Also, you end up repeating the same games after a point and the surprise element is lost in the process. **What problems is Bored on Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's unique approach to enhance team bonding has helped to promote creativity and enhance team work internally. Our company uses it to keep interactions up in our #random channel. It is a good icebreaker for new and existing folks because the questions illicit responses that lead to more questions and funny stories. **What do you dislike about Bored on Slack?** It does get stale at one point as people start to ignore it as the days get busy. But occasionally, I find people respond to the questions, and it's fun when that happens! **What problems is Bored on Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing major apart from the fact that it starts new conversations and sometimes keeps the conversations going as well. The games are fun, but it seems like there could be a lot more to them without the coding limits of slack. But as a suggestion, more games like Pictionary or bingo might be fun.
