**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

For recruiters, Indeed is the best option as it simplifies and scales the entire hiring process. Indeed aggregates millions of job seekers at a single platform you can post a job in minutes and get a lot of job seekers showing interest in the opportunity which comes out to be suitable matches and can even result in closures. The interface is straight forward so even our small team without any technical support can simply use it.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

While the resume search feature is useful, it often includes outdated profiles, inactive candidates and incomplete resumes. Also sometimes indeed stands out to be very expensive. The paid contacts are very expensive to even contact to one candidate and only choosing paid contacts helps you get the contact information for the candidate.

**What problems is Indeed Hiring Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indeed platform mainly helps out to search for candidates who are actively looking for a job by using certain filters.
Also it does have a huge pool of candidates seeking for jobs which helps us to sort out best suitable matches for opposition

**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

I like Indeed due to the various different jobs that they have on their website. They offer assistance within the application by a professional who is willing to assist you in finding the perfect match and one that meets your qualifications.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

There is in no way anything at all unlikeable about Indeed. The only suggestion I would have is to limit the emails they send about certain jobs, due to that there is so many emails sent and received it is very hard to keep up with the important ones.

**What problems is Indeed Hiring Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no clue what they are doing on the website as far as what they need to be solving on their website because I believe that if they were to limit emails then it would benefit both them and the job seekers.

**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

I am able to list multiple job openings for multiple business locations and organize all candidates in one system. I also use text, email, and call through the platform directly to candidates. It reaches a large audience of candidates compared to other platforms and keeps hiring organized, especially with multiple business locations. Managers can screen applicants with questions, we can schedule interviews and message applicants, making it super easy to find and hire people faster. I like that we can sponsor job posts to boost visibility, and employers can search us unlike on other platforms. For candidates, they can apply super easy with a click of a button. The Indeed Hiring Platform has a way bigger pool of candidates compared to other platforms and the initial setup is extremely easy. It's easy for both the business and candidates to use, and we get way more applicants faster than any other platform.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

It would be great if there was an option to organize better quality candidates, a way to weed out the not qualified candidates. I would suggest having more than a one click option for candidates to apply to receive more qualified candidates.

Indeed Hiring Platform lets me list multiple job openings, organize candidates, reach a larger audience, schedule interviews, and hire faster. It simplifies communication with candidates and boosts job post visibility, allowing employers to screen applicants efficiently.

**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

It allows all of my company offices access to one standard account so that all job posting are visible for everyone. It helps with cross-office workload help. Also, Indeed seems to be the go to for most candidates, so I feel the talent pool for positions I'm filling is greatest on Indeed.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

It’s almost like they tried to make the UI too friendly, but it ended up feeling “clunky” instead. I also don’t like that after three months I lose access to applicants’ contact information once their applications are three months old or older.

**What problems is Indeed Hiring Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build a pool for high-volume applicant positions, without having to phone screen 100+ candidates at a time.

The platform itself is fairly easy to use. Posting jobs, managing applicants, and tracking performance doesn’t take much time once you’re familiar with it. I also like the filtering options, which help narrow down candidates without having to dig through every single application manually.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

The cost to use the platform is not as affordable. Sponsored jobs are often necessary to get visibility, but pricing can increase quickly and isn’t always predictable. It can sometimes feel like you’re paying more just to maintain the same level of exposure, which makes budgeting a bit frustrating.
Also, the filtering and screening tools help, but they’re not perfect. Even with knock‑out questions in place, unqualified candidates still make it through, so manual review is still very much required.

**What problems is Indeed Hiring Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Indeed regularly for hiring, and overall it’s been a solid tool for reaching a large pool of candidates. The biggest advantage is visibility, our jobs get in front of a lot of people very quickly, which is especially helpful when we’re hiring for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.

**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

I use Indeed on a daily basis, and what I like most is how accessible and user friendly it is. It makes posting roles and reaching a large candidate pool very straightforward. I like the ability to quickly screen candidates, review resumes in one place, and communicate directly. The visibility and reach Indeed provides is a major upside, as it brings in candidates that I may not have reached through other platforms. Additionally, I find a lot of value in the filtering tool to search for qualified candidates.

The platform is pretty expensive. However, if you get good candidates to fill the roles, it usually pays for itself.

**What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

I like that the Indeed Hiring Platform has a tracking dashboard and chat box, so I don't need to switch between different tools; I can see the candidate statuses right there. The chat box is convenient as I can communicate with recruiters directly within the app. The initial setup was pretty smooth since it doesn't require much training or preparation to get started.

**What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?**

I don't like the filtering options and screening questions. It doesn't show options like '24 hrs ago' or 'today,' which should be changed. Also, the screening questions are too long and need to be minimized.

I use Indeed Hiring Platform to get candidates from different pools all in one place. The tracking dashboard and chat box let me see candidate statuses and chat with recruiters without switching apps, which streamlines the hiring process.
