After the upgrade, it was more difficult to find things or be able to navigate around Multiview. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Multiview for our inventory and it does not decrement correctly while using Cerner. ### 2. I use the software every single day, primarily general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management. Multiview was implemented before I joined the organization, so I can't comment on the implementation process. But I did implement the asset management piece and that went very smoothly. Multiview resources were helpful with that implementation and I love the asset management module. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** We recently moved to the Cloud version, and I have been disappointed in the slowness of logging on. Also, transferring files to and from the Cloud version is painful with too many steps required. But my understanding is that these issues have been resolved in version 23. We use the budgeting module and that has just now been released for version 23, so we will be upgrading soon. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our accounting is done within Multiview, so they help us get our financial statements done accurately and timely. ### 3. Getting our assets into Multiview and off of spreadsheets has been a major positive. We are able to track assets better, and have more detailed information on the asset. We can also track the location of the item, and attach the invoices that are associated with the asset for future lookback to confirm disposals in the future. This way we are not guessing is this the correct asset to dispose, or how much of a total asset is being disposed, we can refer to the invoice and know the breakdown of the original purchase. We are now to the point where everyone feels comfortable in the application. We understood going in that is was accoutning heavy with a small functional portion for materials management. We do like the reporting aspect as we were not able to easliy gain access to data from our legacy system. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** After seeing some of the changes to the accounting side of Version 23, i am not looking forward to any transition to V23. On initially seeing the new application, my first impression was that is has been made more difficult to navigate. Also the color settings are less than to be desired. Grey on grey makes for a difficult time reading. I hope todays overview of the materials side changes my mind. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting. There are many options for customizing reports and data analysis. The implementation process was very organized and went smoothly. I appreciate the customer support portal that is very easy to navigate and provides helpful information. The few times I have needed to submit a help ticket, the support team was very quick in response time and in resolving the issue or answering my questions. I use Multiview daily and feel like it is much more efficient and easy to use than our previous software. I especially appreciate the ease of use in the Fixed Assets module. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** I wouldn't change anything about Multiview's functionality. The only thing that occasionally is frustrating is the start up time when I first log in. I also think that the file upload portal times out too quickly and I have to log in again several times a day. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we've switched to Multiview, we feel like we can now rely more on our system reports than we could with our previous system. For instance, the bank reconciliation module is tucked away under accounts payable, which doesn’t really make sense. Creating new reports is also a bit of a hassle, and uploading documents feels slow and clunky. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiview is working on implementing automated accrued and deferred revenue modules, which will save us a ton of time during month-end. We were up and running in no time and support responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I am in Multiview on a daily basis posting invoices, importing files from Cerner and doing multiple inquiries. What I like best is that I can have multiple screens open and not have to close one just to go back and look at something new. Our old system was very tedious and having this feature makes it much easier to use. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The downside that I have encountered is that it is hard to create specific reports that we require. The basic reports are fine but we sometimes need to add to them and are unable to do so. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not aware of the prior issues, therefore I don't know what Multiview ERP is solving. ### 10. The name itself speaks volumes, MULTIVIEW, you can slice and dice to get down to the level of detail that you want. I am able to download anything to Excel which makes it great to be able to create the type of report that I want. I can pivot within the system, and filter within the system. It is like having Excel without it actually being Excel. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** There is still so much to learn about the system. I do wish that the system were more user friendly when entering a free form requisition. Another feature that would be amazing is letting us select checks and then choosing which bank account to pay them against. Instead, we have to go into the invoice itself each time and change the bank account when we have chosen to pay a different way that what is our standard way. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed us to bring both Materials and Accounting together. I felt confident during rollout and the ongoing support is very responsive (same-day.) The system has integrated well with our other applications such as ENVI and Concur. The ability to upload journal entries and AP vouchers and credit card transactions has been excellent. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The banking integration could be more robust. The BAI integration is a little clunky and inflexible with the amount of detail that can be brought through. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us quickly and reliably upload financial data to the platform. I like being able to share financial information with other users via inquiry screens and queries. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** Some of the terminology is not exactly intuitive; for example 'cube', 'ownership, and RAD Ids needed in the chart of accounts. It good once you know it, but it sort of forces to have just a few administrator type personnel instead of widely used. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Budgeting is important plus providing financial information to other departments through use of inquiry screens and queries. It is simple to use and learn and has the best help team I have dealt with. In addition our dedicated client success executive (Erica) is the best. They are always looking for ways to reduce the work that has to be done at month end. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** There are no downsides I can think of. I do wish I had more knowledge of custom reporting but it is due to lack of time on my part. Multiview does have IMUG and classes available to help learn!! **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** They make everything so easy from uploads for journal entries to entering payroll information into the system. Every year they make great improvements. And they really do listen to the user!! ### 15. The only positive thing I can say right now is the customer support is great. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** As the title say, it's very click heavy. Got to keep changing tabs. To add documents, you can't just click and drag, the file has to be downloaded first then drag to the uploads, then cut and paste to the production tab. To delete vouchers and pre-vouchers, you need to go to another tab, remove from workflow, edit to delete. It needs a better streaming way of posting and deleting data. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was having issues sending EFT payment. I wasn't aware that there's 2 locations for EFT information and that the system was trying to pull from the blank page. Again, the blank page was deeper in the Business Entity tabs instead of being on the main page. We use the materials management side. We recently merged with four hospitals, and were able to work with MV to set up additional warehouses and workflows on how supplies transferred between the companies. It is also helpful that the MM side links nicely with the AP side and the workflow is pretty automated and seamless. The most helpful feature for me is the reports side. They can be as detailed as needed. It is easy to pull an excel sheet or to do a pivot report table right in the system and can even add graphs. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** Our biggest issue is that it is slow, especially since we have added more hospitals to the system. Certain tabs are barely able to load at all (PO Line Detail Inquiry). My concern is that it will only get slower as we add more data to the system. There are also a lot of bugs that pop up that just slow down the work process (i.e., sometimes you are not able to change certain tabs out of order and would need to restart the process). Overall, it is not very easy to learn or to use. It is robust, but that is also what is slowing the system down - there are just too many tabs and too many options to choose from (especially for a new user). **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system allows us to track our inventory and how supplies are expensed. It keeps all our supply information in one place, including supplier and manufacturer details. I am able to run different reportsfor value analysis or supply distribution. ### 18. They are quick to respond, helpful and always friendly. Their Community site is very helpful with tutorials, videos and step-by-step instructions. Screens can be personalized, which is a great feture and the incorporated pivot tables allow you to summarize data quickly and in multiple ways. I especially like the template feature in the GL. These templates reduce errors and keep the GL descriptions consistant. Multiview to excel is great. Any data can be exported and there is no reformating required once exported. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** I am not a fan of the Accounts Payable voucher system. The focus is on the voucher number rather than the invoice number, so the drill down feature from the GL to AP doesn't work well and it requires several inquirys and screens to find distribution and payment information. Also the COPY feature for journal enties would be a great feature if the word "COPY" was not added to every line of the entry being copied. Having to delete the word COPY 200 times is frustrating. Even with these items, Multiview is a great product and I'm excited to see what 2024 has in store. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As of now we are not utilizing Multiview as effectively as we could. IMUG 23 was very helpful and we discovered several features that would be a great benefit to us. We are working with our account representative to begin implementing some of these features. Its ability to link project management to asset management is quite unique and there is a huge flexibility especially with the way it handles the procure to asset function **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** I do not like the several steps required to create say an asset type. I believe we should be able to create an asset type and it should input that information automatically to every other table that needs it or even reduce the creation of asset type to forms with steps all appearing at once like you have it in Oracle fusion.
