**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling as an ATS for tracking recruiting, and it's efficient and modern, which I really like. The AI tool is also very useful for report pulling and fact-checking, helping save time for myself and the HR team. It's my go-to when I have a support question.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I would appreciate if there was a calendar integration that was more embedded so I can auto schedule onboarding meetings for new hires within Rippling. It would be great if the AI tool could help me schedule interviews in bulk as well. The initial setup was not easy; it took a lot of time and resources and teamwork.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for tracking recruiting, 1:1 meeting notes, review cycles, and onboarding. It's efficient, modern, and the AI tool saves time with report pulling and fact checking, making it useful for support questions.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like the ease of using Rippling's system and the fast support they provide. The good UI/UX is also a plus. Even though we don't use Rippling to its full potential, as we don't use it as an HRIS, what we do use it for integrates well and has good workflows to keep people and systems aligned.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The subscription-based model for all features doesn't work for us in some instances. For example, we might only have one person who needs time keeping, but we can't add the feature for just one person. Additionally, the subscription of having access to build APIs was per employee per month (PEPM). We also didn't have a long implementation window which made our jobs very stressful and probably wasn't a true reflection of getting set up normally.

Rippling reduces admin tasks in our business and manages compliance effectively.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like all the people that I've worked with during the implementation process, as they have been remarkable—always available, ready, and willing to help. The tools themselves are really easy to use and easy to grasp, which makes them great for implementing with a new team that's not as familiar with technology. The modules were easy to get into, understand, and customize. I like the user interface, and I love how easy it is to set up and customize Rippling. The product really feels like a one-stop shop for data accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I wouldn't say that there's anything that doesn't work well for me. The one thing that I would say that could be improved is maybe just clarifying with the cost breakdown for the different modules. There were some missed markers between accounting and myself when starting up Rippling. That would have helped to explain, like, where and which modules we should have started with first versus what we could have taken our time to implement later.

Rippling solves the problem of having multiple things in multiple places, providing a one-stop shop for data accuracy.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love the RPass, a Password Manager add-on for the Chrome browser, because it helps me manage my 15-17 user IDs and passwords across different sites, which I can't remember all on my own. It's much less hectic than saving these usernames and passwords physically or in web browsers. Rippling's built-in RPass extension also makes it faster to access any link, as I can directly launch it from RPass instead of searching through browser bookmarks. Additionally, the initial setup of Rippling was straightforward, and the interface was easy to get used to and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Nothing so far, so good. Haven't encountered any unsatisfactory situations so far.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling saves me from memorizing multiple passwords and speeds up access to sites by allowing direct launch from RPass, rather than searching browser bookmarks. Multi-country supported payment systems. Tracking all of the employees within a huge organization.

What I like best about Rippling is how it simplifies everything I need into one platform. I don’t have to switch between different tools for HR, payroll, or IT—it’s all in one place, which makes my workflow much smoother. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use; even without a technical background, I can navigate it without any issues. The automation features save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, so I can focus more on work that actually matters. Overall, it just makes my day-to-day tasks more efficient and less stressful.

One thing I dislike about Rippling is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there’s so much packed into one platform. It can take time to fully learn where everything is and how to use it efficiently. I’ve also noticed that certain processes or customizations aren’t always as flexible as I’d like, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, when issues come up, resolving them isn’t always as quick as I’d hope. Overall, while it’s a powerful tool, there’s definitely a learning curve and occasional limitations that can slow things down.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling solves the problem of having to manage multiple systems for HR, payroll, and IT by bringing everything into one centralized platform. Before, tasks like onboarding, managing employee data, and handling payroll would require switching between different tools, which was time-consuming and increased the chance of errors. With Rippling, everything is connected, so updates only need to be made once and they automatically sync across the system.

This benefits me by saving a lot of time and making my workflow much more efficient. It reduces manual work, helps me stay organized, and minimizes mistakes. I’m also able to complete tasks like onboarding new hires or updating employee information much faster, which improves overall productivity and allows me to focus on more important responsibilities.

I really like the ease of use of Rippling and the color scheme of the platform. The speed of Rippling is impressive and I love that it is linked to my email account, as it alerts me if I miss something. The internal clocks are fantastic because they work well with global teams, ensuring that everyone sees the times in their correct time zone. The payroll system is excellent, it helps me to gather my worked hours and review overtime easily. I can also track my available vacation days, which is great. The initial setup of Rippling was very simple, I installed it from their website without any difficulty.

I find it a bit difficult to review already signed documents, maybe make it more visible or easier to access previous documents for review.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps me manage my work time and vacation days, eliminates the need to send too many emails, and makes it easy to request reviews and meetings. Additionally, its internal clocks adjust to different time zones, which is great for international work.

I love how Rippling makes accessing everything related to HR and my job easy. Everything is conveniently in one place, well-organized, and easy to understand. I really appreciate not having to keep up with multiple passwords and logins for benefits, PTO, and HSA. With Rippling, I can conveniently access tax documents, such as W-2s, benefit information, including my HSA balances, and input PTO. The convenience of the PTO calculator, which gives me my expected accruals by future dates, is also fantastic. Compared to other programs I have used, Rippling is much more user-friendly and modern. The initial setup was super easy, guided by an email walkthrough, and I encountered no difficulties getting my account set up.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I have yet to find anything that I do not like about Rippling.

I like Rippling's automation capabilities as they save a lot of administrative work. It's great for creating workflows that automatically handle tasks on your behalf for various reasons. Additionally, it makes onboarding a breeze by sending out all the documents for review and signature automatically.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The payroll function isn't the best. We're not able to terminate people until after payroll processes, which causes problems. I know I'm not in the accounting team, but I know that they don't love it. The initial setup was pretty difficult because we had to get a lot of raw data in there, and it didn't fit super well. It was a lot of work to get set up.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for logging into our work benefits and payroll portals. It's very convenient that Rippling allows me to set up direct deposit with two different bank accounts, and I can change withholding and deductions easily. I love that I can view my pay stub quickly and see how much I pay for different taxes. If I need to schedule time off, there's a quick and easy tool for doing so. I also appreciate that I can update my personal information, like changing from single to married, which is really handy since I'm getting married soon. Setting up Rippling was very easy—even before my first day, I set it up using my cell phone. Overall, I'd rate Rippling a solid 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Perhaps Rippling could provide more detailed information pertaining to taxes and deductions. Maybe include 401K and Health Savings details.

Rippling makes it easy to manage payroll, benefits, and personal updates. I can set up direct deposit, change withholding, view paystubs, and schedule time off. It's convenient and simple to use, although more tax details would be helpful.

I like that Rippling offers one location for all employment documents and time cards, and I love the ability to access it from mobile. It's fairly easy to navigate the program, and when I'm not at my home station, I can easily see where my employees have clocked in. The initial setup of Rippling was very easy for me.

Delegation for multiple supervisors to see individuals could be improved. I'd like to have the power to delegate my peers to my timecards so that if something unexpected happens, or if an employee is working in another supervisor's area, it would make it easier and faster if they are delegated. This would reduce the chance for human error.

Rippling simplifies timecard tracking and provides a one-stop spot to see paystubs and documents. I like its mobile access and easy navigation. It helps me monitor employee clock-ins from anywhere, not just my home station.

I use Rippling to receive my invoices, and I appreciate the easy payments it offers me. I like the simplicity of creating invoices and receiving payments; these features are really good. They're intuitive, and you don't need to undergo a long process, making it simple and easy. The initial setup was easy for me, although the bank accounts were confusing at first, but then it was okay.

Sometimes they have many options for different tools, sometimes it is overwhelming or at least the first time we use Rippling. For example, if I am a contractor, it should show the needed tools that I will use, maybe invoices and payments, not more or maybe in a different layout. Also, the bank accounts setup was confusing the first time, but then was okay.

The greatest advantage to me is the way it lessens confusion in the onboarding of employees. Without forgetting anything significant, I will be able to make sure that every step is carried out in the proper sequence. The features enable me to handle various needs of employees under a single area. It has enhanced my working process since I do not need to coordinate manually between the departments, and this makes the entire process easier and more predictable.

I do not like that it can be overwhelming to handle several requests of employees simultaneously. Although there are numerous features, it may be challenging, at times, to prioritize tasks quickly. This has impacted on my work as sometimes I end up using more time on sorting out requests rather than doing them. It may be decelerative during peak times of hiring.

Rippling addresses the issue of disjointed processes of managing employees within my workplace. Onboarding and account setup before its use had to be synced among various systems, which frequently took time. Everything is now managed in a more organized manner, thus enhancing uniformity. This is an advantage to me since it saves time on manual work and also it makes setting up employees easier.

I enjoy that both the website and the app are user friendly and organized, with drop downs that make it easy to find what I'm looking for and take me straight to the right page. The app is extremely user friendly, and I appreciate being able to switch between the app and the website as needed. It's also easily navigable, which makes using it a pleasant experience. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I was able to input everything I needed without any issues. Overall, I feel like Rippling is a really good app and website.

Rippling is solving the problem of fragmented business systems. In many companies, HR, payroll, IT, and finance all run on separate tools that don’t communicate well with each other. That creates duplicate data entry, manual processes, and a higher risk of errors.

I really like Rippling for its seamless integration of everything I need for my staff. The onboarding process and scheduling are straightforward, and the payroll feature is much easier compared to other software I've used. The system helps minimize human errors and makes managing hiring documents efficient. I can run scheduling on the same system, which is a big plus for me. Setting up Rippling was extremely easy, even when we installed it ourselves, thanks in part to the support from our implementation manager, Jamie. I find the software valuable for expediting onboarding processes and securely keeping all PII in one place.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I'm still getting used to the system, so I haven't really encountered major issues, but every problem I've faced so far has been resolved by my implementation manager. Based on my experience, the time clock features could be a bit easier to integrate for the staff to use.

The structure and organization of the different categories, like profile, benefits, pay structure, and role info, are well-structured and make it easy to understand and use. Also, the initial setup of Rippling was very easy and thorough, which added to my positive experience.

There could be descriptions on how to fill out certain forms. For example, when filling out the information for passports, there could be some information on what it means, like where to find numbers and barcodes located on the passport.

My biggest complaint is that Rippling has so many features and options that the UI can feel a bit overwhelming. At times, I need to use AI to help me figure out what to do and where to go within the interface.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The best strength of Rippling lies in its indeed integrated platform of HR, IT, and payroll. Automating the onboarding of new hires is game changer; it provides accounts to software, delivers hardware, and processes all the paperwork of HR with a few clicks only. The combined device management implies that we are able to deliver a pre-configured laptop to a new employee.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The custom reporting tools are usually very good but not so user-friendly as I would like them to be, it takes a little more effort to extract certain data sets. Cases have occurred where customer support response time is a little slow particularly when dealing with less urgent queries.

Implementation is painful. There are a significant number of steps to work through and it's slow to setup. They want identity verification of the primary owner of the company. They also won't let you simply show an employee's work email address without verifying your domain with them. I think it's so difficult because they want to do all the HCM for large companies and so small businesses are more difficult than they need to be.

I like that they have never once delayed a paycheck and is always on time for payday. I think Rippling is very safe and secure since it uses face detection to make sure you are the person you say you are clocking in/out. The initial setup was very easy. I loaded my information and Rippling did the rest for me.

I love how easy it is to see how many hours I have for PTO, sick leave, etc. I also love how easy it is for me to submit a reimbursement and how fast they get approved. With being able to see how much PTO hours I have received, it’s very easy for me to take off a day and how fast my day gets approved off. It’s also very easy for me to apply for reimbursements throughout the company and they get approved within the same day. I also use it to see how my benefits work and that’s very easy for me to access. The initial setup of Rippling was super easy!

I love how easy it is to clock in and out with Rippling, especially since I've mostly worked in in-person jobs before. The onboarding process was by far the easiest and fastest I've experienced. I was asked if I was understanding everything and the support was ongoing, which was reassuring. It's super easy for me to input any requests and the turnaround is really fast. Everything runs smoothly and couldn't be more seamless from my perspective. The main function I use is the time clock, and it's handy both on the phone app and desktop for my traveling job. I find the additional little notifications cute and helpful. When it comes to record keeping, it's easy and clear to understand. I particularly appreciate the aesthetic and clean design of the app, which makes it comfortable to use. The virtual tour provided for onboarding is incredibly helpful. Overall, I find the ease of use is number one for me.

I use Rippling for transferring money every month, and once you set everything up, like the bank account information, everything is very smooth and fast. I like that you can set up multiple security measures like password keys, which makes it very difficult for anyone to access your money if they gain access to your computer. Honestly, I really enjoy what I see with Rippling.

I think maybe it would be nice if when you hover over the 'apps' on the main dashboard, it provided a quick information box to explain what each app represents. Also, during the initial setup, I was a bit insecure about where to upload my personal and bank information, which made me hesitant.

I log in to withdraw money my contractor deposits monthly. Once you set up everything like bank account details, it's very smooth and fast.

I use Rippling for payroll, time management, and HR training. I find it pretty straightforward and super helpful, especially because it's linked to Betterment, which makes managing my 401K easy. Adjusting my contributions when joining payroll and throughout the year is seamless due to this integration. The system simplifies putting in PTO and helps with onboarding. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and I like it better than Workday, the software used at my last job.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes going to put in time off can be a little hard to navigate at the beginning. It took me a little bit of time to get used to it. For a new user, there could possibly be a way to make the layout a little more manageable. Now it matters less that I am a full-time employee, but for hourly wage employees, it was a little inefficient putting in my time every day. It was a bit of a learning curve.

Rippling's biggest draws for me are that it's easy and quick to navigate, with tons of features organized very neatly. I find the reports, org chart, and notifications system particularly impressive.

The support team is very friendly, and it's great that I can get help from an AI chat agent or talk to live agents anytime, which has been a big help.

There are some features that didn't work as I expected. For example, we purchased the Spend module, and it turns out that Mexico (where most of our workforce is) is a country where Rippling does not ship physical cards to.
