Glance Support was incredibly flexible! Very rarely these days do I get responses from vendors willing to hop on a call day of -- Glance Support not only did that but two times over to help support our team and our requirements.

Support and AE were concise, knowledgable and friendly!

**What do you like best about Glance?**

It was easy to use and easy to get people logged on. It was built into our crm so it was a click of a button.  Our crm is sales force. Easier than Go to meeting.

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

Nothing to dislike. Nothing missing at all. Everything works as it should. Nothing that it didn't offer. I can't think of anything that would make it better. No improvement needed.

Go to meeting was hard to use and inconvenient. Sometimes it took 20 minutes to get someone connected. With Glance it's easy. Less than a few minutes. Efficiency is very high.

I like the features that are provided in that like screen share and the inbuild communicator setup that is very useful for the representative while resolving any customer issue.

There is a bit scope in improvement of the front end and it can be more interactive so that the user will easy to understand the tool

In this covid time, I have used the glance, and happy with its services Features are excellent and easy to use. Clarity is also outstanding.

Earlier we had a lot of problem with Screen share clarity . Now its been solved and it give a glimpse as if we are viewin g our own monitor while viewing screen share

Glance is an easy way for me to share my screen with colleagues in the office and in other offices.

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

In the base package of Glance there's no easy way to exchange control of the keyboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Glance:**

It's easy to use once it's set up.  You just have to get the IT dept to install Glance on your computer and then it's a little icon in the lower left hand screen of your computer.  Sometimes its hard to schedule Glance with only a few number of licenses for the entire organization.  For example, we had one Glance account but multiple people wanted to use Glance at the same time with different people.  So we had to create an Outlook calendar that shows the availability of the glance tool so we don't double book it. It's not a big deal but that wasn't made clear to us at the beginning or we didn't understand it.  We might be purchasing extra licenses of Glance in the future if other colleagues want to use it at the same time.  We currently have 3 licenses for our entire team and it might be useful to have 1 per person.

Instead of sending screenshots to my colleagues I can quickly Glance them to show them what I want.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

An interactive view and being able to work remotely with the Customer as if I am there. Customers don’t want step by step direction, they want you to do it. This is the next best thing!

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

When I load the program for the day, it takes forever! Managers have advised us to open the program and leave it open to troubleshoot this delay. Even it running in the background slows my computer down. It’s best to load upon using but it’s still being tested.

Online Banking navigation issue. Customers may not know where to go or how to enable this access. With this program, we are able to help Customers much more efficiently just like their family members can.       *I cannot upload a screenshot. The program is only available internally to employees. **What do you like best about Glance?**

Providing a user-friendly interface so by which it's easy to understand the software, widely used in companies. It provides different tools that are helpful in video conferencing and communication and it simplifies the selection that highlights the online members. Glance gives an HD calling facility to us which is best for visual communication. We are well satisfied with the performance of this tool. Quick response to all the problems in just one click that's why I like all of its features.

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

A real-time frame is not provided by the software, which makes it more difficult to use. Lack of video quality when the net connection is slow and if the connection is lost then it is very difficult to connect again with other users.

I have used this application and it is very user friendly because it provides a competitive advantage over other video conferencing apps by giving different options in the menu bar. Easy to manage a project through the Glance Network. Audio quality is much impressive as it can capture the pin drop sounds. Can collaborate with anyone via windows desktop, mobile, or any video device anywhere around the world at any time.

Glance Networks cloud-based software is very easy to use and it is helpful for screen sharing, digital collaboration and it also offers presentation and demo work. It is an online software used for online demos and presentations and it also offers training to new users through online presentations and documentations. It is an easy way to share the screen with employees in offices and other areas and it also offers video and audio calling with very clear quality. It is also used to record the presentations and meetings. It is also used for webcasting, presentation streaming, and real-time chat and it is the best application that we can use for our business and communications.

Glance Networks has some disadvantages given here and its application creates some issues when it comes to calling someone we have to try multiple times to connect with the person at call. It got hanged when used for the first time and it also slowdowns the ability of the devices to work and it also creates issues with the network connections that slowdown this application.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

Video and audio quality is absolutely clear hence their are no mis-communications. Sales team are able to close the deals much faster than ever. I like the way it allows us to share the screen and giving access to others, hence both the parties who are on the call are are always on the same page.

I have observed one thing that the call recording file does not has a clear audio and they should work on it. Rest all is just perfect.

Glance Networks is not at all expensive as compared to its competitors. I do will recommend Glance networks to everyone as this is the best platform for collaboration and communication.

Screen sharing is much easier now. Call recording also helps us to hear the call again if we have missed anything. Glance Networks for daily team meeting hence everyone is updated.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

The ability to screen share with customers in a minimally-invasive and secure way directly within the customer's browser. The ability to show a live webcam feed to users. The ability to draw on the customer's screen.

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

Sometimes a code will not work as intended with a customer's device. This can be frustrating for both the customer and I, since this product is necessary for many of our troubleshooting methods. When the product does not work on our end, it creates a higher workload and increases time to resolve issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Glance:**

This product is extremely helpful if you want to utilize screen share technology in a safe environment which makes both the consumer and the agent feel re-assured about the process.

This product allows us to see the customer's screen and directly troubleshoot and guide them through the solution to any issues they may be having.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

Glance networks helps to provide easy remote access, share our screen and share our files. Video conferencing is much more easier now. Voice quality is really very good and interaction between multiple users is much more transparent and clear.

Using it on mobile is a bit issue as calls do not get connected immediately we need to try multiple times.

Its a great product to give demo's and build the brand image of an organisation. Very useful and Extremely productive which keeps everyone updated.

Now we can easily record our session which makes us possible to update the right information. Employees who have missed the calls can also hear the recordings. Polling and Chatting during sessions is a added feature which helps to ask questions if their are any.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

This product is easy to use and never has issues.  It's always on your taskbar when you need it.  Support is excellent.  Someone is always available to take your call (for the very few times you need it).  The customizable URL provides an easy way for your customers to find you.

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

To be honest, we haven't really found a reason to dislike this product.  It does exactly what it needs to do every time.  Our biggest complaint was price, but they recently restructured their pricing model and saved us $200/year per user.

**Recommendations to others considering Glance:**

Choose Glance over Citrix's products.  You might spend a little more to license your users, but you'll have an all-in-one product that is easy to manage and license.

We use Glance to remotely control our customer's PCs to troubleshoot their issues.

that it supports mac os's as well as microsoft, making it a more dynamic software for a bigger work environment

we have only had ONE connection issue, but other than that, great!

make sure the need is their for a remote desktop solution or else you will be stuck paying for a software and the benefits will not come.

**What do you like best about Glance?**

It's easy to start and share a private Glance session with meeting members. I like that I don't need to approve attendees. Unlike the Cisco software, attendees don't need to download and run a program; they can access the screen share right from the browser. 

**What do you dislike about Glance?**

I don't like that our company's setup does not include voice and video. We end up using three different systems for one meeting -- one for voice, one for screen sharing, and one for video. That is more a factor of our corporate setup than the software's limitation. We also have issues with the number of accounts available to our users.

**Recommendations to others considering Glance:**

Don't try to play videos over a Glance conference, the service (or it could be our network), is too slow.
