It would be better if jobs were visible nationwide so that non-local candidates who are willing to relocate could also apply. The downside of Indeed currently is really due to the fact that I'm currently using the free version. We're evaluating whether to move to the paid version or not for my company, but right now, I have to completely rewrite job posts, even when trying to repost the same job.
