Initially, most of the content was previously included at the Diamond level, so it was frustrating to see them take content we had paid for and place it behind a new paywall. I think that there could be more training video modules and could upload more content for different types of organizations. For example, we are a COBRA billing administrator, if there could be third party vendor type of HIPAA trainings or even security awareness for certain type of entities, that would be nice!
