360Learning is how it moves away from traditional, top-down training and toward a more collaborative, practical approach. Rather than relying only on L&D teams, it enables internal experts to create and share knowledge, which helps keep content relevant and rooted in real experience. It also supports continuous feedback by letting learners engage through comments and questions, making learning feel more like a conversation than a one-way course. On top of that, the analytics offer useful insights into engagement and performance, helping teams quickly spot gaps and refine content. Overall, it feels especially effective for organizations that want to build a strong learning culture, not just deliver training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

While 360Learning offers strong collaborative features, one drawback is that content quality can vary widely because it depends heavily on internal contributors. Without clear standards, courses can end up feeling inconsistent or uneven. The platform can also take time to fully adopt, especially for teams that aren’t used to creating their own learning materials, which can slow early momentum. Additionally, some users find the reporting and customization options somewhat limiting compared with more advanced LMS platforms, particularly when trying to generate highly tailored insights. Overall, it works best when strong governance and support are in place; without that structure, the experience can feel a bit fragmented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Personalized support and scalable platform for engaging journeys"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

A valuable, personalized, and effective support, especially with Valentin, who is always available and attentive to our animation projects on the platform.

Concrete advice and exchanges of good practices that help us evolve our systems and approach with the participants.

A platform that is easy to use for both learners and designers. A "paths & modules" logic that is very suitable for internal acculturation and also for the animations we set up: it facilitates the structuring of courses and the long-term engagement of participants.

A platform that evolves regularly, with a real highlight of new features, especially for activities with multiple choices.

An Academy that is very useful for building skills, both on the tool and on pedagogical fundamentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Access to certain external tools is sometimes restrictive: particularly for certain classes or forums of the 360Learning Academy, accessible only from a personal computer.

Technical restrictions on my professional environment that limit access to certain resources or platforms used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Smooth Integrations, and AI That Speeds Up Course Creation"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

What’s most helpful about 360Learning is its clean and user-friendly UI/UX, which makes course creation and navigation simple, along with smooth integrations with tools like Teams, Slack, and Zoom that keep workflows connected; the platform performs reliably for training and collaboration, offers good ROI by saving time on onboarding and learning management, provides helpful onboarding and support resources, and its AI features are especially useful for speeding up course creation, quizzes, and feedback while reducing manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Honestly, with 360Learning, a few things could be better—the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple courses, and navigation isn’t always super intuitive for new users; also, reporting and analytics could be more detailed, and some customization options for courses are a bit limited compared to other platforms. "Collaborative, AI-Powered Course Creation That Boosts Engagement"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

The best thing about 360Learning is its collaborative learning model that turns every employee into a course creator. Instead of relying solely on top-down training, it allows team members to quickly build, share, and update courses using AI-powered authoring tools. This leads to highly engaging, peer-driven content and significantly higher completion rates compared to traditional LMS platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

The most common downsides of 360Learning based on user feedback include:

· Limited reporting & analytics: The built-in reporting is often too basic for enterprise needs, requiring manual workarounds or third-party tools for deeper insights.

· Slow or inconsistent support: Some users report delayed responses from customer support, especially during onboarding or troubleshooting.

· Clunky course building for complex content: While great for simple peer-led courses, creating highly interactive or branched scenarios can feel rigid or time-consuming.

· Mobile app limitations: Although improving, the mobile experience still lacks some desktop features, frustrating on-the-go learners.

· Notification overload: Learners and admins sometimes receive too many automated emails or alerts, leading to fatigue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Collaborative Learning, Needs Interface Tweaks"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

I like 360Learning for its collaborative learning approach, which allows team members to create and share content, making learning more practical, engaging, and relevant. The platform helps manage and deliver training within the company by creating courses, onboarding new employees, and upskilling the team in one place. The peer content creation feature really stands out as it enables anyone in the team to create and share courses or insights, with the added benefit of others being able to comment or give feedback directly on lessons. This makes learning feel more interactive and real instead of just passively watching training modules. 360Learning also effectively integrates with tools like Slack and Zoom, fitting well into our workflow. The collaborative approach has been a big change for us, allowing faster creation or updating of courses as anyone in the team can contribute.

The main issue is when you’re managing multiple courses—the dashboard starts to feel cluttered and it’s not always clear where everything is, especially for new users; finding specific courses or switching between them can take more clicks than expected. Also, when editing a course, some options are buried inside menus, so it’s not very obvious where to go to make quick changes. I think it would be better if they simplified the layout, added clearer navigation, and maybe improved search or filtering so you can find things faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Collaborative, Engaging Learning with Easy Course Creation"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

What I like most about 360Learning is how collaborative it feels compared to more typical learning platforms. Rather than simply watching content, you can genuinely interact through comments and discussions, which makes the learning experience more engaging. I also found the course creation process pretty straightforward, so teams can share knowledge internally quickly without needing a lot of technical setup. Overall, it feels more practical for real workplace learning, instead of just passive courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

One thing I didn’t like about 360Learning is that it can take a little time to get comfortable with the interface, especially if you’re new to this kind of platform. Some features aren’t immediately obvious, so there’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. Also, the navigation between courses and discussions can sometimes feel less smooth than I’d expect. It’s not a major issue overall, but it’s an area that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Robin Nichols of 360Learning

Gopi, I’m thrilled 360Learning is helping you solve the problem of scattered, passive learning across teams. That’s what we’re here for! Noted also for the navigation and learning curve - we’re always looking for ways to improve, so thanks for sharing.

"360Learning Makes Interactive, Collaborative Training Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

What I like most about 360Learning is how easy it makes it to create and deliver interactive training. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly—both for content creators and learners—which means training can be designed, updated, and rolled out quickly without needing technical expertise. Its collaborative features also make learning feel engaging and social, rather than passive.

Upsides of Using 360Learning

1. Easy and intuitive course creation

You can build courses fast with templates, drag‑and‑drop tools, and integrated quizzes—no specialist skills required.

2. Strong collaborative learning

Learners can comment, ask questions, participate in discussion threads, and complete peer-based activities, which boosts engagement and knowledge retention.

3. Great for continuous learning

Subject matter experts within the organisation can create and share content easily, supporting a culture of ongoing skills development.

4. Analytics that drive improvement

360Learning offers clear tracking on learner progress, engagement, and completion rates, helping you fine‑tune training programs.

5. Mobile-friendly

Employees can learn anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for busy teams or those in operational roles.

6. Seamless integrations

It works well with HR systems, content libraries, and other digital tools, creating a smooth training workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

While 360Learning has many strengths, one downside is that some of its features can feel limited or restrictive without additional configuration. Certain admin and reporting functions require extra setup to get the level of detail you need, and navigating some advanced settings isn’t always intuitive. The platform’s reliance on collaboration—while a strength—can also mean content quality varies unless teams are properly trained and aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging LMS with Easy Course Management"
What do you like best about 360Learning?

I love how engaging the platform is and how easy it is to assign courses to our staff. It makes courses more engaging and fun. The platform has drastically cut down the amount of manual work by 50%. It's easy to get data on course completion and notify staff if they have courses to complete. I also love how you can create customized reporting with paths and share it with other employees. Our organization loves how easy it is to provide feedback and comments, allowing employees to engage with one another. The initial setup was super easy for us, and Johnathan and Z helped us out with our API integration, ensuring we were good to go well after we went live! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

I wish that you could share reports with employees who are learners. I have an employee that I can't quite assign as a coach or contributor, so I have to send screenshots to him. Some employees don't quite fit any other role, so it would be nice to have the ability to share it with any person regardless of role like a secretary or admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Robin Nichols of 360Learning

Madison, I’m so glad to hear 360Learning is coming through for you as an engaging, easy-to-use LMS that helps you cut down manual work by 50% - this is exactly how we want to empower L&D teams! When it comes to reporting, there may be a workaround for sharing reports with learners automatically, so you don’t need to send screen shots. Feel free (if you haven’t already) to run it by your CSM, we’d love to find a solution to help you cut down on even more manual work.
