For me as a sole proprietor, I was able to easily integrate Guideline into my payroll system (Quickbooks) and get a 401(k) up and running for myself. It was relatively simple to pick a type of investment strategy for my plans. Even when I adjust my salary, which I sometimes need to do monthly, Guideline always picks up the new numbers and pulls out my contribution (both employer and employee) easily.
