I think Rippling is easy to use and it has all the information that we need.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think it would be good if we could have more ways to get the money before it gets to the account or any other ways to withdraw the money. The beginning was kind of difficult because it was asking for a document that was not able to upload, but after a few minutes, it was great.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rippling for signing in and out of work, checking my pay, and keeping my schedule organized. It simplifies my day by having everything I need in one place.

I like the fact that Rippling sends me an email ahead of time of when I am about to get paid, so that I know to check my Rippling account. And the day of payment it sends me another email telling me in detail what I got paid.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

There isn't much that I disliked about Rippling. I liked everything about it.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling is helping me to figure out the breakdown of what I get paid by working for Foodsmart. It tells me what I get paid per unit, and it also tells me what I get paid for "No Shows" which are people that do not show up to their appointments.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I've been using Rippling for 6 months, and since then I've found it to be very easy to use and helpful in time reporting and payment management. Interface is quite user-friendly and allows for quick search of all the related info. It also simplifies payment to international contractors greatly. There is a nice training system also.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Literally I can't recall a thing. In the beginning I found it hard to distinguish between different Time Off policies, but that's more to U.S./employer policies that about Rippling itself.

Rippling allows me for simple Time Off requests and payment management.

I like Rippling because it centralizes my work administrative needs into one place, which is really convenient for me. Even though it might sound silly, I really like the 'You got paid' emails with the little drawing; it's a small touch, but it makes it enjoyable. I use the sign in/out feature the most, and having it on my phone is really great, as opposed to using a station at school. This feature makes it super easy for me to manage my sign-ins and outs without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The process to edit my timecard through the app could be easier to find and more streamlined. I'd like to be able to adjust my time card when I notice the problem, rather than having to wait until signing out at the end of the day to make changes.

I find Rippling very easy to use, which is great. There's so many features that let me plan my time, track my time, and keep an eye on my calendar. I like having access to all these features when I'm using Rippling. For me, it's a big help because I work with a platform that doesn't automatically track time, so I can key in and edit the hours I've worked each week. This feature makes my work easier and saves me from having to write down and keep track of my total hours manually. Plus, everything has been so seamless, my payments arrive on time, and I'd give Rippling a 10 out of 10. It's definitely convenient and I haven't encountered any issues.

I've been using Rippling for a while now, and overall, it's been a really helpful tool for managing work-related tasks. The platform is easy to navigate, and I like how everything - from time tracking to payroll and employee management - is in one place. It saves a lot of time compared to using multiple systems. I appreciate how smooth the clock in and clock out process is. I like when I'm checking my pay and as I've said, when clocking in and clocking out is very smooth. I'm always using the time tracker and also the payroll when checking my pay. It's very easy, especially when looking for any tools that I'm navigating. I'm happy when using Rippling.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like Rippling because it's easy to use. I never have problems withdrawing my money or clocking in and out. They make it way easier for me to take my money, which is especially good because I live in Brazil and work for an American company. The option to withdraw using Wise is really helpful, and my payment reaches my bank account immediately once I confirm on my Wise account. It's really nice that I can just make one click to clock in and everything is done. I also appreciate how quick and helpful their support is when something goes wrong; I messed up one thing, but they fixed it in five minutes. Overall, it's an amazing app with no issues in setup at all.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes, I get a little bit confused about how to do the proper thing, like forgetting to clock in and having to create a new solicitation. I think this function could be easier to figure out.

Rippling makes it way easier for me to manage my money across countries, especially with the option to use Wise for quick withdrawals. I just confirm the payment, and it's in my bank account.

I find the entire integrated payroll system very easy to use, even for our most 'tech-phobic' employees who have been able to utilize it with very little issue. I also appreciate the reminders for birthdays and work anniversaries, which are great!

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

The implementation process for Rippling Spend has been a truly terrible experience. No one can diagnose the issue, and they told me that it could take the engineers up to 21 days to diagnose the problem. We have now passed that threshold. Also, whenever I try to chat to get customer service, I will, first, be connected to someone who is just typing on their computer to find an answer. I have to then ask to speak to an actual expert to try to get anywhere.

Rippling simplifies payroll by integrating with the general ledger for easy reconciliation. It lets employees see PTO balances and fill out timecards independently. The payroll system is user-friendly, even for tech-phobic staff.

I like that you can view everyone in the company, which makes it easier to use and understand the organizational charts. The PTO filing feature is also convenient, especially because you can assign approvers when your immediate supervisor is out. Overall, the initial setup of Rippling was “easy peasy,” so it was simple to get started right away.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

While Rippling is generally easy to use, there are times when navigating certain features can feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of options available. Some workflows and settings can take a while to find, especially for new users who are still learning the system and figuring out where everything lives. In addition, occasional lag or slow loading can interrupt the overall experience and make tasks feel less smooth than they should. More flexible customization and a bit of simplification in some menus would go a long way toward making the platform even more user-friendly.

I get my paycheck through Rippling, and even though I'm not in the US, I don't have to worry about not getting paid just because I don't have a bank account in the same country as my employer. I really like that Rippling gives you a detailed timeline of what happens as soon as my employer processes my paycheck. I never have to worry about it not coming through because it shows me when my employer sends the payment to Rippling, when it gets sent to my bank, and even when it's scheduled to actually get to my bank account.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

It does not text me a code for 2FA. It's always email. I think it's because my phone number is not a US phone number. It'd be great if it could send me a text for the 2FA sometimes.

I like that I can use Rippling both from my phone and computer, and that it is easy to use. The interface is not confusing and payments arrive on time, very quickly. It is also excellent for receiving international payments in dollars and setting up both dollar accounts and Colombian peso accounts. Additionally, I use it to request days off like vacations and holidays, and it notifies me when they have been approved. I can also request expense reimbursements, which arrive in the bank account in the next pay period. I used Rippling as a manager to handle employee reviews and it has useful integrations for onboarding and offboarding tasks. I recommend this tool with a score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Well, at the moment I don't have something very clear, but there is something I would like, maybe it's a setting I don't have. And it's that I would like to receive an email when the day off I requested or the vacation I requested has been approved. Normally, I check the next day or the following week and see that the manager has already approved the vacation, but he has to tell me or I have to log in and it shows me the notification in the bell. But I don't receive an email, which I would like to receive. Maybe it's a setting I have disabled. Also, there was an occasion where the company mistakenly fired me and when I was reinstated, I had to create a new Rippling account, which caused me not to be able to receive my payment in a dollar account in Panama as I had configured before, and I had to resort to Rippling support to make that change.

Rippling allows me to receive payments promptly and quickly, both in dollars and Colombian pesos. I also use it to request days off and maintain proper control, as well as to request expense reimbursements through a simple form.

I use Rippling for hiring, onboarding, time and attendance, scheduling, benefits administration, payroll, HR and finance, along with the spend management app. It solved our issue of complex scheduling. The scheduling and talent acquisition pieces are the best parts of Rippling currently. The scheduling piece allows me to quickly schedule my employees and see their schedules in a monthly view, which is very important to me as employees rotate schedule locations daily. The talent acquisition platform in Rippling is very easy to configure and use to schedule interviews, complete interviews, give feedback, and move candidates through the hiring process. It's the easiest hiring platform I have ever used. Additionally, the platform flows together more seamlessly than Paychex, allowing for less manual work and less lag time. So far, the initial setup has gone well and has been fairly easy, and I appreciate how Rippling links to our Quickbooks and Indeed accounts. I can give a further review upon completion of the entire implementation project.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Time and Attendance is good for simple clock in and clock out tracking, but the more robust features of adding additional time without specifically clocking in and out could be improved. A specific improvement would be to have the shift input hours work correctly to show as additional time on the time cards in a separate category, and ensure it is not included in overtime calculations if it's not required by state and federal law to be considered part of overtime.

The ability to store emails and passwords among my team, especially in the world of Client Success in Social realms, is absolutely paramount. Rippling does a great job of storing these items and allowing access for the team at large, while keeping them protected from anyone outside of our team. I think that Rippling could have a more robust organization chart, something about the design seems a bit clunky. It's also confusing to navigate to what holidays our company takes off and I can never find it. The zoom feature zooms into the corner which is annoying, and the branches should just work downwards instead of to the side. An up to down hierarchy would be easier to follow.

Some of the parameters of setting up, for example, retirement, were a little tricky. Transitioning from my old platform had a learning curve and a bit of an adjustment since it wasn't that straightforward. I like the reporting feature because it's clear and allows me to share reports with others who can rerun them and view only what they have access to. It communicates well with other departments, and everything flows based on triggers. I love the grouping component and how it displays the information, as well as how it builds the report while I request the information I want.

There are some restrictions with the permissions. It's limited to some aspects. We have a higher-up that needs to have access to all employees minus 8, and we cannot limit him from seeing those 8 employees. It's either all or nothing.

I find Rippling to be a great tool for getting my payroll money quickly, which is really important for remote workers like me in Argentina. I love that I don't have to deal with any paperwork, as my bank accounts are set up and everything is pretty great and timely. The interface is probably the best part; it looks good and makes me feel comfortable while also making it easier to understand the page and get my money faster. The ability to set different accounts without having to input them each time is a really helpful feature. I also appreciate that everything I need is organized and available, making it more professional and offering many things that my previous service didn't. Overall, it's been really easy to use.

I think Rippling should improve by having every feature available on the phone. I sometimes have to pull out my laptop to get my money from my account to my bank account. Having everything on the phone would be really helpful.
