Mineral has made it possible for us to be informed about compliance requirements and even provides tools that make it easy for our company to be compliant with State, Local and Federal requirements without having to hire a dedicated HR person. Without Mineral we would still be in the dark on many HR requirements that allow us to be compliant as well as provide our employees with the information they need about their employment with our company. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Mineral?** I have never used a platform like this, so I don't have an experience to compare Mineral with, but so far, I have not found anything that I dislike. **What problems is Mitratech Mineral solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mineral is allowing us to be able to be in compliance without having to hire a person specifically for HR. This is a huge benefit for a small company that does not have a budget for an HR department. ### 2. As an HR Professional, we're expected to know the employment laws and how they apply to us but we're not lawyers. I have never tried requesting urgent scenerios so have not looked into the huge turn around.
