It is easy to pick up and learn and there is a lot of support if you get stuck. **What do you dislike about Yardi Aspire?** Yardi Aspire is becoming outdated and are not as relevant as some of the other software like Voyageur or Elevate. Also setting up the correct access controls can be tedious. **What problems is Yardi Aspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep track of certification and expiration dates by providing automatic notifications. It helps us to put in standard procedures and has pre built checklists. It helps our team to train efficiently and to improve our onboarding process. ### 3. The Menus are very intuitive and it is easy to navigate around the site without getting confused or overwhelmed with buttons/links. **What do you dislike about Yardi Aspire?** As of this point I have yet to find a feature about eLearning that I do not like. I have been able to quickly and efficiently provide training for myself and my team. **Recommendations to others considering Yardi Aspire:** I would recommend Yardi eLearning for anything that is looking to consolidate and organize their current Training Platform. It works! **What problems is Yardi Aspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Yardi eLearning I am able to solve the problem of training within our department. New Hires and New Users are getting lackluster information and/or inconsistent training at best.
