It’s easy to schedule training for employees and keep track of their progress. The dashboard is also very user-friendly, which makes it simple to monitor everything in one place. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** I’d like to see more automation so that if a user fails a training module or clicks an email they shouldn’t, they’re automatically directed to a short video and maybe a brief questionnaire. The pricing along with the wide trainings library was the main reason we switched. The initial setup was pretty easy because we had a dedicated account manager who patiently walked us through all steps and even did the onboarding twice. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** The IdP integration needs to be smoother, as sometimes it fails, creating discrepancies. It’s very user-friendly and offers a wide variety of different types of training and topics. I really appreciate that it satisfies all our training requirements without needing to be integrated with other tools. Having an account manager to help with the setup and provide training on how to use the products is also a huge plus. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** I think that there could be more training video modules and could upload more content for different types of organizations. For example, we are a COBRA billing administrator, if there could be third party vendor type of HIPAA trainings or even security awareness for certain type of entities, that would be nice! **What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** KnowBe4 Compliance Plus keeps us updated on regulations and instills client confidence in our compliance efforts. ### 17. There are a lot of topics that are covered and the content is relevant and up to date. For an organisation like ours that has a lot of subsidiaries and compliance covers a broad set of areas, this is an ideal solution that is easy to implement and integrate with other existing tools. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** The customisation in some modules is limited and at times it is difficult to follow a consistent branding. It provides a lot of useful information as well. It's a key tool in our compliance journey! **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** I don't find anything that I dislike about it. They always have the newest trainings for us to issue and multiple options for each (i.e. instead of one long course, they will break it up into several courses). **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** I have no complaints regarding the compliance piece of KnowBe4. **What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have employees in 30+ states so we have a lot of compliance training that we are required to issue. With the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus subscription, we have these trainings at our fingertips and can issue in multiple ways (either one large course or multiple small courses). Its easy to use in terms of selection and self implementation. Integration with exiting identity providers makes is adaptable. Its used everyday to track compliance. Having things pre-packaged and configured greatly assists us in improving our compliance stance. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** Nothing really comes to mind, so if I were to be picky I would say more options to customize content and configurations. While the majority of things most people need are covered, I'm sure there are use cases out there where special considerations would be helpful. **What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have small internal teams, with limited people and time across them.
