The user interface is super friendly. The last (big name) payroll provider I was using was incredibly difficult to navigate the online portal. Gusto has been the opposite. The customer support is prompt and very helpful, typically resolving my issues very quickly. It is also very reasonably priced for my small business with only a couple employees. I did have some difficulty due to switching to Gusto in the middle of the year, but support was able to help me get accurate journal entries to get everything up to date and accounted for from my previous payroll provider. I absolutely love this app because it clearly shows me my hours and lets me know when my pay is coming up. It guides you step by step and its easy to implement within your organization, and that is a very important. I have yet to use customer support, due to it being very easy to navigate. I have to say, I’m disappointed that I no longer receive my paycheck early in my bank account as I did before. This change has made the experience less user-friendly for me. I use Gusto to receive my bi-weekly payroll and transfer my hours from Time Clock Wizard, and it helps me receive my payroll on time with no problems. I love how easy it is to navigate and use, and it's been very helpful for our company. I enjoy checking my payroll history, and I love that I can get a sneak peek of my paycheck. I find Gusto incredibly useful as my payroll app, allowing me to easily clock in, track my hours, and request days off. I absolutely love Gusto's intuitive 'Advance' feature, as it offers a lifeline in financially tight situations by enabling me to advance a portion of my paycheck, which is instrumental for managing unexpected expenses or emergencies. I am frustrated by the handling of paycheck amounts in Gusto. It seems that the amounts calculated or displayed may not align with expectations, or there is a lack of clarity regarding the calculations, leading to potential issues with the paycheck figures. There also seems to be a delay or timing issue with the paycheck processing, which has caused inconvenience. I use Gusto for clocking in/out of work shifts, logging expenses, performance reviews, and tracking paychecks. I do not like that Gusto only allows each person to grant access to their expense report to only one other individual. This is problematic for my company because we need to have two people with access to each partner's expenses, and the one-person access limit is restricting. Gusto is so easy to use and extremely intuitive! I never have problems finding what I need and can easily troubleshoot anything that comes up. The only downside I have noticed about Gusto so far is that it sometimes has issues with submitting time off. I am not sure if that's just Gusto or something within my organization, but it is kind of annoying having to use a different process to submit my time off requests. Gusto has been the best payroll experience I’ve ever had as an employee. Everything is clear, organized, and super easy to access — paystubs, tax forms, benefits, time off… it’s all right there without any confusion.

I get notifications before every payday, my deposits always hit on time, and I love that I can see all my earnings and deductions in plain English. The interface is clean and simple, and updating my info (direct deposit, address, W-4, etc.) takes just a minute.
