Their response time is within a few hours, and the self-help tools online are easy to follow. The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Empower?** Reporting on the employer side can be a little overwhelming, but with practice, you can find the reports you use frequently and schedule them to run on a set schedule. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conversion to another payroll system. They are helping with API and data exchange. They are also instrumental in helping me with an external audit. ### 2. As someone who isn't in Empower frequently, I find it very easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for even though the info I'm seeking may be buried in layers. I've also been told by our admin that the Customer Service is top notch! **What do you dislike about Empower?** Although the UI is very easy to navigate, it seems too simple at times for such a complex system. I find myself getting lost in loops sometimes. **What problems is Empower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Empower is the database we use for all things HR and record keeping. When documents need releasing, tey go through approval processes in Empower and move down the funnel smoothly. This has proved to be a very effective record keeping software for us. ### 3.
