I like that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is easy to use, you create the training campaign, find the trainings you want to assign to personnel and voila, you're good to go. The pricing along with the wide trainings library was the main reason we switched. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus? The IdP integration needs to be smoother, as sometimes it fails, creating discrepancies. The ability to receive user feedback is also a plus, as it helps us understand how the training is being received.
