Originally the customer service was not great but that has improved. It’s not the best but better. The bswift / open enrollment for benefits is terrible

Paycor allows tracking time for myself and employees simple. I appreciate having web access and an app.

I have not experienced any downsides to using Paycor.

Paycor allows me to track my benefits, time accrued, request time off and complete performance reviews for staff. I am also able to track employees time from the dashboard without going to each profile individually.

I enjoy using Paycor as it provides easy access to key information I need in relation to my job. Everything is provided, from finding my benefits, to clocking in &out, and finding tax forms. I use Paycor every day.

I wish that Paycor provided better alerts, such as missed punches to my work email.

What I like best about paycor is how easy it is to use. Everything is manageable and easy to find.

What I do dislike is when we punch in and out. When punching out on the 8th minute it registers the time until minute 15.

First tier customer service needs improvement but every HCM I've used or heard about has the same issue.

The ease of the platform. It is clear and concise, easy to navigate. It is super simple to implement in a daily work flow and the number of features is nice as it allows for ease of use. Customer support has been efficient and useful for me when they were needed to be contacted. I use paycor daily for clocking in and out of my shifts. The integration of paycor is nice also

The occassional crashing that happens prior to an update.

I feel like it's very self-explanatory. Everything that is essential is on the front page and navigating the side bar is easy

So far there isn't anything I dislike about it. However, it does take quite some time to make adjustments to timecards. the processing time there is kind of long.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

I like the functionalities of Paycor for almost all things HR related. This system is easy to use for employee payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compensation, and more. The premium support option is amazing - if you have an issue, you call in and talk to a team of Paycor reps that know your company and processes. You talk to the same team each time! They have a lot of extra features that can be added.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The downside of Paycor is if you have multiple companies (EIN's) that need to work together. A lot of things can be customized, but some options are a one size fits all for your entire company. This is particularly frustrating with Performance Management as all companies don't do the same thing. Also, it seems like they haven't tested quite enough before rolling out new features.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor solves most of our HR needs. These include, Payroll, Tax Reporting, Timekeeping, Benefits Admin, etc.

I would recommend putting some focus on customer service.  Customer service seems to be siloed & I can get different answers every time I call.

I like how it tracks our PTO hours. I also like how you can go into the benefits section and find information about your plans. The Learning Management Library is convenient for my employer to post trainings in a centralized location for us to find.

Sometimes it is a little hard to find things. I feel that the menu on the left could be made a little clearer about what is in each section.

Paycor is helpful when it comes to checking paystubs, reviews, etc, but other than that there are some issues that need to be addressed.

Everytime we go to clock in paycor wants to malfunction. We have issues almost daily when we try to clock in and clock out in the afternoon.

I appreciate how easy it is to find everything, and the dashboard is well-organized and visually appealing. I also enjoy using the engage tab to share work anniversaries or birthdays.
I am a salaried employee, so I don't log onto Paycor that often. it was easy to switch to Paycor from our other system.

I honestly can't think of any drawbacks to using Paycor.

I don't need any problems solved. I primarily use Paycor to view my pay stubs, request time off, and complete evaluations.

Paycor has made some very good improvements especially concering customer service. I love theat they are a one stop shop. They are always just a phone call or even better, live chat always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Paycor gives you the tools to do a lot of things for yourself. Although they do a whole lot for you, you will be required to learn self help and research to change/set up Open Enrollment, time off plans and some items in Payroll. Sometime cust support can be not helpful but they are working on that.

Having Payroll, benefits, Hr, tax help, performance and compensation all under one customizable platform. Paycor is helping learn to use all the tools.

Overall, it is not user friendly for 24/7 programs. The timecards are nightmares to deal with, particularly with Paycor not recognizing night shift breaks and clock ins/outs.

No problems have really been solved. It's overall not very beneficial for time card management.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

Not much.  If i just need a payroll processed, no reports and no changes, it works.  But that is a basic minimum assumption.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Suport staff hardly ever has knowledge to solve a problem and the people who can are not allowed to talk directly to customers.  You litterally wait on hold, not infrequently for 30-60 minutes, while the support staff uses texting to get the help they need from the experts.  There is no access to a manager when things aren't address or resolved.  I'm sure that I have been told 20 times that a manager would call me, and with one exception I never received that call.  They are one of if not the worst company I have to deal with from a customer service standpoint.  I have to contact them about something several times per month, so I have a long history or experience with them and it has not changed or improved.  I recently tried to move to a new provider, but they struggled for 3 months to get the implementation going, so that was cancelled, so I'm still with them for now.

They barely keep me functioning.

The initial Paycor onboarding setup went smoothly. Anytime I've needed assistance with anything from a direct deposit reversal, BWC true up reports or benefit accrual set up, I've received outstanding support and guidance.

Due to COVID-19 it has been difficult at times to reach a Client Support Specialist.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Paycor is the absolute worst business I have ever had to deal with.  They messed up our taxes several times and when I caught their tax error I told them about it and they said they had fixed it, only for me to find out they did not actually fix anything.  On top of this we had numerous reporting errors from their end for taxes that I didn't catch.  Their integrations and features were very lackluster and running payroll was not easy. 

They have the absolute worst customer support I have ever dealth with.  They apparetnly outsourced their CS team and I only had the option to call into a call center in which I would get caught in the circle of: have a problem --> get no answers or help --> get frustrated as it's time sensitive and ask to speak to a manager or someone who can help --> get hung up on by CS.  We are now at paylocity and the experience is so much better.  You couldn't pay me to have to experience this again.

They were our core HCM product.
