The switchover was not as seamless as Microsoft made it appear. Also the different types of licenses lets user to choose the type that is most suited and economical for them. The technical aspect is that it can be upgraded and customized possibly in any way the client want until the tech guy is knowledgeable enough and is ready to work harder. One can also create seperate functinalities, tables in databases, new user pages and even the backend scenarios whenever an action is performed and even customize the home page to give quick insights on the overall situation of business at any given point. The best thing is that it even comes with seperate tax packages and countrywise so that there is no issue while using it in any country. Microsoft did a great job while creating this miracle of a software. Their submission form allows for feedback, yet there are standard features within the program that are coincidentally never updated. The submission form requires user identification (which is clearly not necessary to provide feedback) and tracks personal data of users. This is likely so MS can sell the data to third parties or utilize the information for social governance purposes. I'd prefer if they actually resolved the feedback comments received and did not steal my information, call me crazy. **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidation for ease of reference. ### 49.
